Had a great stay - camp sites were nice and level, staff was super friendly. Campground is located right outside of the entrance to Devil's Tower. Great to see the sun rise shining on Devils Tower in the morning - beautiful location.

Beautiful well kept campground. Mini golf, pool, large gift shop… and a hay ride with no hay, which was fun! Right at entrance to Devils Tower..they set the standard high for KOA! Very kind and helpful staff!!

Well run. Nice staff, friendly. They know you are tired coming off the road and get you checked in quickly. Making great improvements to park. The only suggestion I would make is, turn at first entrance and park in gravel area for check in, not at the light. Gets very congested.

This is one of the biggest KOAs that I have stayed in, WOW. My view from my dinette table was of Devil's Tower! Imagine eating breakfast, inside or out, with that view! Overall, the park was maintained nicely. The KOA staff were all friendly, helpful, and courteous. While I was escorted to my spot, I did witness a number of incoming guests having trouble finding their spots. Better road signage!

Our favorite campground! I do think they could lower the prices in the wash room.....$2.25 to wash a load of clothes is a little high in my opinion.

It was a great stay. I didn’t know Sturgis was happening when I made my trip, but that barely even registered. The KOA was quiet at night, and legit, right outside the Devils Tower. Since my stay was because of the Perseides, I had no wasted time between leaving my camper and being set up inside the park, ready for a meteor show. Great staff, great location, great deal.

Difficult to change reservation, no one would answer the phone or an email. Terrible camp site, dusty right on the road, no shade. Paid same rate as our friends who had 3x the room, grass and shade. They would not accommodate giving us campsites together in spite of not giving reservations on particular sites. Adjacent sites were available on our arrival.

Employee's and or owners were very nice even with it very busy with the Sturgis bikers everywhere. We were glad we stayed here. Kids loved the pool with it being so hot out. It was chilly but fine. Thanks.

This was our first time staying at a KOA (we usually boondock in MT). It was a fabulous experience! We arrived after dark and retrieved our tags from the front door. I wasn't sure where to go but a kind gentleman showed us the way. We woke the next morning to an amazing view and very helpful staff in the office/store. The campground was very well cared for, clean, quiet and pleasant.

My family and i went on vacation to celebrate my and my brother b-day and we were going to go somewhere else but it was to far so we came to Devil's tower and my family and I was really Glad and happy that there was a KOA there by Devils tower so we can camp cause we didn't know if there were any place to camp in the area sense camping there is first come first sever and the KOA is a Great place

Absolutely great location to see Devils Tower. Best KOA store we’ve ever seen. The staff does not escort you to your site. Spacing was a little tight.

Nice campground, friendly people. Spaces are close together some shade , but many sites with no shade. Fantastic views of the Tower. Clean laundry if a little expensive. Great place to stay while visiting Devils Tower.

Lots of motorcyclist revving their engine at late hours & early morning. Might be nicer to set some noise ordinances on loud vehicles.

Very nice park, doubtful you could find a better view of the tower. Staff friendly and patient as we arrived during Sturgis and the place was crazy!

very friendly staff, very clean, great store. we camped for 2 weeks at only KOA's, this was by far the best!!! loved the showing of Close Encounters!!!!

We were in site 45 and loved it. Nice shade most of the day. It will really be nice when the new pool is done. Took a dip in the current pool the last full day there. Had it to ourselves for a good hour. The store and restaurant on site are great. Loved seeing the movie and going on the hay ride.

We originally reserved to arrive on monday 8/9/21, about a week before I found out we would be arriving on Sunday 8/8/21 so I called the campground to see if they could accommodate us one day earlier. They made it happen! The staff are all Very Nice and helpful. Clean , quiet and a Great location allowing us to ride to Sturgis and surrounding areas and return to a safe campground at night.

We appreciated the friendly staff and the great views of Devil's Tower from our campsite. The playground was voted best of our trip by our children. The restroom and shower was very clean and nice. Walking to the restroom/shower after dark without a flashlight was tricky as it was very dark, which was great at our site, but difficult to see where we were walking. Overall, it was a great stay!

Being at the base of the tower is just spectacular. Our checking was fabulous, nice Lady! The dust is not! Our stuff was filthy when we left. The speed is supposed to be 5 mph...your worker golf carts are the biggest speeders. Those workers are not friendly. The store had no real supplies so don't count on that. Delish carmels and taffy apples. It won't take much to be a stellar destination!

I was so happy I got to watch Close Encounters of the Third Kind at the campsite before I explored Devil's Tower the next day, which the movie is based on. I enjoyed a good breakfast in their quaint cafe- the servers were extremely nice. The showers were literally luxurious. And the best part- amazing view of the stars and of Devil's Tower in the background.

We got a site right by the river. They played the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind both night we were there. Great fun. One of the better KOA campgrounds I've ever stayed at.

I loved this campground. I was only in the area for 1 night, and was pleased to find there was availability for my tent when I drove through in August. I found the campground to be wonderfully maintained, and the bathhouse spotless. I was told upon check in that the movie would be shown at 7 pm. What movie? I asked. Silly me. Close Encounters, of course! Fortunately, I arrived early enough in the day to hike a circuit of the National Monument, and then enjoyed the view of same from my campsite even more. This is just a great place to stay and is worth the extra couple dollars it costs to stay at a KOA for the cleanliness, the view, the proximity to the monument, and the fun. PS, all of the photos attached to my review were taken in the campground.

Very nice campground, very friendly staff. We did not go on the hay ride or watch movie, but thought that was a great treat especially for kids. Great place to walk our dog and the view is worth a million! WIFI was very good. We did not use the facilities other than laundry which was in very good condition. We had a lovely walk around the campground with the tower and Belle Fourche River, great location.
