We have stayed at the koa many times. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Shower houses were clean. Grass was mowed, but landscaping needed some attention. There were a lot of weeds in flower beds. There were baskets with dead flowers handing in the fence at the front of the campground. It certainly wasn’t as well maintained as it was on our visits in previous years.

Campground seems to have taken a turn for the worse. Garbage laying all over the grounds. As I'm walking our dog, noticed several areas with dog poop on the ground and the roll of dog poop bags are sitting on the trash can instead of being placed in it's dispenser.

Owners are kind and helpful and new, time and expirience and a return to normal, would help, campground is well cared for improvements are in the works. The biggest let down was the sparceness of the camp store, We had to go to a reg store for a couple of common items.

Great central location to visit the Amish country side and more. I used the laundry there which is very handy.

The staff was very nice and the camp ground was clean. If you camp near the office you will get a lot of road noise.

Location was good close to Shipshawanna. Staff was friendly, Pool was clean. Camp ground area had lots of pieces of trash scattered about. Cabin was not cleaned very well. Empty beverage bottles, Candy paper in bedrooms in plain sight, someone's used bar of soap in bathroom, dirty counter tops, left over food in cabinets.

Very nice people running this KOA. Very clean... love the extras the hosts do for guests. Close to shopping and yet private. Thank you!

Employees were friendly and helpful! Lots of trees. Enjoyed camping at Middlebury KOA. Speed limit is 5 mph. Perhaps another 5 mph sign inside of campground would be helpful. We were camped in back corner lot # 83. Vehicles from back row and others were going "way over" the 5 mph speed limit. This is a real concern with young children playing and adults who are taking a walk.

The location is on a busy intersection so it is loud with semi trucks passing all the time. The pool was great and the pond is cool. It was a little dirty with random pieces of garbage around. Everything else was great.

We had a great time, the staff was very friendly, the pool was very refreshing. Not only will we recommend it we'll probably be back.

The grounds were nice and and staff was great but there was super loud, obnoxious karaoke across the lake until 1am and I had to drive early the next day. Not your fault but yikes. Also people were partying in a large group on the grounds.

Very nice and clean campground. Sites were level and some have trees for shade others are open to satellites. Pool is open and clean. Check in was quick and simple.

campground was clean and enjoyed our stay. The campsites are so close together, and it is close to a loud busy road. But for the price it was worth it and was a good weekend.

The lot we stayed in (#33) was very unlevel. Definite rut from previous campers. We tried to correct it but our escort kept telling us no when we repositioned. In order to get out of the rut 1 set of tires would have needed to be on the gras about 6 inches. We tried boards but after 3 boards it was still quite a bit off. This and the flies (need to spray every month) were the only downside.

Great campground, but we were close to the highway...VERY noisy. The hosts were most accommodating, and we had a shady site.

Bed bugs through out Kabin 1. We had to sleep in car as bugs thoroughly in all 3 mattresses. Now home after sheets in bag, in heat for 3 days, opened it and still bugs on sheet. Threw out all sheets ($90) worth.

I have never had to pay to use a dump station at any campground before. I feel it is a ridiculous price at $20.00. Also never had to have a code to get into the bathroom. The campground was very well kept. Also need to reduce the number of do and don’t signs. Seems like any where you go signs telling you what not to do. Makes your stay seem very unwelcoming.

This KOA was cluttered, not well maintained and sites were very close to each other. The staff put large rigs and vehicles in small sites. I left a day early as a result. Will not stay there again.

We only stayed there one night, but the spaces were clean, the staff was friendly and the campground was quiet. It was a nice place with a lot to do if you stayed more than one night. The bathrooms could use some updating, but overall we were very happy with our stay.

I had a reservation but had a flat tire so had to call and cancel the reservation. Despite the circumstances, the owner refused to refund me. I can understand if someone cancels because their plans changed. But, I was under duress, and th owner showed no compassion.

Water was nasty, brown and smelled. We had our filter hooked up and still couldn't do dishes or take a shower

We were disappointed. When we arrived I asked about the pool hours, only to find out that the pool was not open at all due to some maintenance. This should have been something we had been informed of before our visit. We would have changed campgrounds. The traffic noise in the front of this campgrounds is unbearable. We stayed in lot 4 and had to go inside our camper to escape the noise and relax

Park was just ok. Had power issues when low power tripped our breaker 4 times. Don't know if it was park or my coach but I have systems that indicate it was park . My site did not have a sewer hook up so had to use the Dump Station. It was "messy" and muddy. ( could use some concrete pad work) and water hose had a spray leak that wet everything and i could not tighten. Staff was courteous.

We are used to KOAs a bit better maintained. Enjoyed the trails. Parked near cabins and they were a bit too loud with the music.

Very disappointed the pool was closed the whole time we were there. I’ve been going to this same campground every year since I was kid. But over the last couple of years it seems like the grounds/amenities are not being taken care of and decaying. Everything in the rec-hall was broken. The staff was nice. If the facility is not taken care of properly you will be loosing a 20+ year customer Forev

This was a beautiful campground. Loved taking the dog for walks on the Nature Trails. Staff wasn’t as friendly as other KOA’s we have stayed at. I was more disappointed in the other campers. They threw their trash everywhere. There were plenty of trash cans around even recycle bins. They also did not pick up after their dogs.

Nice property, very friendly and helpful staff, and good prices. They even have a nice little nature trail and a dog run.
