We had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful and we're able.to get us in last minute. We only stayed one night but the spot on the river was awesome. They tried everything they could to get us a spot for a second night but they were booked full. Definitely would stay there again.

It’s a great KOA. Great sites on the river with shade and bird watching & good amenities. There is no sound from the road like so many KOAs. The staff is excellent. The only reason is not rated a ten is location. While Dubois is an adorable town, it’s just a little too far to go back and forth to the Tetons and Yellowstone. We would stay there again if doing that route

One of my favorite KOAs. Love the Wind River flowing by, grass and trees. The staff are super. They recognize me as a frequent visitor and treat me accordingly. Plus I love the Arkansas metaphors.

Nice place, most of the staff is friendly. But people drive way to fast kicking up dust and you can't open your windows to enjoy the nice weather. I feel like KOA should do more to stop the fast drivers, or pave the roads.

We had spot #38 against the river and we’re very pleased. Great campground as a base camp too see Yellowstone, the Tetons, Jackson….

Better ventilation in the swimming pool area the air is too warm. Great water pressure at our campsite for our motorhome. Nice clean campground friendly staff.

I loved the atmosphere of the KOA it was a cute, peaceful, western theme. The lady at checkin was very nice and efficient. Nice bathrooms with hot showers. There was a great play area and grassy spot for kids, families. It just would have been nice if the parents would have asked the kids to not be screaming. They were quite shortly after 10pm atleast. Couldn't hook up to the free wifi though.

Beautiful area, close enough to the Tetons and Yellowstone but far enough away to avoid the masses of people. We saw bears, deer, elk and moose on our visit. The facilities were clean and the hosts were fantastic people. Thank you for a wonderful stay during our family trip.

Booked 2 nights but couldn’t make it there the first night due to a breakdown and had no service to call. We got service and immediately called to inform we were still coming for night 2 but had to leave a message at 9 am. When Cindy returned our call, she informed us our reservation had been canceled and our site given away. Staff was not personable other than the manager, Beth - thank you.

The Dubois KOA was a nice campground that was very clean and well-kept. The cabin was clean upon my arrival and smelled like vanilla which was a nice touch. The bathrooms were right across from the cabin for easy access. Clean showers and an affordable shop to pick up souvenirs or items you mahy have forgotten. I wish the Kamp K9 was a little bigger but overall a really splendid campground!

Very nice, well kept campground. Staff is fantastic. A little tight for big rigs. Most sites are level. Very poor cell service. Cable was not working, so the excellent wifi wasn't usable because of demand. Indoor pool was not open

Overnight stay on Teton/Yellowstone trip. Nice setting on the Wind River. Excellent WiFi signal. Sites are close together and if only a one nighter pay extra for a river front site as people walked thru campsite to go to restrooms. But it was easy in and easy out.

Very nice place right on the river…short walk to town. The military museum in town is one of the best in the country, a must see…..

great place to stay

The neighbors in site 31 were loud and rowdy and partying late after midnight May 28 and 29 but we did not complain to the KOA owners because it was so late. But loved the River and wild life, large sites and fresh air.

Campsites are very close together with no shade and worn tables. The pool and game room do not open until Memorial Day though on the website it says may 15. The playground is ok, though pretty dated, the cable was out while we were there, the WiFi was really slow and the hot water in the showers didn’t work during our visit. If you are staying in a KOA for the amenities look elsewhere.

The location is great but the campground set up (roads) are not set up to allow privacy at the campsites. People constantly walk through each other’s campsites because there are no proper paths for people to walk on to get the the pool, garbage, bathroom, river, etc. Walking the windy roads is significantly longer and even the staff cut through and between campsites for a shortcut.

The husband and wife team are so friendly and gave great advice about the area. The KOA was spotless clean. Including the store, the grounds and bathrooms/showers. The owners care about dogs and have put a kennel at some sites. I would definitely stay here again!! We went sightseeing for a day and when I returned I had to run to office to share that I saw my first ever grizzly bear and two yearlings. The manager is such a positive person and a good listener. She's exactly who you want greeting people. Thank you for a wonderful and friendly stay! I forgot to mention: they have great internet, so bring your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon logins.

What a great place to stay. Owners were very helpful about giving tips about local area. You could walk into town and enjoy all of the charm of Dubois. We will come back again next spring.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Backing up to the river was enjoyable, but because of the cold nights , we kept the windows closed. The recently opened National Military Vehicles Museum is a must see . It is very well displayed and I would recommend taking the guided tour . The speaker was very knowledgeable and kept our interest for three hours. It is about 9 miles east of Dubois.
