Everything was great. The cabin and bbq area was very clean. The only issue was that the water kept on shutting off an hour before we left which was inconvenient because we were all trying to shower and prep before leaving the cabin. Other than that it was a great stay. Well done. Shout outs to all of the staff members to providing every help we needed.

Some of the teepee was damaged but it has also become a tradition for us to always stay in them. We love the teepees, I would give a 10 if the zipper would be fixed.

This was our 3rd time staying here and it was overall ok. The showers at the entrance are a bit dated and don't offer much privacy. We stayed in the Teepee and the zipper to close it was broken so they put a tarp which was annoying to go in and out of.

This was my 3rd time camping at KOA delaware water gap location and that should tell you why i keep going again and again, had an awesome time and staff is very friendly and helpful

Was very beautiful,relaxing the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Would recommend Koa to my friends and family. The cabin was very rustic and immaculate. I enjoyed browsing and shopping in the store. We had a wonderful three nights stay.

All of the staff were so friendly. We brought our two dogs and they were so nice and helpful. One staff member, I didn’t catch her name, called over her husband to meet our dogs and gave us the best recommendations. One hiking site we did three times. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have even known to go to it. Such an amazing trip. Within 5 minutes of buying wood it was delivered. Great vis

We stayed in the parking lot delux cabin #76. Absolutely no privacy and cramped. The electric lines above and constant sounds and view of automobile were not what we had in mind. Cabins were not cheap either.

It's a nice campground overall. The people of the staff were nice. We stayed in a teepee, but it was in a bad shape, one of the staff members said it is about to be replaced soon, so I hope they do. Iwill choose another kind of accommodation next time. There was no jumping pad or train, although they are on the website and map. The playground and mini-golf were great, and the other activities too.

If I could give them a zero star then I wouldn't even hesitate. Just a few things: Very rude staff, No privacy around the cabin, their staff members were always circling around the camp and bothering the guests for every small things. There is nothing to offer as far as scenic views.

It was a very nice campground and a very good location. The staff was friendly and delivered us would in a timely manner. The only Complaint that my girlfriend and I had was that there was almost no privacy. There weren’t very many bushes or anything between the campsites it just felt like you were on top of one another. Other than that very enjoyable thank you.

Cabin was clean overall. Bathroom toilet looked like it was not cleaned. Surprising during covid. Staff is welcoming and friendly and helpful. Activities on site for kids were nice. Grounds were very safe and clean. Checkout and check in was easy.

The camping cabin exceeded my expectations! It was super clean! Having a fan and A/C unit was amazing. The porch swing was great for reading and a break from the campfire.

Cabin was clean. Store had everything we forgot to bring and not excellent. Only complaint cabin 206. Deck wasn’t covered. That would have it perfect stay.

Loved the campsite, except the still water behind our cabin, it smelled like sewer. Someone had thrown rice into the water and from time to while sitting in our campsite we all smelled the terrible odor. The bathrooms by the front entrance are clean, but the bathroom by the back are terrible, bathrooms were being cleaning a little late in the morning when everyone is ready to brush their teeth.

Nice clean campsite, friendly staffs. I dropped my wallet on my way to the trash bin, couldn't find it on the way back. The staff at the front desk saw me search around and said they found it. verified me as owner then return back to me. Def recommend!!!

It was a first time camping for my grandchildren, and they had a Blast!! Very well maintained grounds, although we didn't like taking our trash to the dumpster. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again.

My one and only complaint or dislike would be there aren’t many restroom facilities…not that the main one was full or dirty…but my cabin was quite a walk from the bathroom…and with my weak bladder…made for several trips…

Very cozy clean cabin. Very friendly and helpful staff with pool, shopping and local restaurants (great Thai). Rain was a problem. I wish I knew about the coming storm. Perhaps Koa can remind visitors to check the weather before booking.

We liked the site but not the staff. Very rude and lazy, if the camp site is open for business then start providing facilities people are paying for. No housekeeping for the cabins and staff is always trying to fine guests and show their authority instead to showing hospitality. Had a completely opposite experience when we visited Acadia Bar Harbor KOA couple of years back. Would not recommend.

We Rented the Deluxe Travel Trailer for the weekend and we’re extremely happy with the accommodations. The trailer is brand new and extremely clean and roomy. It slept 3 Adults and 2 children very comfortably and with ample privacy within the trailer. I highly recommend this option for those who want the Glamping Experience!
