Beautiful river view and trees. Staff friendly and helpful. Love staying at this KOA.

Very nice park along the Yakima river. Sites layed out well and not too packed in. Have put it on our short list of parks we really liked.

dates stayed: Oct 1st through 3rd, 2021 we asked for back in site along the river , or close to it and got put in the back corner # 87. We walked the campground and was the dirtiest site of all of them. And we watched the sites along the river for three days, and had at least 8 sites that were not used all 3 days, at all! So no, I won't refer this KOA due to being lied to, or lack of customer ser

I was notified on email that I had a drive thru site but when I arrived late in the evening I found I was assigned a back in which was very difficult with a 23’ boat in the dark. First bad experience I’ve has with Ellensburg since I started staying in your campground twenty years go.

We really liked having the dog park and the heaters in the restrooms.

We love coming here with our dogs. There is so much to do and the little off leash dog parks are perfect for morning and evening exercise for the old dog. The river is absolutely beautiful and we were able to get out and see the Larch trees!

Didn’t arrive until after 9pm, first time at this park & it would have been very difficult if not for the help of another guest. We waved him down, he not only directed us to the proper site but hung around until we were in place. Took a walking tour next morning & was very impressed. I can see why this is a popular spot.

Site 47 not well marked compared to other sites. Site was very functional but is showing it's age especially at the price charged.

Way to expensive You and Placerville were in the 80-90 Holiday koa are in there 60 and they have conctey slabs

We made the reservation by phone the evening before we to arrive. The computer was down and it took forever to complete the reservation. Then we were advised that we hadn't paid our KOA dues so we would be paying $77 for the campsite for one night. We WERE given a 10% discount as we are senior citizens and retired military. It was a nice pull-thru site.

Arrived late, picked up late check in envelope.Was given wrong cabin number, which was locked. Had to search for open cabin, make sure no other late arrivals were booked for that cabin, and hope no one arrived to our “new cabin” in the middle of the night. Staff was apologetic and offered less than 10% discount for inconvenience.Also, had no extra bedding available for additional bunk beds.

The setting was great although a little close to the freeway (noise). Our site along the river was amazing! The campground was well maintained and the staff was very friendly.

Lovely KOA right on the river. We had a riverside back-in site that was level, clean, large and shaded. Management was wonderful and had several fun activities planned during our 2 night stay. We would highly recommend this park if you are going to be visiting Ellensburg, Washington,

We have stayed here dozens of times. We only were able to do one night this time, and all went well. The grounds are looking better with the improvements being made, and the staff was topnotch from check-in to departure. I am wondering though--there is no water available at the dump....seems it would be necessary for any spill cleanup, hands, wash down.....just wondering! We'll be back!

Stayed here one night. Easy access to I-90. An OK park. I would stay here again. The price is too much for what you get.

Cost has gone up considerably. Garbage left out still an eyesore. Brian provided excellent customer service by directing us to another site to dump our trailer when dump station was congested. He is awesome! Knows how to make people happy �

Staff friendly and helpful. This was an unplanned stay as we were having truck issues and needed a place to stay while it was being repaired.

The worst ever! it was more of a gravel pit than it was a camping area. Close to the freeway and listened to trucks all night. one overnighter parked so close to us that their slide out was within 3 ft of our slide out. I then needed to leave 2 days early and the girl at the desk refused to refund me. Sites are over priced as well. I will never stay at a KOA ever again.

My stay at the Ellensburg KOA was really good. The campground is well maintained with the perfect mix of facilities. The campground management was constantly out in the campground ensuring that the area was clean, orderly, and safe. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this campground to friends and family.

Clean quiet nice spot on the river. But expensive for one night. $70 for water and electric back in spot.

First, the site that I reserved was "taken back" from me for "emergency repairs." I was offered another site, but it was not of equal quality--nor was the site remotely close to level. On top of that, there was no water hose or even a water valve available at the waste dump location--very unsanitary (I had to use my own bottled water). We camped here three weeks ago with no issue: what changed

Greeted upon entry by friendly staff (we showed up late) and escorted to a level clean pad. Hookups worked well, bathrooms were clean.

A beautiful, well kept park. Very helpful staff. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the proximity to the interstate - a bit noisy for me.

The crew was just great. I really like that they will pick up your propane tanks and fill them. My only complaint was we had to stay 2 extra nights due to truck problems. They increased their rates from when we paid in March. New owners told us all money was going back into park. Maybe they should make improvements then increase rates!!

Very convenient to get to. Nice size pull through sites. Lots of things for the kids (playground, basketball, horseshoes, pool, etc.).

The Ellensberg KOA was appealing to the eye, set up nice, and our site was clean and pleasant in the late afternoon when the sun was going down and the sun was blocked by big trees. The bathrooms were ok at best and needed updated, which made them seem dirty. For the price we had to pay, we would NOT stay there again. We will avoid KOAs and will not renew our membership.

Noisy-should have really thought about that with the freeway and nearby intersection. Although we had a trailer with us (not a travel trailer but an enclosed vehicle trailer) were able to move to a grassy site (that had full hookups near the river) - $70 seemed like a lot for only using the shower (we did not hook anything up we erected our tent and had our lantern. Had a great weekend. Reserved 2 spots on the River and in my opinion they are probably 2 of the best sites I have used when I have booked multiple sites at other resorts/campgrounds. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

The facility looks excellent after recent renovations and upgrades! New playground - updated pool area - clean and organized grounds. Overall a great stay. The kids and I loved move night and pop corn. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful campground and great staff the downfall to this campground is the cell service and internet connection with phones. They have free WiFi but it's not good and doesn't work half the time so don't count on working remotely and staying at this campground. Beautiful otherwise.
