The campground was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I found the sites to be really close together so very minimal privacy. Also the store should be open at 8 on the weekends if people need anything if they are heading out for the day. Overall a nice time.

Stayed in in a cabin and the full bath and kitchen was very convenient to have seeing that the shared restrooms are a little far. The camping sites are a little closer to each other than expected but we had a nice crowd for July 4th weekend. No noisy groups. The playground can do with some TLC and make-over. Lots of weeds and thorny ones by the swings and wheels. Good stay overall!

I was charged 250 dollars and accused of smoking in a cabin. I dont smoke and nobody in my family does. We were charged regardless. Your staff lied and said a bomb had to be set off to clean. My family is still on the site adjacent and that did not happen. I will be contacting you for a refund. Ruined what was otherwise a very nice visit. 0 stars.

The best thing about our stay was the staff; very friendly and helpful. A couple things: our toilet seat had urine on it and it was dirty, the seat for dining table was falling apart...the back cushion to be exact so we had to keep holding it up; finally, we thought the gem mining was an activity offered by the camp, we didn't realize we had to buy something in order to do that. Great staff

The cabin had four relatively minor maintenance issues, for which we left a detailed description of the needed repairs. The heavy high-speed golf cart traffic by employees raised a lot of dust. The carts need not be operated at full speed on every trip. Nevertheless, the cabin was suitable, clean, and user friendly. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. We'd stay there again!

The staff was exceptionally nice, aside from the pool containing bugs that would be expected since the site is located in the woods. The cabin we rented was nice and clean. AC in the cabin was wonderful to have in 80-degree high humidity weather. In the future, I would reserve an area during the week because I noticed that the weekends can get crowded.

We stayed in one of the Deluxe Cabins. We had a great experience check in was easy and everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back again!

The cabin spacious, grounds were well maintained , staff were very friendly. Items at store were reasonably priced. I could order wood from my phone and they would deliver it to us. I was not a fan about the amount of ticks. We go camping alot and this is the 1st time I stayed at a KOA where we picked.ticks off every 5 min & not having organized activities like Bingo tie dye shirts etc

Our cabin was very clean and the air conditioning was a huge plus. We unfortunately were next to inconsiderate guests, this was out of the control of the campground, and they did address the concerns of their loud music at 9 pm after I called and placed a complaint (we have an infant) - they apologized for the issues but based on the disruption to our weekend- I hoped for more than just an apology

The check in clerk was not friendly, she also seemed like she wasn't sure what she was doing. The campground was clean and orderly. My RV rental was nice although I had to request the keys (not given to me at check in) and a walk through to explain how to use it, as I had never stayed in an RV before. Also, at checkout, I had to wait for the clerk to go back to the RV to check the pots..???

As usual the stay was incredible. It’s just that we were not notified about the unavailability of linens and pillows which was included In Our last visit. Other than that no complaints at all. It’s an amazing experience and we have been always going to KOA PA since last 7 years

We loved the camp. And want to recognize Louis for helping us find our autistic son who left our cabin at 3am by himself. He and 2 others sprang into action when I surprised them in a frantic panic. This happened the past weekend early sunday morning. Please ask him about it I in my panic forgot the others names who helped us. But they found him down the road by the entrance looking for the steer.

Enjoyed the “glamping” style cabin however there were multiple issues with the cabin. The staff are extremely nice and friendly and very accommodating. It’s a little pricey.

The cabins were clean and sturdy but I was expecting a little nicer facilities and grounds; little update. Had a pool, general store, mini golf, basketball hoops, little dog park, open field, playground and the biggest cow. Nice staff and easy check in and out. Checkout a little early at 10. Would have liked either pavement for the road or more gravel as it could get muddy. Overall, it was okay.

Noticed the bounce pillow and Gaga pit were removed even though the web site still shows them. RV travel trailer rental was great to see if we should purchase one. Staff was amazing! Lots of them around to take care of things. Everyone was friendly and helpful!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin, which was very nice. It was midweek and just after Memorial Day, so the area was not crowded. The sites seem very close together and we wondered how it would be if we had neighbors just a few feet away.

It was more then awesome!!! We had bad weather, but it didn't stop us from having a serene time, when we got cold, we went inside! Stayed warm and out of the elements! Staff was fantastic! Place was clean!! Security was out all the time! We're definitely coming back!!!
