We loved our stay at Wind River KOA . The little town of Dubois was within walking distance and had nice shops and restaurants . You really felt like you were in a little out west town . The campground was very nice . We had a spot by the river . Everyone was very friendly and helpful . We would stay again .

The staff Dublis KOA was so helpful from the first day if our 11 day stay. When our heat went out on our trailer they found us a heater to weather a freak 6 inch snow with 16 degrees. A great camping experience ini spite of all of our challenges. Wonderful time at KOA Dubois WY.

Usually staying in KOA is fine. Buy this time I booked 2 nights, the lady that attended me gave 2 different sites the first was fine but the second was Gravel I had to sleep in my car, I try to stayed both nights in one site, but the lady told me No only to separate sites. The fact the I paid 85 Dlls and sleeped one in my car kind of left me unsatisfied.

We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay! Cyndi, the woman working in the office, was most helpful and friendly! Clean bathrooms/showers and laundry facilities.

We had a spot along the river and it was absolutely beautiful and tranquil. The interior lights however were very primitive and would’ve had a different experience if we stayed in those camp spots

Incredible site by the river and the people could not have been nicer. The facilities were clean and the store was well-stocked.

The campground itself is probably a 4.5 star! But the way they handled my check out leaving a day early due to incoming snow 3 to 5 inches which actually turned into closer to 8 I understand. It’s the first time in 10 years that I have not been refunded for something that was out of my control. So for that you get a 3.

Friendly, clean, great place. Upgraded me to a deluxe cabin due to another guest wanting to in the cabin I was supposed to be in.

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA location. The staff was friendly and the campground and public bathrooms were clean. We stayed the night in one of the Tee Pee’s and it was an enjoyable and unique experience. It was a great location for a great price.

The facilities were amazing. The cabin was immaculately clean. The restrooms were in excellent condition. I was greeted with a smile when we arrived, and the host was kind and welcoming. The location is excellent, and the scenery can't be beat!

Everyone was so helpful and kind. The wedding at a nearby venue provided great entertainment. Only part i didn't love was the pool being closed.

Facilities and sites terrific; campgrounds beautiful; lady (Cyndi) at front desk very helpful. Second day unable to use outside site as leak developed in waterline behind us: excavator, chain saw, multiple employees. Asked for an adjustment on one day rate and was told by manager "no way". Later was told OUR attitude was bad!! Need customer service retraining for managers. Otherwise great!!

We stayed in a furnished teepee that looks cool but doe not have windows making it hot during the day and cold and dark in the evening. We were extremely disappointed that there was a microphoned band concert that lasted until 11 pm with people and car noise until 12:30am. Had we been told ahead of time about the concert we would not have stayed here. Very tired 19 hour drive home the next day.

The only complaint I have was the last night we where there a big desiel motor home in site 39 ran its generator all night. Tried to say something at the office and it was closed at 8:00pm.

Manager was responsive after hours, employees were very helpful, campgrounds were clean, and our site was well organized to make our 4 night stay very pleasant. I would have given a five if the bathrooms were closer tot the tent sites.

The grounds are really beautiful, with mature trees and the river running through the back of the property. The sites are large, clean, and the WiFi worked well. The Staff here is awesome - super friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Disappointed that the pool wasn't open. I don't recommend it for tenters. The tent area is in a field. No trees. And you are right on top of the other tenters. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Can’t say enough good stuff about this KOA. This one is a 6 plus on the 1 to 5 scale. . Super staff. Very clean and well maintained. Spent several days there. Easy in and out. Sites were easy to get into and level for quick set up. All hook ups well placed. Good camp store.

Still one of the prettiest campgrounds if you can get a spot on the river. However, I found the bathrooms dirty, and out of paper towels in the morning when most needed. It seems they are just not keeping up to good standards.

Overall the KOA is in good condition, it is about 1.5 hrs from Yellowstone,.town has grocery store and such you will prob be able to find most things you need One thing to be aware: it can get very windy there with 20+ mph wind gusts, temperatures can get cold fast..

The husband and wife team are so friendly and gave great advice about the area. The KOA was spotless clean. Including the store, the grounds and bathrooms/showers. The owners care about dogs and have put a kennel at some sites. I would definitely stay here again!! We went sightseeing for a day and when I returned I had to run to office to share that I saw my first ever grizzly bear and two yearlings. The manager is such a positive person and a good listener. She's exactly who you want greeting people. Thank you for a wonderful and friendly stay! I forgot to mention: they have great internet, so bring your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon logins.

What a great place to stay. Owners were very helpful about giving tips about local area.You could walk into town and enjoy all of the charm of Dubois. We will come back again next spring.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Backing up to the river was enjoyable, but because of the cold nights , we kept the windows closed. The recently opened National Military Vehicles Museum is a must see . It is very well displayed and I would recommend taking the guided tour . The speaker was very knowledgeable and kept our interest for three hours. It is about 9 miles east of Dubois.
