We rented a cabin and met friends there for the weekend. They’ve camped all over with KOA and love them. We had so much fun! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There was trick or treating for the kids. Everyone had their campsite decorated for Halloween. Explained how late checkout worked so we could all spend a little more time together. Clean and safe. We will 100% be back in the future!

Cabins were modern and clean, on-site amenities were convenient including firewood delivery, overall we had a great corporate bonding experience here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for something a bit more like “glamping.”

Very nice camp and super friendly staff. Location is perfect for exploring the pocono’s. Lots of things for children to do plus a range of camping experiences from patio camps, tepee, chuck wagon, cabins and of course tent!

Had to use 4" of leveling blocks to level the camper on the site. Sites were very hilly. Did have good streaming video over wifi.

The staff and amenities were nice for our tent camping experience, however the proximity to other campers who were being loud and shining bright lights around until 3am was unfortunate. There was no respite from campers who had no consideration for others nearby. I understand this isn't the fault of KOA, but it really detracted from the whole experience. Maybe more peaceful during offseason.

Excellent with one exception. Barking and fighting dogs were quite disruptive a number of times during the weekend. Absent that....a lovely stay.

Campground was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Some pull thru sites are very narrow not leaving much room for slides or awnings between you and your neighbor.

Chain saws blower and machinery running one day. Next day blowing all day. We left a day early. Too noisy.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I never experienced express check-in before this weekend. It was so quick. (It made me feel like a VIP.) I appreciated being escorted to our site, and Tim helped us to line up and back-in perfectly! He is AWESOME!! We look forward to visiting again next year.

Great park generally, but now priced out of our market so we probably will not be coming back. $100 a night is rediculous.....and it showed as we wee one of 5 RV's in the park. Too bad.

We stayed in a tent spot. The grounds are very well maintained, the bathrooms are clean and well lit, and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

There is a nice big store selling lots of items but it was closed due to Covid, . Most activities were cancelled due to Covid as well. Very clean CG. Host came around our first night there once quiet hours began and told us to turn off our music and to lower our voices, she did this to many other sites as well. I just wished they enforced the rules of not cutting through sites.

We had a great weekend! The staff was very friendly and courteous. I had an issue with my rewards number and they went out of their way to help me rectify it. Campground was clean and well kept.

We loved how they took the time to renovate some of the grounds at the playground. The Cabin we get year after year had some renovations done too which was nice. Overall better experience everytime we go.

Rented the Deluxe Cabin & it was clean & comfortable. There is a kitchen area, a 2 burner cooktop & small floor refrigerator. I would give a 10 if it had an oven & regular refrigerator. The bathroom had a tub/shower & plenty of room. Nice play area & organized activities for kids. Loved patio areas with pavers, tiles or cement. Each site has table, chairs, fire pits. Owners run a great campground

The employees are not friendly. We will never return to this KOA or recommend that anyone stay. You claim to be “big rig friendly” my husband had to leave one night and came back very early the next morning and he was stoped and told “his truck is far too loud to be cruising the campground at night” and that he could not drive around his truck because it’s too loud. I was upset we weren't informed of the halloween activites when we made our reservation or in any of the emails following. The woman w the long blonde hair was not friendly & seemed to be looking for a reason to yell at campers. Slight laughter & music so quiet I could hardly hear it across the campfire ensured a correction from her. As soon as quiet hours start, she looks for someone to yell at.

The nightly reminder to be quiet when weren't even being loud was ridiculous. Both nights we were talking quietly and listening to music that could barely be heard sitting right next to it. The owner was not friendly, and there were no complaints from sites around us. We actually asked if we could be heard and they said no. We won't be back for this and a variety of other reasons.7 groups of us!

It is a nice campground but we had to move our truck twice to allow people to get to the dump station. It seemed like our camper was too big for that site so our truck wouldn't fit easily. The bathrooms were very clean. There are a lot of black walnut trees that could damage a camper or vehicle. But that is nature.

It was busy at check-in but it was very organized and the front desk workers were very helpful, polite and friendly. All staff that we ran into were friendly.

First KOA we have stayed at. It is good but now as parents with adult children. Quieter settings are move preferable. If we call with our grandchildren this would be perfect.
