Lovely campground with nice facilities! Plenty for all to do on site and in the area. With the cabins available as well as camping sites, our family was able to spend a fun weekend together. Perhaps an issue for others, but we loved that golf carts are used by staff only! Much less noise, speedy teens and dust that we have dealt with at other KOAs where golf carts are abundant.

Having stayed at a few other KOA's I had high expectations regarding the facilities... In the end, I was disappointed. We stayed at 508 and there was really no meaningful barrier of any kind between those to the right and left of us. There were a few shrubs upfront as a divider but the backs where the firepits are fixed in place were totally open. Plus it smelled bad due to nearby farms.

This is awesome campground. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the property is very clean and quiet, and we loved all the activities for kids. It was an easy drive over to Hershey park. We would definitely stay here again

I didn't feel a warm welcome. Everyone seemed to be up tight. There wasn't a lot for the kids to do. I was always looking over my shoulder waiting to be fussed at by "the golf cart police" there were so many rules.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our rules are in place to ensure all guests have a safe/enjoyable stay.Following them uses less energy than trying to find a way around them and allows for more time to relax. Once you relax, you can try all of the amenities we offer.Our natural setting offers so much for kids to explore.

Staff/grounds-5��. Restroom/shower 5��. Tent site acceptable if i could have staked my tent and guide lines .. rocks under wood chips. Wind moved tent, rain (alot) got in because tent wasnt pulled taught/tight. Had to do laundry because i used it too sop up puddles. Could hear neighbor SNORING ALL NIGHT! General store fine, great prices .. wish it had opened earlier and stayed open an hour later

Awesome park, very neat and clean with plenty to do. You can tell those that work there really care about the place and want their guests to have an enjoyable stay.

Very nice welcome. Escorted us to our site. It was not the best of spots but loved the facing of camper to camper. The washers/dryers needed upgrading and cleaning. I would stay again for the beautiful area and friendly staff.

Always welcoming. Very very clean. Lots to do at the. Amp ground and surrounding area. We bring our grandsons on vacation with us and they love the pool and fishing pond. Stayed here multiple times always enjoyed ourselves.

Had a site in the woods, very private which was excellent. Site however was covered in wild berries from a tree that could of easily been removed. Berries ended up all over my trailer. There should of at least been a warning regarding the potential mess from this site. Also they were holding onto a ridiculous rule regarding visitors to the campground.

It is a nice campground. The downside is that the WiFi doesn't work in the tent area. And it is hard to secure the tents in the mulch area because there are gravel under the mulch. As a result, our tent over the picnic table was destroyed from the storm. It would be helpful if the gravel under the mulch is removed so that the tents can be secured into the ground. Other than these, we had fun!

We had a nice time at the campground. We felt that the food at the cafe was a bit pricey, but we liked the campground overall. The close proximity to the rail trail makes this a favorite place to stay. The campground workers are friendly!

Just what you expect from a KOA. Well kept, organized and facilities were very clean and updated. we would recommend this campground to everyone and plan to return again this summer.

Beautiful camp ground. We rented a cabin and it was even nicer in person than the pictures. COVID safety procedures in place everywhere. Staff is super friendly. thank you for a wonderful stay! We can’t wait to return later this summer! :)

This was my first time out for the 2021 Camping Season and also a chance to checkout my RV close to home before heading out to Ohio. The campsites are great with the gravel sites preventing water from puddling when it rain and level. All the hookups (water, electric cable and sewer) were all in the same location and made setting up easy.

this is one of the most friendly , helpfull, and roomy campgrounds we have stayed at. i was supper surprised at the up-keep of the grounds and roads. easy to get into your sites and staff there to assist you. when we are in the area again, this will be our stop

Very nice and clean campground. Would love to stay again. Already planning nexts years stay! Super close to Hershey, has plenty of activities for the family. Friendly staff, very welcoming, will stay again.

Simply blown away by the level of professionalism of this group. Corporate should notice and recognize their effort; we certainly did and will be coming back again and again. The food on premises by far exceeds the quality of food served by surrounding restaurants and their overall cleanliness surpasses any other KOA we have visited.

We had a great stay. The park and bathrooms are very clean. Except for one person at the end of our stay (we asked a question and the one lady was very nice, but the other one just kept staring at us as though we asked the stupidest question), everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Very nice. Employees very easy to work with. Very helpful. I had a Boy Scout group and needed some special considerations. The KOA was very willing to work with us. It made for a very pleasant stay. Restrooms clean, facility very organized and clean.

We stayed at the Hershey KOA for 8 days. This KOA was one of 6 KOAs that we stayed at during our 5 week trip along the East Coast. While the property is clean and pretty, the location was not close to anything and the laundry facilities were not adequate to other KOAs. The staff were rude and the covid rules & visitor rules were not in line with the CDC or PA. We do not recommend this KOA.

Bear KOA I’ve stayed at in the US. Very clean and no bugs! Pool was big and the water feature for kids was great. Great amenities.

We loved almost everything about the campground . Staff was great, facilities were clean, and sites were nice. Only issue we had was the smell. I have to assume that there is a dairy farm near by because of the manure smell was pretty bad at times. But overall we will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful experience tent camping. The site was set up with a very tent friendly level surface. Plenty of space. Very well thought out. Convenient hook ups. Excellent shower facilities and there is even a laundry. Friendly and first rate. Thx for a very pleasant stay on our trip to see Marty Stuart and the Fabulous Superlatives at the American Theater in Lancaster! We’ll be back...

Staff was wonderful and the facilities were very clean. This is a very kid friendly KOA, best we’ve visited to date. Loved the local beer and Putt Putt golf course too!!!!

WOW - what a great place!! We were there for chocolate extravaganza weekend. It was great. Lots of activities for kids. The staff is absolutely awesome. The grounds are well kept. The RV sites are nicely spaced. We did some fishing and caught a couple bluegills. There are some nice sized bass and catfish in there, but no luck with them (use hot dogs for bait). We will definitely be going back.

This is a VERY nice KOA. We wish we could have stayed longer and we have certainly added this to our list to go back to in 2022! Very well kept and good location near Hershey. Can't wait to go back (for longer this time!)

Great KOA and one of the best campgrounds in the central PA area, no contest. Sites are large and well spaced out Events for the kids on Saturday night. Very organized check-in Lots of people out by the fire at night, but everyone is quiet. Overall Campground has a great Vibe, I highly recommend for the Hershey area.
