We liked our site #16, nice and quiet. The facilities were in need of paint/repair. The tether ball was broken. The pool is small and crowded. We liked the basketball and large games, i.e. chess. The store is nice and the women gave us ice-pops.

We have stayed at a lot of KOAs. This one was pretty nice, but not up to the same standards as most KOAs.

We had a nice stay but the sites are right in top of each other and we were too close to the playground. It was very noisy.

Our site escort told us how to back up and then got in their cart and drove away end even though we thought we should do it different we attempted their way, it was the totally wrong way to do it. Another employee came over and assisted. If you are going to have a site escort they should be knowledgable and stick with you. Roads accessing park and in park very narrow.

Nice little campground. It was very clean and quiet. A lot of fun things to do at the camp and around the camp. Looks like they are expanding. I’m excited about that. They could definitely use another bathhouse. A few sites are very narrow but the majority have a nice bit of real estate and they have planted trees between sights to add privacy. Nice campground

The place was clean, the pool and was nice and the staff we encountered was friendly but it ends there. The sites we so small, barely the width of a picnic table Big rocks 3 feet wide around trees limiting the already small sites. And worse was the Speeding guests/staff was awful. Kids walking, playing in the park. Very dangerous!

We enjoyed our patio site with the chairs and grill! There were people staying around us that could have been together if we were given a different site number earlier. That would help if you can request your site number. Also, the store opening up at 9 is a little late. We would also love to see more activities, i.e. movie night or some live music.

Roads not paved. Roads very tight to make turns and swing into sites. No activities for kids.

Very nice place. Folks there were very pleasent and helpful. Grounds and facility were well kept. Only issue was other campers walking through the campsites instead if around them.

We always enjoy thIS KOA. Convenient to so many Pocono attractions. The staff are the best! Love the escort to our campsite and help and guidance getting into it. Lots of activities for kids. Clean pool and grounds.

Campground was nice, glad our site was not near playground or pool as we don’t have children and prefer the quiet. One downside is people kept walking through our site because there were stairs meant for the site stayers only but everyone used them.

Staff was pleasant, sites were a good size, many amenities in the area, good Wifi, pleasant crowd, delivery to site for camping needs-I will be back!

It was just okay. There were a good number of amenities available, although we didn't take advantage of them. What primarily affected my rating was the bathroom: the showers and floors were pretty dirty almost everyday and the lighting was awful. We did notice on the last night our trip they either finally turned on the exterior lights or replaced all the bulbs. Shower shoes are a must!

The area is beautiful but we would have preferred a more private site. People constantly walking by our site. And there should be a dumpster in a more convenient location.

Love staying here. Great KOA store with food and supplies. Very nice site. Friendly staff. Great playground for children. All areas very clean.

Amazing place. It's so clean! The bathrooms and showers were spotless! The staff is great. We saw one worker where a dog follows him around, he was nice, the front desk staff was nice. Can't wait to come back!

Disappointed with our stay here. Everything at the camp store was marked way up. Staff was not courteous or helpful as is normal at other KOAs. Staff drove like crazy, fast and erratic (scared our dogs each time they came by). No trash service provided. Wifi and cell reception were meager. Not a single activity or event conducted. Grounds and sites could be better.

We appreciated the owner having the knowledge to assist us with our power plug issue and also that he was able to assist another camper with the retracting of their level legs. It is great to have an insight “RV Repair” person. We were very thankful that you were there. Enjoyed East Stroudsburg and Stroudsburg Farmer’s Market very much.

Love our stay here. So in love with the site we had, on the edge and very quiet. The staff were very polite and professional. Happy to have the back up assist. Def will be returning.

It was clean and well kept. We really appreciated not only do they escort you to your site, but the guy helped guide us into our spot. Lots of nice fellow campers and staff. We really liked that people seemed to adhere to the "quiet time" hours. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Loved that it is close to lots of nice hiking. We will definitely be back.

I did not feel they were serious about Covid and didn't take appropriate precautions. There were no cases but sanitizing in the office and rest rooms was sparse.

Loved the whole campground, was quiet at night. The only issue I ran into on campsite 18 was the sewer hookup. My camper tank flush was lower then the ground connection and I had to move it around and put it on blocks to make it higher in order to empty my tanks.

The campground boasts activities and amenities on their website. We get there and there are no activities , no jumping pillow for my kids and the playground, Gaga pit etc were full of mud and rocks. They say Covid is the reason but no employees were wearing masks in the store so their concern can’t be too strong. I understand if things are closed but POST IT so we know prior to booking.

I we booked campsite for two nights. The stay was okay until the next morning another camper’s unleashed dog showed up in our area and created a havoc. The dog ate our breakfast and made a mess with area of our food storage. We called the office for help and nobody showed up. The whole episode lasted for about 45 mi. neither the owner nor the campsite security came for our rescue. No refund give

It cost $6 to wash and dry one load of clothes. And no one had cleaned the laundry room in a very long time. I thought the cost of doing laundry was way out of line with other KOAs.

Great location. Friendly staff. Lots of fun activities but we had rain so didn't have much of a chance to enjoy. Love the renovation, can't wait to see it next year!
