This is one cleanest most well kept campgrounds I have ever stayed in, the staff was great and it is obvious that they take a tremendous amount of pride in their product and customer service. We'll be back.!!!!

We were placed on a buddy site with no options. It was the most miserable experience since these were complete strangers we would have went to another campground had we known this before hand the least that you could have done was to give us a heads up! We booked early January and I can’t imagine why we were treated this way thanks

We are sorry you felt mis-treated. You did get one of the last sites available for the RV show.Since we were sold out,you were told of the KOA 1 hour guarantee w/ full refund when you complained about your site.You did not take us up on that option and decided to stay.

We felt that the woman at front desk was ride. We arrived at 1 pm, site was empty and she demanded we pay $30 for early check in or go away and come back. Others arrived just half hour after us and were not charged extra.

Following our check-in/out times allows staff the opportunity to clean,maintain and repair the campground to the high standards our guests expect and have become accustomed to.It's even more difficult as we, and most small businesses, are short staffed.

The women at the check in was not the friendliest person for the job. It is a big campground and only has 4 washers and dryers, and one was broke. The area that we were in, the sites were small

This was our second time here and we like it a lot and would definitely come back. My only issue’s we had was with our site. Site #151 needs some work, the first day we were there it rained and there was mud till the day we left 5 days later because there is no drainage for that particular site, ground is pitched on all 4 sides to the middle of the site. It was very hot and pool was closed.

We were there for the Hershey RV show. We've stayed before. The Elizabethtown/Hershey KOA is just great. Everyone there is very helpful, and the place is very nice. Big sites, clean.

Very friendly staff. Escorted us to our site and made it one of the easiest back ins I've done. Nice campground, clean restrooms. Our second time there and I wouldn't hesitate to camp there again.

Beautiful area with very clean and level gravel campsites. Didn't need to use levelers on the RV! Picnic table, water, electric and dump at the site made life easy during our stay. Friendly people checked us in and out. I'm sure we'll be back when we're in the area again. Thank you!

Came up for the Big RV Show and had a Great Time! Lots of other Show-Goers with their also Awesome Dogs got to meet at the Bark Park for relax and unwind after the show. There's also the Boathouse Park about 2 miles from the RV Show that is an Excellent place to run your dogs Before/After the show. Thankyou to the Excellent Staff. Fun Folks set Just the right tone for a Great Visit!

Just OK. Been to numerous KOA’s and have never seen a “information” brochure that was 90% rules. The entire first page was just rules, not “welcome” or “have a good time” just “don’t do this” or “NO this” need to have someone re-do it. Typically you see cute ads or area information, not here. Maybe use an insert flyer. Did not like being next to long term campers on ci

Great site, amazing bathrooms, very clean, nice staff. Was mid September with almost full capacity in all the sites. I would suggest they look at keeping pool and other amenities such as cafe open if you are going to have full capacity and very warm conditions. Was there during the RV show,was very impressed and will for sure be back. One of the nicest in the area and so quiet a great experience

Extremely well kept. Nice setting but some sites are quite small. But, there are some beauties with shade, some with patios, some with gazebo type shelters. Convenient to lots of things. Had an odd smell of pig poop after dinner when the air was heavy and still. (Husband was a farmer we know the smell). Pretty pond, nice areas for walking the dogs.

Great KOA. Only downside was the directions to the resort from south bound I-81. Very hard to get to KOA from that interstate.

Awesome as always, just wish pool was still open for the grand kids but understand short staffed. This is one of the best KOA campgrounds with great owner pride..... we go here often.

WOW - what a great place!! We were there for chocolate extravaganza weekend. It was great. Lots of activities for kids. The staff is absolutely awesome. The grounds are well kept. The RV sites are nicely spaced. We did some fishing and caught a couple bluegills. There are some nice sized bass and catfish in there, but no luck with them (use hot dogs for bait). We will definitely be going back.

This is a VERY nice KOA. We wish we could have stayed longer and we have certainly added this to our list to go back to in 2022! Very well kept and good location near Hershey. Can't wait to go back (for longer this time!)

Great KOA and one of the best campgrounds in the central PA area, no contest. Sites are large and well spaced out Events for the kids on Saturday night. Very organized check-in Lots of people out by the fire at night, but everyone is quiet. Overall Campground has a great Vibe, I highly recommend for the Hershey area.
