The gentlemen who checked us in was very kind and the bathrooms were clean, but otherwise I thought the campground was crazy overpriced for what was essentially a giant gravel lot with campers lined up one on top of the next. We were two spaces from the dumpster (which was emptied at 7am ���) and that whole area is a sloppy, eye sore, maintenance area. Unfortunately we wouldn't return again.

Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was the noise from the interstate traffic. As we pulled into the camping area, I felt like we were pulling into a junky trailer park. We were on gravel which was fine, but there was no place to grill or a fire ring. This was definitely the worst KOA we've stayed in.

Tree branches hit the top of my rig. People were nice and all went well. Just should have not parked under a tree.

The campground has good amenities snd a wonderful staff. It is clean and well managed. Its proximity to 70 means it is very noisy. There is nothing that can be done about that, but if noise bothers you it wouldn’t be a good place to stay.

The staff was very helpful, but the park had many problems, landscaping, junk laying around, poor curb appeal.

Windy but the campground was very nice. Could use more grocery items such as dish soap but the showers and restrooms were exceptional! Friendly and wonderful service and check in was a snap! Will definitely come back!

All of the campground hosts are very pleasant and truly have a caring spirit. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable!

It was a really nice place to stay. The park was really nice, and the RV sites were also nice. Would be a great place to take your family. They had accommodations for Log cabins and covered wagons. Really cute park! They make you feel right at home. Would highly recommend !!!

Scott and all his employees were just wonderful and helpful to our group. The BBQ dinner was excellent and more than we could eat. Everyone enjoyed their weekend.

We were a rv club and they were very cooperative with making us feel welcome and using their facilities for meeting and eating as a group. Also had great food on site with two restaurants.

We were right by the highway even though there were better sites we could have been in...We did not have a picnic table and I ask for one I was told he would get me one but he never returned. My husband got sick and we had to leave earlier then expected however we still paid for the night we didn’t stay. We were charged for extra kids even though our grandchildren didn’t come.

Is there a 10 Star, this KOA went out of their way to help me and my family after my father wound up in a Denver Hospital very ill. It was only my second time of pulling into a campsite with our travel trailer and new truck. When there was a mix up in my reservation the owner Scott fixed it so I only had to move my trailer once instead of twice.

Nice facility from the limited amount I saw. Some improvement work ongoing, all was as expected. If needing to stay while passing through I would stay here again.

On our last night there the weather took a turn and we were in a tornado watch. We took shelter inside the game room and when the owners realized we were tent camping they found us a lodge to stay in for the night. We GREATLY appreciated that since we have a toddler and infant. You can tell they take pride in their property and guest and will do what they can to make you comfortable and happy!

Check in and all of the staff were very friendly. The cabin was clean and met expectations. The only reason I didn't give a 10 for recommendation and 5 stars is it is so close to the interstate it was very loud. Not sure what could be done about that, other than constructing a sound barrier.

Stayed at the “East Denver” KOA which is a bit of a misnomer since it is 45 minutes to downtown Denver. Noise from highway, trains, planes and helicopters. The amount of clutter and junk around a few of the long term sites as well as the condition of their rv made it look more like a trailer park. Comparing this KOA to the dozens of other parks I have stayed in, I would rate it a 3.5.

This was our second time stay at this campground. The site we were in was way too tight as we could almost touch the motorhome next to us. the noise level from the highway was worse than we remembered and the cable was so bad we couldn't watch some channels. The only positive was the pizza and wings we ordered and had delivered to our site were both pretty good. Would not stay there again unless.

Website states pool is open and many activities that were not available. We made the best of the stay but definitely left a lot to be desired. Staff was very friendly so that was a plus. Updated website would have avoided a bad review!

Could barely squeeze in our camper it was so tight. Smelled sewage the whole time. I felt like we were off I-80 in Nevada. Next time we will use a truck stop instead if we are that desperate.

We always stay at strasburg koa at least once or twice a year, nice and clean great pizza and ice cream. I was bummed we couldn't have a fire in the firepit especially after all the snow and rain we've had this year

Clean facilities and large sites! We stayed for only about 12 hours, but enjoyed our time.
