Enjoyed the “glamping” style cabin however there were multiple issues with the cabin. The staff are extremely nice and friendly and very accommodating. It’s a little pricey.

The cabins were clean and sturdy but I was expecting a little nicer facilities and grounds; little update. Had a pool, general store, mini golf, basketball hoops, little dog park, open field, playground and the biggest cow. Nice staff and easy check in and out. Checkout a little early at 10. Would have liked either pavement for the road or more gravel as it could get muddy. Overall, it was okay.

Having only gravel for the tent campers' sites is the main reason I would not tent camp here again

Noticed the bounce pillow and Gaga pit were removed even though the web site still shows them. RV travel trailer rental was great to see if we should purchase one. Staff was amazing! Lots of them around to take care of things. Everyone was friendly and helpful!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin, which was very nice. It was midweek and just after Memorial Day, so the area was not crowded. The sites seem very close together and we wondered how it would be if we had neighbors just a few feet away.

We were very disappointed that no activities were planed over the holiday weekend when requiring a 3 night minimum. the excuse of due to covid restrictions was a poor excuse since other campgrounds that were very near by had many activities scheduled throughout the weekend. Charging $10 per site @check in when people request to be next to each other at the time of the reservation well in advance.

It was more then awesome!!! We had bad weather, but it didn't stop us from having a serene time, when we got cold, we went inside! Stayed warm and out of the elements! Staff was fantastic! Place was clean!! Security was out all the time! We're definitely coming back!!!

Arrived early to beat the rain knowing there could be additional fee and when I said I was checking in I was greeted rudely with there is going to be an early arrival fee! No good morning, just the nasty tone about the additional fee. Front desk personnel was unorganized, advertised a bounce pillow which they did not have. Dump station for large trailers at back of campground and roads tight!

We were greeted by Tim and his wife (I am so sorry I do not recall her name) as soon as we arrived. They were both awesome and extremely helpful. Sad to say that it rained most of the weekend but we really loved the campground. This may have been our first visit but I can assure you it will not be our last.

We were in a site that was completely flooded, there were no activities, and this was probably our least enjoyable stay at a KOA.

Had a great time. Staff was friendly and campground was well maintained. Given COVID, good precautions were taken to keep everyone safe. Only complaint was lack of jumping pad (due to COVID). If the playground equipment can be cleaned, why not the jumping pad too??

Rained most of the weekend, but we were able to salvage some of the time. Our site managed to be at a good elevation because we were not inundated with water. Some sites seem to need some more gravel/soil to avoid puddles from surrounding campers. Staff is great, park is clean, and it's great to see them fixing up the back section with new sites and cabins. Keep it up.

The stay was good but had to leave early due to our dog being very sick. Had to get her to the vet ASAP. We love the sites we were on.

This was our 3rd time here at Pocono Mtn. KOA. Our site was great and although it rained we had a terrific weekend. Our only concern was too many dogs, dogs that were not friendly! So happy to meet CARMEN THE BIG STEER !

Unbelievable stay! The staff went above and beyond for us the entire time. Always taking time to stop by and say hi and went out of their way to make our kids feel special. Will definitely be back!

We were charged holiday prices even though there were no activities or things going on at all for the weekend. There wasn’t even breakfast or coffee for purchase. My group has been coming here for years & are very disappointed. Prices should of been lowered if there was nothing extra being offered.

This was our 1st experience camping which was rained out BUT it was the best experience EVER. The staff are all amazing, professional and by the end of the weekend family! See you soon!

We love the Delaware Water Gap KOA. The place is very comfortable. The sites are a good size. And the staff is amazing! Tee Pees and covered wagons for the kids to stay in. Nice cabins. Guinea Hens and Cows roaming around. Its just a good relaxing campground.

It was wonderful my dog had a ball in your dog park and playing with the large dog the cow lol the staff was so friendly and helpful .we thought we were having trouble with our cable and they sent some one right out to help. It was something. We did but they were glad to help as busy as they were.We kind of lazyed around the whole 4 days and I tell you the staff was constantly busy great place .

We had a pleasant stay. Our site was a deluxe patio and it was perfect. Something to consider is to upgrade the bathroom facility. It was not up to the standard of other KOAs we have stayed at.

it was comfortable, clean, friendly people, and family-owned. The campground was safe and clean! They have some animal pets which was fun. The amenities we went for were not open, so it was a little disappointing. I would call first to see what is open and when. There are very large power lines running through the campground and the tower was our view and the playgrounds are under the wires too.

This was only my 2nd stay at a campground since purchasing my 5th wheel. I am new to camping and I think this camp sight will set the precedent for what I expect going forward. The site was immaculate, people were so friendly and the activities were perfect. Cannot wait to come back again.

We had a great time at the KOA in the Delaware Water Gap. Lots of facilities and everything is clean and well kept. The sites are level and very long (we had our Class B Travato in sight 73) and had a really nice firepit and picnic table. Only complaint is that they are rather close together without any privacy between so we got all of our neighbors smoke and the other side got ours. All in all a
