Exceptional all around. Check in was fabulous. My stay of 9 nights was really great. Took walks. Toured the park. Loved the covered wagons. Staff helped solve any concerns. Food at park was nice. Walked to BBQ ribs supper. I even walked over to town from the park. Will go back there again in my travels. I live in my RV.

Clean! Roger was awesome at getting us backed in! Office staff was prompt nice and friendly. The park was clean and easy to maneuver. Wish would have been more grass and not many weeds on our sight but was still very nice!!

Very nice over night stop! Wish we had more time to explore the area. Great customer service. WiFi and cable tv were also great to have after a long day on the road!!!

I have never done a KOA campground before and I was delighted by the amenities. The care for the grounds was better than expected and the shower facilities were over the top!

The cabin was perfect! Restroom and showers were clean, I highly recommend and will definitely be staying again when we travel thru.

Never been to such a horrible KOA! The owner/manager was very very rude! If they could get sites any close together I’m sure they would. Property was not very well kept..if you don’t have to stay there DON’T. Just be wasting your money!

It's a great little place for on or two nights. We are here for 9 days because of brake issues. A bit pricey. All workers very nice and helpful. Very clean bathroom and food on sight.

Very clean, the decor was very nice and it was comfortable. I think it was a bit speedy, but I would stay again. One other thing was they were very accommodating to my wife's handicap needs, thank you �

Would have like a few less flies, not used to dealing with them so thick ended up chocking on one when I opened my mouth to say something. Everything else was very good.

Convenient off of I-70 comes with very loud highway noise. Terrible cable signal ("analog") but strong local channels. Bathrooms very clean. Manager very nice.

Scott and his team are some of the most personable and helpful individuals out there. Denver East KoA is a little gem in an unexpected location. Plan for the summer festivals in Strasburg if you want a bit of history as well!

We just needed a night away that was still close to home. This was perfect! The covered wagon was so much fun. We had an amazing time and the staff was amazing as well. We will definitely be back!

After a long day on the road, a perfect overnight. We did not experience any rain, however this campground is mostly dirt and like others we have stayed in would be a mud hole. Gracious hosts who met us as we drove in and guided us to our site.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had no WiFi, Cable and very poor water pressure at our site #109. Also if it wasn't for dog park near our site, there was no room n our site for our dogs to be outside with us, and the site was all rock.

We stayed one night, passing through. Check-in was easy (it was after hours). I would not recommend for a "stay". The spots had no grass and there were stickers (thorns) everywhere.

The Wi-Fi doesn't cover the full park. I had to walk closer to the clubhouse to get on. I loved the pancakes and sausage on the weekend. Friendly staff. Grounds could be better kept.

Nice staff, even though I arrived after 7:00 pm and in the dark, staff met me and led me to my site and helped me spot the trailer. I really appreciated that.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but the spaces were too close together. Neighbors sewer hookup was right next to our picnic table.

The hosts for the park were very helpful in getting us parked but the park itself is a little rustic. There is little or no grass at the sites, with only weeds and dirt and rough tables to sit at your site. But you can tell that the owners have put a fair amount of effort into the public areas and do work at keeping each site clean. Also the park is extremely convenient to I-70.

No Wi-Fi even when stated as such. Site was close to office so should have had good reception but could get as far as goggle and then any specific site would not load saying timed out trying to connect. We find this with many kid's. They need to update their band strength width to accommodate usage across the vast majority of koa campgrounds

Staff was very friendly. We were only there for one night and stayed in a cabin. It was fine and laundry facilities that we used were fine. We enjoyed the merry go round and the pavilion.

This is a really nice campground, and both the owner and the employees were all wonderful to deal with! My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is simply the proximity to the highway. There's no way to avoid the nearby road noise, but once you accept that, it's a great stop.

Only stayed for one night but was a very nice visit. The staff was awesome and so was the pizza and pancakes! If we are in the area again we will come back

The campsites were very close to each other. The dog park was lacking in many ways. However having the Pizza Parlor on site was good as was breakfast on Saturday morning! N

Staff was extremely helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate and get us into a spot even though we technically did not fit and the park was full. It’s really nice when people go out of their way to help.

Sites dirt and weeds. Train track on back side, highway on front. In an industrial area. Bathrooms didn’t have locks. Service was excellent.

We reserved at the last minute and were pleased to get in to this popular, busy campground. Staff was helpful. We ordered pizza since we arrived late and I was too tired to cook. It was tasty. The place was clean and surprisingly quiet considering that it was nearly totally booked with campers. This was our second time to stay at Denver East/Strasburg KOA and we will do so again. It is convenient

The staff was very friendly, the facilities were very clean, but the lots were really narrow - with Covid it would have been nice to have the lots wider so you could not reach out your door and touch your neighbor. There were 3 empty lots but the next campers were put right beside us instead of moving them over one where they would not have had any neighbors either.

Positives were friendly staff, some shade trees Negatives were loud freeway and train noise and sharp burrs on the ground that got in our dogs paws and our shoes while on a walk.
