Site was very muddy with large water puddles. Road and sites need to be "built up " with gravel.

We have tent camped here before and this time we rented a delux cabin. It was really lovely, warm, quiet (inside), and comfortable. Spacious inside and plenty of private space outside too. My only complaint would be the loud music of other campers. We wanted to camp to enjoy nature under the stars, but listening to other folks blasting techno music was opposite of what we hoped for.

The campground was nice for an overnight stay. The site wasn’t very private. It was nice being a short walk from the bathhouse and camp store.

Second time here at this time of year. Enjoyed our stay and all the employees were awesome. The Halloween atmosphere was great. Will return again.

The staff is very warm, friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, our assigned space was going to be crowded for our size rig. They switched our site, which was quite an upgrade with no up charge for us. This park has enough activity and play area for kids so that they would never be bored. We definitely would recommend.

We have stayed at the Delaware Water Gap KOA any time we visit the Poconos. It is centrally located to all of the activities that we like to do. The campground is well maintained and the workers are always so kind and helpful.

I had a nice stay at the place! It was a great way to get away from the fast life of NYC and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! I will come back in the near future!! The staff made me feel at home and made me feel that my stay was going to be relaxing! I can’t thank you enough! And can’t wait to come back for another relaxing stay!

We love this campground. It’s our second time here in our new travel trailer. Sites are well kept and very spacious. We love the ones up on the hill backing up to the woods. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They guide you to your site and help back you in which is always a bonus! Can’t wait to get back there.

This is a smaller campground. It's very clean and the sites are a good size and well kept. Staff was nice and helpful.

Our visit to this KOA Campground was late in the season during a weekday. It was very quiet with very little noise or activity. No complaints. Restrooms were clean and staff was polite and considerate. We enjoyed our visit.

I was not happy that I was booked for full hook up and found out after we got set up with no sewer. Then I was told we could move to a back in site when we paid for a pull in site and I could move in the morning. Then got a phone call telling me I had to move that night after I left to go have a good dinner. Then we were charged an additional $38:00 which later was refunded. Tim was great help!

The campground has great the customer service. The bath-house has residential toilet in a commercial setting, they had a sign saying to hold the handle down to get a complete flush was posted no one could seem to read and the toilet keep clogging up. the other thing is I payed for a pull thru site which was really a pull in back out site. (134) the turn to get out to was too tight for my camper.

Very noisy maintenance ruined our stay with loud gas powered leaf blowers being used for over an hour every morning. Highly recommend using rakes instead so not to disturb campers. We had to change sites in the middle of a 9 night stay because of the noise, then on our last day in mid afternoon we are told we had to leave when it turned out it was their mistake, very upsetting!

We had a lovely time. It was very busy, as the park was full.... But both check in and check out we're extremely organized and the staff was amazing. The grounds were very clean and our deluxe cabin was very well kept.

We enjoyed the campground it was very beautiful and peaceful but would have liked to have more for the kids to do activity wise for Halloween but do understand the pandemic has affected alot of places we would definitely be back aside from that the campground staff was very pleasant and enjoyed every interaction I had with them thank u for a great time see u soon

The other campers with trailers/rv’s nearby had large lights and loud motors on passed 11pm. Which made it impossible to sleep. The online order system was a mess because the next store camper was using my card on file to purchase items. So i had to ask them not to use the card on file because it was charging my card instead of theirs.

The tent campers next to me were loud until 3am but they are from NY so it’s not their fault. Campground was great!
