No smoke detector. No propane til last day. Cabin lock was malfunctioning. Couldn’t lock it. Last day brought propane. Nothing else was fixed. I used to stay here all the time. The park is looking run down. It’s sad. Used to be great place to stay.

What a wonderful KOA! Lots of things for the kids to do and the Colorado River right there was a bonus. Very helpful staff and professional! We will be back!

Despite reservation, there was no info packet or map waiting when we arrived. No phone number was listed for after hours assistance. Extreme highway noise.

The entire staff was all so professional and courteous and helpful!! I would go back just to see them again. Especially Gwendolyn, she rose way above and way beyond what any employee would be required to do for me and my puppy Zee. Scott and his wife “run” a fantastic operation and if you’re in the area, heck if you’re not in the area, make it a point to stop in and say “hello!”

This is a great campground. We are full time and the laundry rooms are a must for us. This KOA sets the GOLD standard for that. New, large capacity washers and dryers without raising the price! I wish more KOA’s would update their facilities!

The cabin was well appointed, new, sparkling clean. We loved it. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and no grill. Definitely contrary to description and our plans/needs/agreed rental terms. The campground is very close to I 70. Great for on/off. Not great for noise levels.

Very friendly staff at a very busy and well cared for park. Will ask for a spot with no trees nearby at any future stay. Cottonwood florets were terrible and bird nest right above RV with babies were noisy and of course they expertly placed their excrement all over the top of our rig and slide topper. Park not at fault for nature taking its course, Just be aware where you park.

Scott was so helpful finding us a space to drop our RV when we had truck issues. He got us set quickly so we could get into Denver to drop the truck at the shop. He made sure we had everything we needed for our unexpected overnight stay and even refunded the second night we had paid in advance when the truck repair didn’t take as long as we thought. We would definitely stay at Strasburg KOA agai

It's a very nice place with a comfortable atmosphere. It is right next to I-70 so it can be noisy, but a good place to stay.

The staff was awesome. There when I needed an answer. Grounds were clean and you saw staff working all day to keep it that way. Good location with places to eat if needed. WILL stay again.

We showed up after the office had closed. When we arrived we were welcomed by the camp host and shown around the Kamp. The bathroom were very clean. The camp site matched everything the description listed. When we are back thru Denver we plan to stay here.

We opted for a back in, which provided for more privacy than a pull thru. All of the facilities were kept clean and staff was very nice. Strasbourg is a small town with very limited shopping facilities, but there there is a large grocery and other shopping facilities 6 miles down the road or hop on interstate and go to next exit west.

Great place and great staff! We were greeted at the driveway outside the office and checked in without leaving our RV. Later, we were in need of some plumbers tape for a small repair and management/staff provided a roll for us to borrow a few inches worth. Just one overnight, but would stay again and recommend to others.

This is a very clean and well kept KOA. The office staff are very friendly. There is a fenced in dog park that is nice for dog travelers. You are 30 minutes or less from Denver and Towers Rd off I 70 has lots of restaurants for your eating enjoyment. There is some highway noise where we were parked but it did not inturrept my sleep. Overall this is a nice park to stay in. We will be back.

Only stayed overnight. Staff was very friendly and attentive. It is right next to the highway so it’s a little noisy and the sites are so close we couldn’t put out our awning because the next rv’s slide out was too close. It was easy to hear everyone on either side. Noise woke us at 6am. I am not an early riser. If you are a light sleeper keep driving

Our trip was interrupted by a fire in our RV the day after we arrived. We were very blessed to have survived it & almost all of our belongings were saved. The owners of the campground were very helpful and put us up in a cabin for 2 nights and continued to check in on us. They were actually the first to begin to put out the fire before the Fire Department came. Wil stay again!

Our RV caught fire & the owners were actually spraying hoses on the fire to help put it out before the fire dept. got there. The owners also put us up in a Kabin for the remainder of the stay & fed us breakfast that Sunday morning. They were so helpful with our situation! We will definitely stay there again!

Always a fun time at the Strasburg KOA. Our family has met there 3 times now from different states and always are treated very well. They do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your time there and everyone on staff is very friendly! The addition of the covered wagons is awesome!!
