Wish our campsite was not next to the exit road. Very dusty and people did not follow the speed limit. I recommend blocking off this site so it is no longer a campsite. Great KOA. Friendly staff. Very clean. Will definitely book again.

At first the staff was very unfriendly. The first person we encountered was not helpful, wasn't accommodating, and really didn't care we were there. Our site was incorrectly marked as a 50 amp, but the afternoon staff made it right and went above and beyond. The pool needs a lot of work. The spot we ended with was very spacious.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms were clean and our spot was The pool area was a little disappointing. The pool liner is coming off and little bits are floating in pool. There were no chairs to sit around the middle or deep end of the pool. Standing water down by pool table was very dangerous. Arcade game was broken too. My kids did enjoy the playground!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location can't be beat. I'm sad that additional river sites have been added at the expense of the space between sites. This was our third time there and were slightly disappointed.

Good place to park when your goal is to go to the GTNP. YNP is a little to far from this location for our liking. Town was small and the people were nice.

Love this KOA! Can’t say enough about the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Right in town so you can walk to restaurants and shopping. Tubing on the Wind River. We rented a UTV at the campground and went off into the back country. Beautiful!

This was my family and my first time staying at a KOA campground and we could not have had a better experience. The campground offered so many amenities and wonderful little features like an indoor pool (which is huge!), a game room with air hockey, billiards, and ping pong, a nice sized playground my daughter enjoyed, and walking distance to cafes, shops, an old timey photo shop! So much fun!

We’ve had a nice stay every time that we’ve stayed at this campground. Very friendly and helpful people. We’ve stayed there several times over the past years. Highly recommend.

Appreciate the very clean comfortable cabins showers were cleanest I've ever seen it any KOA fairly quiet only complaint would be there was somebody riding their motorcycle through the campground non-stop the entire time we were there until 10:00 at night. That was disappointing as it was noisy and distracting we would definitely stay again though keep up the good work thank you

It’s been our favorite place so far. The dogs loved the green grass and prairie dogs. Cute rustic town of Dubois

Charming camp ground right along the Wind River. Staff are friendly & helpful. Clean accommodations. Dubois is a great little town and easy to walk to from the camp site. We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely loved the view from the riverside sites! Staff was helpful and nice. Very convenient to have a few restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

I just left the KOA yesterday and I've already told over a handful of people that Dubois and the KOA should be their next adventure! The campground was well taken care of and the cabin that I stayed in was very clean and perfect for my stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very helpful in pointing me in the right direction when it came to places to eat and things to do! Thank you!

We have a group of 4 families that have stayed several times over the 4th of July. We make reservations nearly a year in advance and request sites next to each other. They have never honored our request. We will not return.

Staff is very friendly, close enough to Yellowstone, but far enough away to be able to rest and relax after a day at the park. We will definitely stay again!

Pool was terrible. Water dirty flooring peeling off bottom of pool and floating in it. The rec area was an after thought. Kids play ground was old metal equipment that will burn kids when hot outside. Office staff were hateful and not friendly.

We were scheduled for 3 days, had to extend for 2 more due to problems with our tow vehicle, Despite being a holiday weekend, the staff and owners worked to accommodate us. The town had one of the best 4th of July parades I had ever seen. The indoor pool and small town setting, walkable, high in the mountains, and the main road with cafes and dining made this a very pleasant location.

Seems like ALL of thes men's toilets are not bolted firmly to the ground and even rock when you push these handle to flush. Really trashy! When I reported it to an employee they replied, "Ya, they're all that way ... even in the employee cabins". The owners don't care or are asleep behind the wheel. Trashy!

Pool needs to be updated as we noticed the pool liner was peeling and the water looked cloudy. Old playground that needs to be updated. Not many supplies in the camp store. We only stayed one night as we passed through heading to the Grand Tetons. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We cannot even begin to tell you how horrible our stay was. Let's start with the telephone attack because I simply asked for an amenity that you advertise - cable television. The wi-fi you have is terrible, does not work for streaming and you attitude about being politely told is unacceptable! There are so many other issues that I’ve already reported that do not fit here. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The pool was down while we were there and almost all (I mean every single 1) of the games in the game room was broken in some way. The space for tent camping was limited and the alarm for the local volunteer fire station is basically on the property of the Campground and went off at midnight. No one knew what it was and all the campers were frightened and even got in their cars ready to evacuate.

Our tent site was a little cramped; it did say no larger than a 4-man tent and they let us squeeze our 8-man tent into the space. The tent area was gravelly, but okay. The best part was the new bathroom built right next to the tent area that was made out of a shed! It had 2 bathrooms w/showers and heated lamps and HOT water! Quiet campsite, operators take care to maintain.

It was a nice campground but they advertise that they have cable TV. They didn’t and claimed that they were having trouble with it. That was the same story we heard 3 years ago. We don’t always have to have cable TV but sometimes there is something we want to watch. We don’t appreciate the false advertising.

Beautiful KOA spot. The pool was very dirty but the grounds were clean. We only stayed one night in an RV site with full hookups. Customer service was great and the campground was quiet. Would definitely stop here again.

We have stayed here at least once and most of the times two or three times a year. It is always staffed by friendly and helpful folks. the grounds are well maintained, right on a river, near downtown and very clean restrooms/showers. I recommend it to all.

Dubois is awesome! This campground is right in the heart of town. Walking distance to many fun stores, attractions, and restaurants. The hosts and staff were very welcoming. The sites on the river are beautiful.

In April I was looking for a place to spend two nights in the middle of a two week stay in The Tetons and :Yellowstone. I couldn't find anyplace anywhere near there. I called Dubois KOA and Pamela said she had one night. She went out of her way to find another night for me and we were very grateful. The campground is nice, especially the sites by the river. The people were all great.

We surprised our boys with a night in the teepee! My boys loved it. Campground was nice and clean.

The husband and wife team are so friendly and gave great advice about the area. The KOA was spotless clean. Including the store, the grounds and bathrooms/showers. The owners care about dogs and have put a kennel at some sites. I would definitely stay here again!! We went sightseeing for a day and when I returned I had to run to office to share that I saw my first ever grizzly bear and two yearlings. The manager is such a positive person and a good listener. She's exactly who you want greeting people. Thank you for a wonderful and friendly stay! I forgot to mention: they have great internet, so bring your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon logins.

What a great place to stay. Owners were very helpful about giving tips about local area.You could walk into town and enjoy all of the charm of Dubois. We will come back again next spring.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Backing up to the river was enjoyable, but because of the cold nights , we kept the windows closed. The recently opened National Military Vehicles Museum is a must see . It is very well displayed and I would recommend taking the guided tour . The speaker was very knowledgeable and kept our interest for three hours. It is about 9 miles east of Dubois.
