Muddy. Bad ruts in exit road. Unlevel sites

Roads were a mess no gravel, rutted and dusty. Sewer was too far from our outlet, sites not level.Dump station not located on way out. Poor drainage from rain.

It was just unfortunate that the women's bathroom was being updated ... although I am sure it will be much appreciated.

It didn't seem up to standard for a KOA. Arrived about closing time in pouring rain and were put in an uneven site. They were not happy when we asked to moved. Campground has little grass and lots of mud. When moving tow car one wheel slightly touched a piece of grass which caused an employee to be rude. Would never stay again.

Easy to find, welcoming staff, very comfortable, quiet campground. Right off highway so you can hear cars/trucks lots of people stopping in just for the night. For people with families, the amenities (playground etc) are outdated and rundown yet useable. Sight/Campground was a muddy after a lot of rain. Little taken back that we had a rent a fire pit for $5 a night. Over all great place to stop!

Was good for stop and go. Needs spring maintenance-- had old junk trailer looked like it was being tore apart ot possible rebuilt

Flooded, moon crater campground. Site very unlevel, and hookups (especially sewer) very far back, despite this being a KOA Journey where it should be easy to hook up without having to take off towed vehicle. Gravel road to exit was filled with craters and holes. Water electric sites at front of park were completely flooded. Not worth the ridiculous money it cost to stay here for one night.

We have been on the road for 3 months. Staying mostly at KOA’s. We were not able to make our one night due to tow issues. Just trying to switch the night was a nightmare. I understand it could be booked up. But I was told I had booked a pull thru site that my van snd tow would not fit in. And all other spots were muddy. I asked if we could get our money back and they said no.

We were welcomed and taken to our site with good instructions of exiting and a trash bag! Plus what to do with our trash! The road and sites were gravel but the hookups were all brand spanking new!

We always stop here on our way down and back from Florida. The office advised us that they had received a lot of rain so the site and area was muddy. But we enjoy this campground and look forward to next year,

We were not impressed with the The Enfield/Rocky Mount Campground. I understand there was a heavy storm the day before however, the sites are not groomed and wide enough to pull in, LEVEL, hook-up etc.. without having to put blocks down and trample through the mud. It literally was a mud bath for us and our dogs and would never recommend this facility.

There were 2 of us that checked in about the same time. They did great for 1 RV @ a time & not having to get out my RV however where we were put was in a low area wet very wet soggy they had apparently put down some fresh gravel which kept us from sinking but getting out to walk to the power pole was impossible without getting mud over top of my shoes. NO cable or NO internet. Antenna got nothing.

We have stayed there twice recently and both times it was raining, which can’t be helped. What can be done though is to put washed stone around the power and water hookups to help us stay less muddy.

We have stayed here many times and although the location is good, we are moving on. Whenever it rains the grounds are muddy and rutty, the dog park a mess all the time, no matter what. I think they should put some gravel down and maybe better grade the property. We have decided to not stay here anymore, 53.00 for a rutted, muddy mess, they can do better. So disappointed,

Beautiful campground! Very clean and neat. Lady in the office was wonderful. Unfortunately it rained hard during our stay. The drainage was not good and we had a mini-flood all over our site. Very muddy.........couldn't walk around. We would be willing to go back if there's no rain predicted.

We were in a very muddy spot. Could not get out the door without stepping in a puddle. The entire campground was soggy. Sides of the roadways were muddy. We have never been in this back part of the campground, always out front, which looks much drier than the back. For $56.00 I expected better. Not to worry we will not be back.

They were able to accommodate us even tho we arrived late w/o a reservation. We’ve stayed multiple times and they’re very friendly and helpful.

Needed a quick stop over on the way to PA from FL. This KOA was near I-95 and very accessible. i didn't have a reservation but the late arrival box was very handy and met our needs.

Were not greeted at roped gate for 10 minutes after calling when arrived. Were given no information on campground except to hand us paper and take us to site. Not sure if office was open. Bathrooms closed. Campground had Mud and ruts. 5pm gate barrier removed and person from office left campground. No cable television and 2 WIFI passwords. Not even enough bandwidth for 2 cell phones.

I Was in spot 27. The spot was all dirt more like MUD and it had rained hours before so I was in ankle deep mud. The whole pull thru camping area appears to have NOT been maintained also very UN-level. Here is an idea Gravel and crushed rock allow water to dissipate and hence are a lot more camping friendly. You folk check out other KOA camp grounds to see how its done I WILL NEVER COME BACK!

Didn't understand why our site was in the dirt and mud, when there were grassy sites open, the dog park was very muddy. After packing and preparing to leave needed to use restroom which was locked and no code was given to us. Will not be returning.

Our visit was cut short and we had several rig related challenges and the folks at the Enfield / Rocky Mount KOA were great. The helped us with several of our challenges and credited us for the nights we missed when our trip was cut short. Excellent customer service plus a very sweet camp cat.

This is our 3rd time here and each time we are arrive the roads are in worse condition. They are dirt roads and they are completely rutted and very hard on our motorhome. This time when we stepped out of our motorhome we would sink ankle deep in mud. This is a convenient stopping place between our home and our Florida destination but we will no longer use it due to the poor road conditions.

Very basic KOA that does the job for trips south. Long pull through spots so you can stay hooked up and close to the highway
