The folks working outside helping customers were really fantastic. They have great pride in their work and really make people feel welcome and cared for. Best KOA we have ever stayed in, and we have been in quite a few....

My table wasn’t near my fire pit, I felt a little on display between my two neighbors. Lots of great upgrades, family friendly. Just wouldn’t get that spot again.

We were in Site 20 — so peaceful right by the river. We will definitely be back.

The campground was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Very clean - excellent staff - lots of activities for families.

We stayed there because we were fishing with Ellensburg Anglers and it was convenient to just walk over to their trailer. Their proximity is an asset to your campground. The rest of the stay was consistent with our expections to a KOA, good but not great.

Very nice park & grounds beautifully kept ! Saw a few boats go by with fishermen- nice trail by the river to walk the dog. Swimming area and kids playground a nice addition for families. We’ll be back next year & stay longer!

Nice spot by the river. Would not be very private if full. But we didn’t have anyonenext to us on a Wednesday. Some freeway noise but not bothersome on the river side of the campground. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The host was amazing! I think his name was Ken. Burgers were delicious! Our site was great! One think though some weeding needs to be done and maybe bush’s trimmed for a better view of the River. Kinda weird to have every other site a pull in on the River. Is not that private feels like we are sharing our site.

We had an easy access to our spot. The downside was a view of their yellow shed on one side and a huge tree on the other. Very expensive for what we received. The sites have nice shade.

The staff was great! The woman's bathroom was closed the whole time we were there (10 days). The day we left, check out was 12:00 PM and at 12:05 PM received a call asking why we were still there. My husband was closing up the RV and was minutes away from leaving. We loved the park and staff!

My wife and I had a back in spot right on the river. We couldn't have found a better spot if we tried. All the staff were polite and helpful. We definitely would stay again.

This campground has the best stocked store. I found a number of items that I needed at a reasonable price. As always the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Only 1 night, friendly staff. Pretty level...didn't need to unhitch. Lots to do....but we didn't. Highway noise, but the campground itself was very nice....one of the nicer KOA's.

The teepee leaked when the rained and soaked a bunch of our stuff which was a bummer. But other than that it was awesome!

We left a day early people next to us were clearly long term. They made noise at 11 pm, 1 am and 5 am , noise for at least a 1/2 hour each time. They made us feel unsafe. I asked for a refund when we left and wa told they needed to talk to the manager, I have emailed asking for a refund and gotten no response.

Tent site was in a lovely spot by the River. Unfortunately, also very close to the Interstate so extremely noisy all night for tent camping.

For the price I was disappoint when I saw the location. Was finishing up a 30 day vacation , had stayed all up an down the washington and oregon coast. no spaces higher than $66. I spent 2 nights in Pasco at a KOA. It was very nice for $62.00 after a good sam discount. Very disappointed in the freeway traffic and the lot condition. Host and staff very friendly. We had a problem with the cable hookup. It evidently had a short and burned our cable wire and the faceplates inside our RV. The owner was right there and his handyman helped rewire the RV the next day. The owner offered to pay for everything including our TV if we found it had been damaged. Fortunately the TV was fine and we fixed everything when we got home and could find the parts needed.

Love the KOA Kabin. Have stayed before, will stay again. Nice and clean and great surroundings. Employees were very friendly. One helped my son locate the Kabin at 10:00 p.m. because it was dark. Thanks again.

We have stayed here before and enjoy the location next to the river. However, when compared to other KOA's we have stayed at this one is in need of upgrades. The bathrooms are acceptable but not the best. The internet is OK but if you are in any of the sites south of the office you are too far away to pick up the signal. I would have to say this is just an average stop over point.

Just a weigh station stay for us going to and from Orcas Island, but very pleasant stay and excellent accommodations. Staff was very helpful and polite . The river and dog park were wonderful.

The bathroom need to be cleaner. Spider webs were very present. Awesome staff!

Beautiful campground and great staff the downfall to this campground is the cell service and internet connection with phones. They have free WiFi but it's not good and doesn't work half the time so don't count on working remotely and staying at this campground. Beautiful otherwise.
