The staff were very friendly, the air was thick with the smell of Marijuana most of the day. The biggest disappointment was how close together the sites were, I was afraid to light a campfire for fear of setting my neighbors camper on fire.

The park was very clean, I didn't use the bathrooms but my husband did and they were also clean..we where so happy with the site size and the owners were great. The owners Helped me help my husband back in our spot. Lol our second time, and they were extremely patient and friendly! Our stay was very relaxing and just a all around quiet fun stay! Scenery was also nice, couldn't have been happier!

Good stay, site slightly difficult to maneuver due to location and unevenness. Noticeable power lines run through park. Very nice pool and playground for children.

We stayed overnight. Campers car made it difficult to get out. Staff was aware and were trying to get them to move. Lovely campground.

Very nice quiet place unfortunately it rained but we also had very rude and loud group by us that were using extremely fowl language and excessively drunk. Although the campground talked to them many times it persisted throughout the weekend. So not what we are used to from a KOA.

Clean, comfortable. Needs updating. Some areas are not inviting and could use beautification. Pool, playground.

New managers are in the ball and getting the place ready for a busy 2021 season. Stayed here many times before this stay was 6 days and not a single negative thought.

We stayed 4 nights. 3 of those were great. The one night the campground let a campsite party until 3 am they then woke up at 6:30 am just as noisy. Scream sang, music, and foul language. Not once did security drive by that night. Several campers called to complain. I was offered an apology the next day, but they did not seem to think that letting that behavior carry on was their responsibility.

We have stayed here before and likely will stay again. It’s a good stop off on longer trips. Staff is friendly professional and responsive. My complaint with NATIONAL KOA is the inability to utilize reward points from the KOS app. The use of points written in the special request area when reserving is never complied w/. And it’s a hassle to fix at ANY KOA. Please address this deficiency.

Really nice campground in the middle of the Delaware Water Gap. Friendly staff. Nice sites. Will be staying here again in the near future.

As always, we were super impressed with the upkeep of this KOA. The staff puts a ton of pride on maintaining their grounds and has a lot to offer. The mini-golf was well kept and had, fun, moving obstacles. Happy to see additional sites being added, and the new tree stump fire pits were cute. The pool was very refreshing and we were happy that it was heated. One of my favorite KOA's.

I would gi e 5 stars but one of the staff was not being friendly and telling me to move my car while I was purchasing charcoal and grill and other stuff at the register... I did move my car but other truck with a RV took the spot of mine and parked 15 mins and he was behind me in the line after I parked my car to other area and came back... smh... not reasonable and dude was being racist...

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice pool, shaded sites, and very close to cool things like Bushkill Falls. Only thing that took away a star is we were given poor directions to our pull thru site and there was no way to pull through if following the one way signs. Site was also more unlevel than we’ve ever experienced. All of that being said we do plan to return! Just not to site 5

We were very disappointed that no activities were planed over the holiday weekend when requiring a 3 night minimum. the excuse of due to covid restrictions was a poor excuse since other campgrounds that were very near by had many activities scheduled throughout the weekend. Charging $10 per site @check in when people request to be next to each other at the time of the reservation well in advance.

Arrived early to beat the rain knowing there could be additional fee and when I said I was checking in I was greeted rudely with there is going to be an early arrival fee! No good morning, just the nasty tone about the additional fee. Front desk personnel was unorganized, advertised a bounce pillow which they did not have. Dump station for large trailers at back of campground and roads tight!

We were greeted by Tim and his wife (I am so sorry I do not recall her name) as soon as we arrived. They were both awesome and extremely helpful. Sad to say that it rained most of the weekend but we really loved the campground. This may have been our first visit but I can assure you it will not be our last.

We were in a site that was completely flooded, there were no activities, and this was probably our least enjoyable stay at a KOA.

Had a great time. Staff was friendly and campground was well maintained. Given COVID, good precautions were taken to keep everyone safe. Only complaint was lack of jumping pad (due to COVID). If the playground equipment can be cleaned, why not the jumping pad too??

Rained most of the weekend, but we were able to salvage some of the time. Our site managed to be at a good elevation because we were not inundated with water. Some sites seem to need some more gravel/soil to avoid puddles from surrounding campers. Staff is great, park is clean, and it's great to see them fixing up the back section with new sites and cabins. Keep it up.

The stay was good but had to leave early due to our dog being very sick. Had to get her to the vet ASAP. We love the sites we were on.

This was our 3rd time here at Pocono Mtn. KOA. Our site was great and although it rained we had a terrific weekend. Our only concern was too many dogs, dogs that were not friendly! So happy to meet CARMEN THE BIG STEER !
