Requested and was told we would have a view of Tower. We were totally behind a group of trees no view at all, paid higher price.

We have stayed at many dozens of KOAs. This is the only one I'll never return to. Unsafe, unwilling to follow fire code, actively endangers campers, and then fights about how they can't/won't enforce county fire restrictions. Incredibly unprofessional, refuses to apologize when wrong, won't train staff to be better, and won't take responsibility for their failure as business owners. 0/10.

Great experience. Showing Close Encounters of the third kind was a great perk. The store had lots of collectables. Showers were clean and hot and the pool looked inviting even though I didn't go in... Others were enjoying it.

This KOA is very convenient to Devils Tower with great views from the campsite. Pull thru site was centrally located to all services. Site was not level however placing blocks improved leveling. This is a great location for visiting Devils Tower.

We only stayed one night, but wished we had booked for 2+ nights. Great location, clean accommodations, friendly personnel.

Arrived after raining most of day. Roads in campground were muddy and some campsites were flooded. We needed to dump on arrival and dump station was sitting in puddle of mud and poorly situated. Change machine in laundry did not work and apparently office knew because office clerk said, " Yeah, someone else said that." Disappointing.

The campground and surrounding area are wonderful. The hay ride was fun and informative. Two points against would be the café is only open from 10 - 4. This does not serve campers. Departures before 10 am (most people) can't get breakfast and late arrivals can't get dinner. During the two weekdays we were there no one was working on the pool construction. Get it done!

Charged me $10.00 because we were 50 minutes early. I had to pay for it because we had made a tee time and had to park the Motorhome. Not very customer friendly, how could you expect me to recommend you to my friends?

After staying at the KOA in Billings we were very surprised that it was not up to that standard. We paid for a picnic table and patio. There was no patio. We had not eaten because we had decided to eat at the advertised cafe. It was not open and nowhere on their website wthat mentioned.

Very quiet and Comfortable one night stay at the foot of Devil’s Tower. Low clouds and rain provided a different view of the tower. A minor point, site 57 is not the best place to view the tower; completely obscured our view. One spot either direction have full view. Very nice staff, very clean, open spaces. Have stayed twice before and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a good stay. MS

Site was very unlevel. The entire park was muddy and water standing in our campsite. Horrible odor the entire time, smelled like there was an issue with the septic system. Check in staff was great but staff on the second day was extremely rude. Next time I will drive an extra hour to get to a different park

Overall this campground is very nice and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is great for visiting the tower and they have several family activities. The check-in was slow due to the number of guest arriving around the same time, which created a problem with parking. I recommend the you turn into the KOA, the street before the traffic light as thee is plenty of room to park

Great place to stay but with the shortage of workers the Cafe wasn't open when we wanted to eat. Love hoe they are upgrading the whole place. Can hardly wait till new pool is open

Great park right at the entrance to Devil's Tower. We were able to walk to the park. the site was level and spacious.

Pleasant staff despite shortage of workers. Camp ground clean. Pool. Laundry. Cabins. Building another pool. Views of Devils Tower from cg. Sites toward road have no trees, sparse green space, sites are gravel/ dirt. Sites toward middle & back of park more trees & green space. Also has sites on river. I would call & request site next time. Nice store; cafe on premises. No cable. Poor WiFi.

Everyone was so nice as we checked in and very pleasant even when I had to change sites. I never felt like I was putting anyone out.

Enjoyed the park very much. So close and convenient to Devil's Tower and they had lots of amenities in the stores and a gift shop and Ice cream. Not much else around the Tower so they were very handy. The campground is excellent. Huge.

Friendly staff, our neighbors on either side of us were staff and we really enjoyed talking with them as well as our stay! Close to a lot of day trips and sights.

I DIDN'T KNOW WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION THAT I HAD TO ASK FOR A SPOT UNDER TREES. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IN THE 100 DEGREE HEAT SUMMER

Location, can’t beat. Morning at the restaurant, that was a sad joke! Long wait, then cold food. 2 other tables had same issue. Returned for microwave heat up and it was forgotten!! Coffee refills need to be a lot more often!! The young waitresses need training.

We got a site right by the river. They played the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind both night we were there. Great fun. One of the better KOA campgrounds I've ever stayed at.

I loved this campground. I was only in the area for 1 night, and was pleased to find there was availability for my tent when I drove through in August. I found the campground to be wonderfully maintained, and the bathhouse spotless. I was told upon check in that the movie would be shown at 7 pm. What movie? I asked. Silly me. Close Encounters, of course! Fortunately, I arrived early enough in the day to hike a circuit of the National Monument, and then enjoyed the view of same from my campsite even more. This is just a great place to stay and is worth the extra couple dollars it costs to stay at a KOA for the cleanliness, the view, the proximity to the monument, and the fun. PS, all of the photos attached to my review were taken in the campground.

Very nice campground, very friendly staff. We did not go on the hay ride or watch movie, but thought that was a great treat especially for kids. Great place to walk our dog and the view is worth a million! WIFI was very good. We did not use the facilities other than laundry which was in very good condition. We had a lovely walk around the campground with the tower and Belle Fourche River, great location.
