Staff were very helpful. That aspect was good. The grounds were well maintained also. The one are were I believe things could be improved is the quality of stay amenities provided. I paid nearly $200 dollars for a 1 night stay and what i got was a crib mattress and an a/c unit. While the experience was undue, it was also uncomfortable. For such a price a little more comfort would go a long way.

Its a very cramped campsite. There is no privacy between the sites or cabins. There was no hand soap or even a paper towel role or even dishwashing liquid. For everything we ask they gave reason of Covid. In fact in Covid they should give more cleaning materials. This was not listed anywhere on website. No showers or restrooms near pool. It too commercialized. Not happy with the place or service.

Great time as always! Just as an FYI, the shower was slow to drain in our unit (78), may need to be cleaned. Overall we loved our cabin and enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Excellent accomodations at the deluxe cabin. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and play areas. Would definitely recommend.

It's nice to see that you're trying to expand, but the cabins are far too close together now. When getting away, you're trying to be as desolate as possible. That is no longer the case. The prices are far too unreasonable considering there is not even a 24 hour stay if you book for one night. Check out should be noon at the earliest! My last two stays were not pleasant ones. Cabins are lovely!

So glad that our family could come for this mini trip!! So much to do here, plenty of activities you have access to. The cabin we stayed was super clean and super cute! I love it! The only thing I have to point out is that next time we come to KOA , we have to stay more then one night! Al positive points! Thank you! hopefully we can do this again soon!

Public restrooms NEED TO BE MAINTAINED ALL DAY!!!! They were gross, staff had to be called and bathroom was locked down.

My family and I went to Dutch Springs for the day then came to KOA Delaware water gap to spend one night. The cabin was spotless! The staff so very polite. I LOVE THIS KOA! This was our second stay here and we're already planning another trip! THANK YOU!

Staffs are friendly and helpful (but forgetful), minigolf and the playground are fun for kids. The RV trailer we booked, have daily toilet problem and flies are all around. The smell of the toilet was really bad. I been to another KOA, they are still providing linen, silverware and plates, but this one doesn't have anything and it make our trip harder.

Very nice, except the toilet ran all night with the water coming on every few minutes to refill the tank keeping my wife up all night. Other then that it was very enjoyable. The price was a little high for my retiree budget. I can't believe you charged my sister and here husband to come see the camp site. Very short sighted not good advertisement.

We stayed in a cabin that was absolutely awesome. We loved the covered front porch. The space was plenty for the 2 of us and it was very well maintained. The staff were amazing – so helpful and friendly!

While the property is overall nice, it’s not maintained very well. many small things malfunctioned in the cabin- only 1 stove burner works, bedside lights don’t work, water was unavailable for a few hours, some playground stuff was broken etc.

We booked with a bathtub option as we have kids, but it didn't come with one as the koa website messed it up. The one gentleman tried to find a way to switch the cabins but since it was booked he couldn't. He spent over 20 minutes just trying to help, he was the nicest one there! Store was well stocked. I would recommend staying during the week as the weekend got a little crazy.

We rented two deluxe cabins. There were 6 people in one and 4 in the other. There are so many amenities for the guests. Beautifully kept property.

Our stay in our cabin was good; however we were with a group and our birthday boy (3) wanted to stay in a tepee which his parents obliged. BUT when they discovered a wasp nest, Management procedures were awful in handling the situation! They informed staff about 1:30 pm Saturday and it was not removed until about 6:00pm. It ruined all our weekend Unaccommodating unapologetic unprofessional

We stayed in the TeePee for the second time and really enjoyed it. My only issue was that the door flap was damaged to the point where we couldn't close it, which made changing clothes a bit uncomfortable. They told us that it was damaged when we checked in and I don't know how long it's been like that so I can't comment on how quickly they are handling the repair other than that we love it

The cabin was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I wish was different is that the check in time is so late and check out is way too early for camping. I feel like at the rate for the cabin it should be a 24 hr rental not 3pm to 10am. You barely get to settle in before its already time to leave. Not worth for 1 day rental.

A beautiful clean campground with lots of things to do. They have the playground for the kids, volleyball and basketball for all ages. Giant size checks and chess was so fun, the kids had a blast. The swimming pool was nice and clean. There was also a nice convience store on the grounds for anything you forgot. This was our first camping experience and it was so much fun. Can’t wait to go back!
