It was clean and well kept. We really appreciated not only do they escort you to your site, but the guy helped guide us into our spot. Lots of nice fellow campers and staff. We really liked that people seemed to adhere to the "quiet time" hours. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Loved that it is close to lots of nice hiking. We will definitely be back.

The staff is courteous and welcoming. The facilities are kept clean . The best things is that we were able to enjoy a warm pool. The heated pools is the best you did this year . We are still missing the Saturday night music and games . Hopefully next year.

I did not feel they were serious about Covid and didn't take appropriate precautions. There were no cases but sanitizing in the office and rest rooms was sparse.

Loved the whole campground, was quiet at night. The only issue I ran into on campsite 18 was the sewer hookup. My camper tank flush was lower then the ground connection and I had to move it around and put it on blocks to make it higher in order to empty my tanks.

The campground boasts activities and amenities on their website. We get there and there are no activities , no jumping pillow for my kids and the playground, Gaga pit etc were full of mud and rocks. They say Covid is the reason but no employees were wearing masks in the store so their concern can’t be too strong. I understand if things are closed but POST IT so we know prior to booking.

I we booked campsite for two nights. The stay was okay until the next morning another camper’s unleashed dog showed up in our area and created a havoc. The dog ate our breakfast and made a mess with area of our food storage. We called the office for help and nobody showed up. The whole episode lasted for about 45 mi. neither the owner nor the campsite security came for our rescue. No refund give

It cost $6 to wash and dry one load of clothes. And no one had cleaned the laundry room in a very long time. I thought the cost of doing laundry was way out of line with other KOAs.

Great location. Friendly staff. Lots of fun activities but we had rain so didn't have much of a chance to enjoy. Love the renovation, can't wait to see it next year!

A large bush in the driveway was hiding a 6'5" tree stump which the I hit with the side of my camper. The bush was cut down to the ground after this happened but the stump remained. The jumping pad is a family favorite which is why we paid extra for our site on the hill only to find out the jumping pad was gone. Campground just isn't the same place we enjoyed a few years ago.

Got charged $25 for a 45 minute early check in for a tent site that was already clean, adjacent to my friends that were already there. Staff are not welcoming. The pool and the playground were nice. Wi-fi was slow but worked the first day. The second day it didn’t work and nothing was done to repair it when I reported it twice.

Great! Just drove 14 hours pulled in to a great spot. Unfortunately had to get home next day or would have stayed longer. Quiet got much needed sleep. Place is the best.

There was very few activities or anything planned at the campground plus the bathrooms in the back of the campground had lights out and we had to shower in the dark. The bathrooms in the front of the campground the light were on a sensor and if in the shower stall the lights would go out on you.

The campground was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I found the sites to be really close together so very minimal privacy. Also the store should be open at 8 on the weekends if people need anything if they are heading out for the day. Overall a nice time.

We were in sites 123 & 124. There is a sewer filtering system right by our sites. Upon campers leaving and various other times, the smell was horrible! We were 2 hrs early and charged us each an extra $25. And we're KOA members. Really?

Very nice campgrounds, the only negative thing I have to say is the price: can you guys make it a little more affordable $250.00 for a 3 night stay is high I would love to camp at more KOA camps but the price makes it not possible I’m from NY and even our state parks are only $27.00 a night on Friday & Saturdays with electric & $35.00 for full hook up sites.. I did miss not seeing Carmen too.

Our stay was over 6 days. Wshed there was a little more space between trailers and the upkeep was better. The grass at our site was not cut before we checked in as it was high on the first day and wasn't touched the entire time we were there (Very disappointed) From looking around at the campground we were overall pleased but felt it could use a little maintenance (upkeep) felt a little rundown

Great campground! Friendly staff, only complaint is if you have extra people staying with you, make sure you add them to your reservation before you check in, I had to pay $60 for 2 people for 2 nights! That’s more than we paid for a night of camping! Would only have been $14 if I would of added them before checking in

You have the potential to be such a great campground! But everything just looks run down. Not clean, grass was super long, not sure when the last time you had cut the grass. When you first pull in the dumpsters are in plain view and quite full. At $125 per night, I expect a lot more.

Great sites - we were on the hill and had a great breeze. The lots are flat and dry. Staff was helpful, courteous. This was our 2nd time here; it's a close enough drive for us to do a long weekend and we will surely do it again.

It wasn't too bad. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. I just wish there was more activities to do regardless of covid. I was expecting at least activities and a breakfast as it stated online. But, it didn't happen. Which in my opinion even if someone cant instruct the activity at least put it together for children to do with instructions for the parents to help.

Stayed in in a cabin and the full bath and kitchen was very convenient to have seeing that the shared restrooms are a little far. The camping sites are a little closer to each other than expected but we had a nice crowd for July 4th weekend. No noisy groups. The playground can do with some TLC and make-over. Lots of weeds and thorny ones by the swings and wheels. Good stay overall!

The campground was just average. The issue that I encountered was a $25 late fee when notifying the office in advance of checking out 45 mins after the noon checkout time when the campground was only about 25% full. As much money as I have given to KOA, this seems like a ridiculous charge.

We spent 8 nights over the July 4th holiday. Bathrooms were clean, nice heated pool, dog park was on the small side but adequate. Office / store was very well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of things for kids to do at the campground. Drives are a bit tight for big rigs but maneuverable.
