We stayed here a few times but this time the store staff was not friendly..We were promised a particular site but taken to a different site upon arrival.There were no scheduled activities for kids.Our visitors followed all the rules to enter the campground but while at the campsite staff stopped twice questioning them and making them proof of parking pass both times I felt like we were be watched

Positives: Clean facilities and spacious site. Negatives: We felt more like we were staying in a library than a campground. Constant oversight by staff and reminders about quiet hours even before quiet hours started. The standing at the end of our site peering over at us for periods of time is just creepy and unnecessary. Not a place for folks who camp in groups and like to talk and laugh.

Everything was in order and clean. The staff was helpful , bathrooms were clean , campsite was quiet and lovely. Thanks for a wonderful RV/Camping experience.

Everyone was so friendly. The KOA was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be back and hopefully have an opportunity to work there next Fall!

Pros: clean level site, clean pool, clean bathroom, wood delivery, escort to site and help with backing in. Cons: STAFF Overbearing & snippy. 1 staff member stared at our family & friends when we got together for group pics. It was BEFORE 10pm & his comment was to ensure we got it out of our system before we got out of hand.That was RUDE. 1 staff member scolded us for not knowing the store hours.

The staff was unfriendly and watched everyone like it was a prison. We had several families on site and it felt like every move we made, there was a rude staff member ready to micomanage our time. The beds in the cabin were hard and the shower went from freezing cold water to scalding hot after setting the cabin. Definitely not some place I would return to.

Really disappointed in their service. I have been to KOA's all over the US, this one is just not run by pleasant people. We rented two cabins. On day 2 one of the 8 year old kids of ours took a piece of wood from an area that wasn't locked or restricted near our cabin (we didn't see him do it). The guy that works there approached my brother and created a scene for no reason. Instead of just

At no time is theft acceptable! Period. Members of your group removed treated timbers from a fenced and posted maintenance yard on more than one occasion. Not just the kids.You then burned them in your firepit, putting yourselves and anyone in the area at risk.

We love this KOA. We came from South Carolina to meet our children and grand children from New Hampshire and had the best time ever. Will definately do it again. Thank you for what you do.

Lovely, quiet campground with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Great accommodations and fairly clean restrooms for the most part. Only negative is that everything closes for kids activities at 7:30/8pm. Would be nice to have things open a little later in the summer months. After visiting the nearby amusement parks.. we had no time to enjoy any of the campgrounds amenities but will be back!

We typically are open later during the summer months. Unfortunately, due to being short staffed, office hours, amenities, activities etc. have been reduced.

Hard to get to and over priced a nice campground but too much backroads and low tunnels

We always suggest you follow the campground directions. Our directions take you over bridges and along state roads to make sure the trip here is easier.

supposed to be next door to are group and we were at site 131 and the group was at site 13 the reservations were made months earlier(how messed up is that)

We are sorry we could not get you next to your friends. We ask that everyone in a group tell us that in the special request box on the reservation. Sometimes, due to existing reservations, many are groups as well, we simply cannot get everyone together.We wish you happy camping wherever it takes you

Our family had a very enjoyable time at the Elizabethtown/ Hershey Koa. Camp store was well stocked, camp ground was well maintained, and amenities were great.

My kids and I love this campground. People are super friendly, helpful and are always smiling. They take care of the grounds, clean the pools and more importantly, the public bathrooms are always clean. Highly recommend the Hershey KOA, my go to place when I need a quick getaway.

We had a great stay there. The staff was excellent and even came around to warn us about an upcoming wind storm. The only thing that we wished for were more planned activities for kids during the day.

Nice clean campground. Cabin was very clean. Lots of things to do - mini golf, fishing, etc. Keypad entrance to cabin very convenient. Enjoyed breakfast options on weekends.

Campground was nice and clean, plenty of amenities. Some of the staff members were downright miserable and rude. For that reason we will not be back.

Let me start by saying this is an extremely clean campground and we will be back. The staff for the most part was excellent to include the senior lady at the gate. The escort to the campsite drove past it, pointed, and drove away. Later he was the same person who chastised me for standing in an empty campsite to get out of the way of traffic and then to lecture me on etiquette. <eye roll>

Considering we stayed during the hurricane Elsa tourential rainfall and our tent site was a huge pond just after the rain would fall we really enjoyed our stay. I love how the sites are set up and am glad we had a site with lots of trees and bushes for shade. It was super hot and muggy for us being from Vermont. I chose the location because it was directly between lots of things to do.

Was very nice .but I arrived early and wouldn't let me leave my rv somewhere on property so we could sightsee lots of empty spots by pond 1st for me that I couldn't do that bad taste in my mouth I was willing to pay for extra day very nice park and people running it

We suggest reserving the night before if you plan on arriving early(10:40a.m).This way your site will be ready for you.As you found out,we do not have overflow parking and an empty site now does not mean there isn't a guest coming in for it later.

It was a really fun time. My 9 yr old Granddaughter really enjoyed playing bingo, especially since she won. She had fun at the pool, and enjoyed the wagon ride. We will be back!!!!����σ�

We found the staff lacking in "friendly", from the women behind the counter at check-in, to the maintenance crew driving around. We also found the rates high, compared to others with the same (if not more) amenities. Lastly we are a family of 4, our "children" being ages 23 and 27, and were charged an extra $20 per night for them because they are older than 17. What does age have to do with it

What a great time at KOA Hershey/Elizabethtown. Clean campgrounds, friendly staff. The camp store had everything we forgot to pack. This was our second year in a row tent camping and we will be sure to come again next summer. So much to do on the campground for our family that we didn’t even go anywhere the whole weekend.

Her attitude is not welcomed at all as the first impression when guests arrive. We stayed here with our extended family for three nights (we rented four cabins). The campground was beautiful and very clean. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here!

WOW - what a great place!! We were there for chocolate extravaganza weekend. It was great. Lots of activities for kids. The staff is absolutely awesome. The grounds are well kept. The RV sites are nicely spaced. We did some fishing and caught a couple bluegills. There are some nice sized bass and catfish in there, but no luck with them (use hot dogs for bait). We will definitely be going back.

This is a VERY nice KOA. We wish we could have stayed longer and we have certainly added this to our list to go back to in 2022! Very well kept and good location near Hershey. Can't wait to go back (for longer this time!)

Great KOA and one of the best campgrounds in the central PA area, no contest. Sites are large and well spaced out Events for the kids on Saturday night. Very organized check-in Lots of people out by the fire at night, but everyone is quiet. Overall Campground has a great Vibe, I highly recommend for the Hershey area.
