This was the first time camping for my family. WE. HAD. A. BLAST!!!!!! The grounds were very clean as well as the bathrooms. The staff was exceptional. We were even considering extending, but we had a drive ahead of us. We are already planning for October, but the bar has been set high. I hope the other KOA are this good. Oh, we stayed in a tent, which was awesome

Great! Spend 2 nights there. Ate at the Cherokee Restaurant, Buffalo Burgers excellent and Indian Taco also excellent. Shop at the Cherokee Trading store. Great gifts! Also nice to See the 2 Buffalos in the fence near the KOA.

We're were only passing through, stayed one night. Tent sites were very nice. Only drawback was the train traffic.

Was here for overnight, park was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. We did get a 10% discount at the restaurant when showing your campground receipt. The park could use some updating. This is why I rated it as I did. Pavement broken up and quit a few pot holes.

The cabin was incredible! It was so comfortable. The doggie dishes were extremely thoughtful as well as the soap and shampoo in the shower. The bed was really comfortable too.

Awesome one night stay at the park. Facilities were immaculate and park owner was very helpful and attentive during our late night arrival. We will definitely stay again when travels permit.

We were only there overnight to get some quick ZZZs but we had a great experience as we arrived late and everything was on the office door for our stay. The bathroom facilities were well maintained and gave us the opportunity to take a clean shower. The only suggestion for campgrounds is to provide a box for campers to put their belongings in while staying at your campgrounds.

Excellent facility. Wish they had more full svc in the back in's.... But that is not a deterrent for our great camp experience with KOA. Plenty for the kids to keep occupied, so we can enjoy camping... Pool was also great. Great KOA... We use the camp about 2-4 times a year, depending on our schedule...

Hostess extremely helpful and friendly. Campground was sparkling clean in every area. Felt safe. Loved all the extras ... pool, laundry, showers, area points of interest and theme. ( jumping pillow! )

Extremely close quarters, I had to retract some of my awning so coach that just pulled in could open his slide. Site very clean, nice pull through. “Maybe” 8’ between motorhomes. Sorry, will not return..... Bob

We were there for the weekend and had a great time! The campgrounds, including the bath house, we nice and clean. Some friends stayed in a couple of the cabins, and they were all clean and roomy. It's a nice setting, with a pool and a pond. They also have some buffalo and other southwest items on display.There is a nice restaurant up the hill as well. No complaints here! :)

This was our first stay at a KOA. We had a great time! The cabin was exactly as advertised! The view of the lake was amazing and the shade trees really helped with the heat of the day. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and conveniently located close to our cabin. We didn't swim in the pool but it looked nice and clean. The play ground was a huge hit with the kiddos. We will be staying again!

The El Reno West KOA has easy access pull-thru full hook-up sites for big rigs pulling a Vehicle ........ once you find the entrance to this KOA.. The main challenge involve finding the entrance to this KOA which is behind and below a truck stop, the Cherokee Trading Post and Cherokee Restaurant just north of I-44 approximately 15 miles west of El Reno, OK.

The staff were very nice and the location was great. The RV sites are very tight. I could not put out my awning without it making contact with the unit next to mine. This also made it difficult not to hear everything going on at the site next to mine as well. For overnight it is OK, but we will not stay linger than one day at this location in the future.

We stay here a couple times a year and they've made improvements and spruced the park up since our last visit. Looks nice! Congrats on 50 years with KOA!

Great, friendly people & a great place. Everything about this campground is awesome. The playground for the kids was exceptional. The pool was nice and clean. Every thing is very neatly kept. And the showers are great. We will be back.

We reserved a pull through for our 34ft RV. We were night driving so we pulled in at around 10am, and I let the super, super nice lady at the front know we would only be there there for the day and will be leaving around 8pm. She checked to see if my site was available early and didn't charge me an early check-in fee. She showed me around and was overall lovely. The site was super shady too :)

We stayed in the same cabin on 7/8 & 27/20. Issue with door on 1st visit was not actually corrected on second visit but worked. Issue with tub faucet on second visit was reported. Other than those, the stay was wonderful grounds, lovely views, comfortable cabin, several options for activities. Employees were very nice and seemed genuinely concerned about the issues as we reported them.

The only problem was we checked in after 7 so office was closed and we're not given the restroom code. I had to ask another guest otherwise the grounds and restrooms were clean

This KOA is a resort not a park. There is concert pads, great bathrooms and showers, beautiful locations next to a large trading post/Art Gallery with a gas station and a separate restaurant. The kicker is you can walk to it easily and see a live buffalo on your walk. The best KOA we been to after 60 location. It a 10.....

We stayed in K4.Bed bug droppings on the curtains.white powder put in the cracks near all the beds"diatomaceous earth" and rubbed along the walls.AC unit did nothing to cool the cabin to the point of my daughter getting heat sick.1 outlet appeared to have caught fire and wasn't replaced.Front room smoke detector missing with exposed wires.I have pics to verify.Utterly disgusted. REFUND EXPECTED!

They stay was not bad. the site was not the best place to camp. No tent place really more for cabins and RV or trailer.
