The stay itself was amazing.The first night was awesome. We decided to leave the second night and not stay there because there was a huge group of people (about 30) having a party on the site next door. I understand having guests but kids were throwing rocks very close to our car, they had loud music and too many people for one site. We were staying in a tent and knew we wouldnt sleep that night.

Staff were very helpful. That aspect was good. The grounds were well maintained also. The one are were I believe things could be improved is the quality of stay amenities provided. I paid nearly $200 dollars for a 1 night stay and what i got was a crib mattress and an a/c unit. While the experience was undue, it was also uncomfortable. For such a price a little more comfort would go a long way.

We stayed five nights at site 61, next to the children's playground. It rained every day, which caused the ground to become quite saturated. The heavy rain appears to have affected the sewer system, as the ground around our campsite had a very strong sewer odor. Some of the mud puddles near us had a bluish tint, which I suspect was sewer runoff. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

First of all, it’s not big rig friendly. The turns are way to tight for anything over 30 ft. I had power lines or cable lines hitting to top of our class A Motorhome. The office people were outstanding as well as the ground workers. The road to get to the entrance is no fun for big rigs too. I would not call or recommend this as big rig friendly. Very disappointing for a KOA holiday. Shame on KO

This trip to KOA wasn’t the best. At 1:45 AM Thursday 8/5 I woke up to a lot of noise coming from the cabin behind our site130. I waited to 2PM waiting to see if noise would end since quiet time is 10 PM. I called the office & phone was picked up immediately. Told me security would be there shortly. I waited & 2:15AM kids were still on deck of their cabin being noisy. At 2:30 I looked out & thin

52 year old female. Went SOLO tent camping for 2 nights 3 days. Excellent stay!! Amenities are great. I was happy with my spot. And I felt very safe! The best thing: 9am coffee at the camp store ���� So nice not to have to light a fire just for coffee. Clean bathrooms. Quiet campground overall. Beautiful spots nearby

To much money for our space. I’m disabled an you had to take our trash to front gate. This was first KOA we stayed at that didn’t pick up your trash. There was plenty of employees driving around in golf carts.

Great hiking in the area. Delaware water gap is absolutely beautiful. Loved kayaking the river. Campground was very clean. Disappointed jump pillow was closed. This is our second time staying here and both times jump pillow was closed.

Site is clean thought the one we got was far from flat. Being in a rental with no leveling sucked as everything was leaning. Width wasn't really there (Site #1). At spots it's not event 2x the width of the RV so we had very little room, tradeoff for a more quiet site # compared to the typical parking spot site. Need better info on webwsite on what's closed due to covid (train, bounce mat)

We were at Delaware Water Gap for 2 weeks. It's nice and quiet, the staff is great and it's always nice to see Carman grazing in the field.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was a nice size but did feel crowded at times. I liked how all the kid activities (Playground, mini golf) where in one area.

Although super busy weekend with a lot of tent campers, the bathrooms were clean and the grounds well maintained. I appreciated all the Covid requirements.

The children that were staying in the adjacent cabins kept running through campsites, while being loud and unruly. One kid from a cabin was found standing at the edge of the pool peeing.

Its a very cramped campsite. There is no privacy between the sites or cabins. There was no hand soap or even a paper towel role or even dishwashing liquid. For everything we ask they gave reason of Covid. In fact in Covid they should give more cleaning materials. This was not listed anywhere on website. No showers or restrooms near pool. It too commercialized. Not happy with the place or service.

Great time as always! Just as an FYI, the shower was slow to drain in our unit (78), may need to be cleaned. Overall we loved our cabin and enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

The spaces are too close together and the long term stay areas are unkept and untidy. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful.

Excellent accomodations at the deluxe cabin. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and play areas. Would definitely recommend.

Extra charge per child, then charging for minnie golf on top of a premium charge for the campsite is excessive. If that is the direction private champgrounds are going, it is a much better value to go to a hotel. State parks are also a much better value.

The staff is overly friendly, and all the campers are very respectful of one another's space and surroundings. The facilities are kept very clean too thanks to the staff and considerate campers. Very well run site!
