We get to your campsite at 5:30pm and the store was closed so we could not get the information we needed about the water being turned off for the winter. After hooking up and finding no water had to call the emergency number to get help. Unhook, drive to find water, rehook in total darkness (flashlight). More information needs to be given in the catalog about your sites for winter campers.

Nice, quiet spot to get away to explore the area again! Cabins are clean, heat is great, and showers are hot. Hope to be back again soon!!

It was a short stay, basically just a place to park for the night. What is upsetting is they wanted to change me an extra $25.00 for being 1 hour and 15 minutes early. Really!? I said that I would just park outside until it’s ready, because it’s not right to be charged that amount, especially in the off season. Not impressed.

Very nice area and cabins. Could have waived the “cleaning fee” since there was no water to the cabin and we had to remove all trash ourselves.

It is a great KOA for families with so many activities. I rated it low because we drive a class C and take it for the day when we go hiking/exploring. We left our mats and boot mat and a few other personal items at the site while we went hiking ...(mostly, the mats help us re-position when we return after dark)...but they were STOLEN!! It makes me sad that that kind of person stays at this KOA...

Staff is great! We choose the Delaware Water Gap KOA for our fall vacation because of the staff and how accommodating they are.

The location is ideal to explore waterfalls and adorable little towns! The campground is beautifully wooded and quiet. Our kids loved the playing outside. The best part of our camping experience was the staff. We are new to RV camping, so when we ran out of propane heat, locked ourselves out and clogged the toilet…Everyone was so willing to help! We love KOA and especially THIS location!

We arrived to find our cabin at 55 degrees we turned on the heat and it didn’t come on. the repair guy was quick to get there but it took almost an hour before we could take our jackets off I understand they turn off the water mid November(we were there November 10th)but we were not notified it was off and there was no coffee maker but paid full price plus the cleaning fee for 3 beds no ameniti

Our stay was pleasant and quiet. The team at this location is the best. They were always there when you needed them. We stayed in a cabin with a full size bed and bunk bed. It was so cute and cozy. The only issue we had was that we had to take our own trash to the dumpster and there wasn't enough cooking utensils and coffee maker in the cabin.

The cabin seemed like it was brand new. We stayed in a pet-friendly cabin. We have two dogs, but sometimes pet-friendly cabins can feel and smell dirty. The bathroom was clean for the most part, but the toilet seat looked like it hadn't been touched and needed to be wiped down. There were also no instructions on check out. We had to had to go back and get the tv remote and keys to check out.

Great getaway spot to wind down and relax, close enough so the drive isn’t exhausting. Thank you to all the staffs, all very kind and informative. I do apologize to our neighbor for being a bit noisy past quiet time, friend was into a heated argument and just had to hear him out. Other than that, everything was pretty much what i looked forward to and will plan on revisiting soon. Bye!

We love this campground. Everyone is friendly, sites are beautiful, shower and bathrooms are spotless. It is very close to bush kills falls, Jim Thorpe, but also peaceful and quiet. We have a favorite site and try to get it when we go there.

This was a great campground. Everyone that worked there knew the campground, camping in general, and the area wonderfully. We stayed in Nov so I was not sure how it would go. Perhaps at a lesser campground, not is well... but here... I am already planning another trip for next November and already looking forward to it!
