Staff was kind and helpful, the RV site was roomy and level. Little too close to a major HWY so the road noise is why I didn’t give it 5 Stars. There are RV sites along the river, further away from the HWY that would have been better.

Location was good, Clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Easy to back-in and pull thru sites.

I have one problem. We had to leave a day early because my wife was sick. I asked if we could get a refund for the next night as we were going to leave and the park was not even half full. The nice gal at the desk said they would put in a request and they would call me with the answer. It's been 3 days now and we haven't received a phone call.

All KOA staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had a nice gravel spot right on the river. They have a large, grassy dog park. But, bathrooms weren’t cleaned during the three nights we were there and it was expensive for what it was.

Service was excellent and staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay there and have no complaints at all.

Booked two nights in a Teepee. Teepee was infested with rats. Called office and emailed several times after hours. No response. Left and got a hotel. Called the office in the morning; they still hadn't reviewed my messages. Got refund for one night in teepee and moved to deluxe cabin. Cabin was nice. Had to remind staff about needing towels and toilet paper. Didn't appreciate the hotel charge.

Lovely RV park. Our daughter loved the playground. This was a well staffed location. Everything was well maintained and tidy. The store didn’t have a ton of items, but we weren’t there during peak season.

Said I would have electricity and water. Water was not on yet. Paying over $90 per night for just electricity is absolutely ridiculous. We used to love this KOA…. Now it is just not affordable.

I stayed in sight 18 and had no water but was able to fill my water tank at another sight before setting up. Also had no water at the dump sight so had to dump somewhere else. Not a terrible inconvenience but when paying full price for a camp sight I expect everything to work as advertised.

It was nice to meet a friendly face after a long day's drive, check-in was fast and easy. The campgrounds were clean and well maintained and the sites were nice and level with no leveling on my rig needed.

Despite the campground being 70+% empty, our assigned site was very close to the noisy highway while many sites much further away from the highway were empty. Why would the campground mistreat us that way?

Stayed in a two-bedroom cabin. Although, I have issues with that description. The bunk bed room is essentially a closet with bunk beds. It should be described that way on the site. No clue that was the setup and for two adults who are not bunkmates, it put one of us in a very uncomfortable situation. $200 a night for that cabin was way over-priced.

Waaay too expensive. Everyone's talking about it. You can get a nice Air B&B in town for the same amount or less, with a lot more amenities. And you don't have the expense of towing a trailer to do it.

We love KOA’s but sadly we won’t be back to this one. We paid $100 a night for a shared patio? This we did not like at all, if it was peak season we would have turned around and left. The pull through spaces are small and not a lot of privacy at all. We definitely won’t be back to Ellensburg KOA especially for the price. Not worth it.

We appreciate your concern and like many other businesses we are forced to raise our site fees because of the tremendous expense increase running a campground. Also, currently we are working on improving our sites after just coming out of the winter season. Have a great day and safe travels.

I know it was the winter season but it seemed like the sites weren't kept up even though it was winter. The people who worked there were nice.

Staff were very friendly and responsive to my needs. The campground is of course quiet during the winter, but I still saw them out taking care of the place throughout the day.

I stayed here for 2 months while my house was built. The facilities were disgusting. The bathrooms were constantly filthy. The front staff stated they weren’t paying anyone else to clean and only cleaned about once a week. Cigarettes in the showers and feces on the toilets. Showers were cold. It’s over priced and under serviced. Awful stay. Avoid at all costs…Maintenance guy was cool.

Our stay here was very disappointing. A positive note: pizza, pool and bathrooms were nice. When we arrived we were told they had been over booked and didn't have a spot for us. Our option was a space with no hook ups next to the trash cans. After arguing with staff, they found a pull through space, but the ground was covered in ants which they had to spray for, no good for kids!

Shower rooms was still cold even with the heaters on.

The campground was nice and open. We had a wonderful time, but didn't use any of the facilities as it was only a place to stay.

The one night cost of $ 83.60 was almost double what other KOA’s charged us, and spoiled any enjoyment of a stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Was our first night at a KOA campground ever. Facilities were clean and well maintained Since our first night there we have spent two other nights at KOA campgrounds. Best one yet

Prices are so high for this place. No seasonal lower prices. The Wi-Fi is ancient. I was in #47, not far from the entrance and had such a weak signal. No Bandwidth. Charge these prices for a “RESORT”?? I have stayed here over the years and very doubtful I’ll come back.

Stay was fine. Proximity to I-90 brings too much traffic noise. Recommend a River site to be farther from the highway/noise.

We enjoyed the Kampgrounds with all the kid friendly amenities and the river walk too. Couple of suggestions if you ever decide to renovate. 1. Move the cabins from the highway side to the riverside 2. Replace the queen bed mattresses with something that's a bit firmer.

This is a nice little campground. The dog park was clean and safe for our two pups, Mick & Jagger. You could tell that management takes pride in the place. Very clean!!!

Beautiful campground and great staff the downfall to this campground is the cell service and internet connection with phones. They have free WiFi but it's not good and doesn't work half the time so don't count on working remotely and staying at this campground. Beautiful otherwise.
