We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was very clean and well stocked with linens for the beds and anything you would need to cook as well. We also did quite a bit of swimming and the pool was very clean also. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again! Thanks for making us feel at home!

Stayed in deluxe cabin. Very spacious but extremely dirty! Spent our first night cleaning dead flies, cobwebs, bugs and layer of thick dust from walls in living room. Wished I had brought cleaning supplies. No kitchen towels or dish cloths to do dishes with.

This KOA is directly off of a busy road and the kampground is extremely loud. It is not the peaceful and serene location that I had imagined. There doesn't seem to be many employees and the bathrooms were quite smelly. I've stayed at no less than ten different KOAs across the country and this was by far the least welcoming, clean, and fun.

Great spot! We stayed in a one room cabin that was full of amenities like a fridge, coffee pot and cable tv! Nice private setting at the cabins and tons of great activities on the grounds. Convenient location right off the highway.

It smelled really bad when I checked in.the bathroom pipes were all showing, the toilet handle had a note on it that said to hold it down to flush.the cabin had mouse poison in it and I have dogs.i usually love the koa when I stay but not this one. �

I was disappointed by our visit here. I’ve been to many KOA. The game room had file cabinets and other things in disarray. The pool table was missing balls and the entire place needed some tidying up. Our cabin wasn’t very clean either. They had stained pillows without pillow cases on them. The Kamping Kabin smelled of urine. There was trash and food parts littering the campsite. The grill was dirty from barbecue sauce that was left on the grill. Near by the campsite was broken glass, near trees on the side and not near the road where the kids would walk. A little more attention is needed to cleaning their cabins. The RV sites didn’t appear to be poorly kept.

We had family members staying in one of the cabins and others in a separate RV. The wide variety of possible activities for the children was very inviting. I enjoyed taking walks early in the morning and the difference in terrain was very pleasant.

Had a great time with the grandsons. Enjoyed fishing and fun and games. Stayed in Emma for 4 days. We've been coming every year for 10 years. We'll be back next year. Thanks again.

Family vacation in deluxe cabin. Wonderful time. Owner very nice and met all our needs. Even went over board for us to enjoy our stay. We are definitely coming back again. Kids didnt want to leave! Convenient to may attractions.

Our cabin was upswept, the futon is uncomfortable and disgusting, food in sink, sink felt dirty, cob webs in ceiling fixtures, unwashed windows, unmade beds, blood on bath vanity, dead bugs behind toaster. Not at all what it was like a few years ago when we stayed in a smaller cabin.

We stayed here 2 days in a spot with water and power. The site was clean, the sand was an issue. Couldn't keep it from getting everywhere and hard to level. Some gravel would be nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were pretty disgusting. They were filthy from having the lake there, but they also smelled really bad and had a run down look. That will keep us from returning.

Road noise from the intersection of 13 and 120 essentially ruined the stay. I had to go buy ear plugs in order to get at least one nights sleep. I can't see renting a cabin here again.

It was a nice stay the only thing for me was I rented a cabin and it was nice and all but I paid a good amount and I didn't even get it for a full 24 hours so that was my only issue other then that it was really nice

We have stayed many times in the Kamping Lodge. This time was a little different. There was no place comfortable to sit in the lodge. In the master bedroom there was a bird or mice in the celling and made it very difficult to sleep. When I let them know about the critter issue they said they will take care of it after I leave. That's a little late for me. Overall the campground was kept nice.

Cabin was too close to hwy and playground. *description said cabin was "close to playground"...not 10ft from it. Property was smaller than we thought. Had a problem with kids throwing rocks at windows but property management took care of it right away.

The office staff was friendly. The campground itself is well kept. We stayed in a cabin, which could use a thorough cleaning- top to bottom. The bed in the main bedroom felt broken in the middle. We ended up leaving a day early because the bed was so uncomfortable.

The KOA staff were very nice and helpful--they brought us a space heater on a particularly chilly night for free and without asking! The cabin we rented was very clean and so were the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely come again

When I booked the site I was unaware that the campground is located next to a very busy and loud high traffic intersection. I eventually became used to the noise after a couple days. The cabin was beautiful and clean. I have a very sensitive nose, so the very strong odor from whatever cleaning spray they used was overwhelming at first, but seemed to fade over time.

Nice property, very friendly and helpful staff, and good prices. They even have a nice little nature trail and a dog run.
