Great place and the owners and staff were so helpful! Super clean and everyone was following Covid precautions. My girls loved that they could see the chickens, ducks and turkeys!

The campground had everything to make a camping stay success. The grounds and facilities were well kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel at home and make your camping experience one you would never forget and want to come back.

Our 41ft trailer&truck were blocked in because of tight spaces and parking of passenger vehicles. Friendly staff and clean park.

Very cute campground. Love the Covered Wagon “cabins” for rent. Great staff as always very helpful and courteous. Delicious BBQ Restaurant just outside the campground.

Great registration and check-in process! Very efficient operation with a great bbq restaurant adjacent to the property for a good meal. Good stop!

Friendly staff; easy check in. Long pull throughs as advertised. Can get a bit muddy in the rain/snow. Nice dog park area. Sites are a bit close together. Great location for stay as you head to or return from CO mountains. Be ready I-70 traffic noise.

We are new to having a canper and this was our first stay anywhere with it. The staff was very helpful and were very patient with us trying to get in the camp area. They even helped us back in our spot. We would defintely stay here again and absolutely reccomend this campground to anyone that asked! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This campground ���� has good clean well apportioned bathrooms and laundry facilities. Don’t miss their BBQ dinner it was great.

We have been traveling for 3 months across the U.S. This is by far the most beautiful view! It is well worth every penny. Nearby, Central City is a great town filled with history. And you also have Black Hawk less than 8 minutes away from Central City. Both towns have lots of gambling and restaurants. Lots of abandoned mines. Really a great stay!

Excellent staff! Super friendly and helpful. Only reason it's not a perfect 10 is how close it is to the highway and the noise that comes from it.

This KOA is very overpriced for the quality of the property. I have stayed here is the past and is obvious some improvements have been made but most of the improvements are a few upgraded sites and cabins. The road surface is still terrible, and the entry/checkin lanes are too narrow. I was reluctant to stay here because of these conditions but the Denver area offers very few options for RVer's.

People were very nice. spaces were a little close but noise was very little. Our site had some extra Dog droppings and smoking butts and some small trash. Bathrooms floors needed some cleaning. Looks very old but not a bad place.

The Presidential Award must have been decided before all the construction work began. This is a large park with level sites. Roads and sites need a new layer of gravel to keep the dust down. Be aware of the railroad crossing right before the entrance if you have low clearance.

We only stayed one night, as we were on our way home, but I would have like to have stayed longer! The sites are so nice! Ours had a patio with a Portico, table and chairs. It also looked like it had a fire pit. Unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there, but it looked like a very clean and orderly place. The number placards were easily seen and was so simple to park.
