This KOA was awesome. People were kind and accommodating. They set me up in a small cabin so I could recharge my batteries, and they loved the dog and gave her treats. This spot is why KOA is my go to spot in America. Thank you from a combat vet and job well done.

The men and womens restrooms were dirty, there was no privacy curtain on the bathroom shower stalls. They did not have any ice. The water Spicket at the campsite did not completely shut off. The personnel were very cordial and nice at check in.

We went to the Halifax race and the campground is close and convenient to there. Staff nice and campground was clean and sites were good size. We would stay again if going to the race. Very convenient and easy to get to from I95.

Absolutely an amazing stay. We were going to arrive late and they we so accommodating. They had us checked in and a map ready at the office even though they were closed along with firewood we asked for. The campground is Beautiful with very clean restrooms.

Easy off/on from I95. Clean. Easy pull thru sites. Good place to walk the dog and a very large fenced area as well. Laundry is 24 hrs. Pool is nice size. No complaints. We stop here for the quiet

Arrived at 2 pm on a weekday office closed with a sign returning at 9, non existent internet, this is my 2nd time there the last time there was no water. Doubt if I will be back

Only stayed one night but wonderful staff was able to switch my site last minute when I discovered my car charger not working and needed electric. They also spent some time under the hood and helped diagnose the problem. Site was spacious & comfortable, clean bathroom & showers, nice pool. Right off the interstate but very quiet area.

Nothing exceptionally good or bad about a parking space w/FHU for one night. But, on departure day - an employee of the campground with high-powered, loud blower, was cleaning off the sites - about 10 am and creating a super cloud of dirt which was blowing everywhere and onto those preparing to depart. Since checkout time is 11 am, it might have been more courteous to wait until after that time.

very clean, level sites, perfect if your traveling down or up 95 and need a place to pull over for a night, we unhooked our jeep and traveled into Rocky Mount and had dinner, Rocky Mount is only 20 minutes away and is a very quaint town with lots of micro breweries and places to eat. very easy on and off from I95

We had a wonderful stay. We could never say enough nice things about the family that runs this park. They are all so kind and caring. We are very thankful that we had a chance to stay here !!! If we are in this area again, we would only stay here!!

We arrived after the store closed at 5pm. The po was closed and the game room was being remodeled...so nothing to do after sitting in a truck for 10 hours.

was put in a rv site and not a tent site had security light on us and was extremely bright sleeping was very difficult was at this same KOA in 2019 had a true tent site that was dark and quiet do not understand why we were put in a RV site. But the campground was quiet and very clean Thanks Lynn

Nice pull thru for long rigs. Very close to anything you want to see in the beautiful city of Charleston. Then return to quiet area

I was a late night arrival and things went very smooth. All the paperwork and a very clear map were left for us. The site was clean and easy to locate. This is definitely my future stop on the way to Florida.

It was after dark when I arrived and my gps had me get off at exit 150! Not knowing at the time I drove up rt 481 drove past the entrance. The KOA sign was NOT obvious and I was forced to back blindly. There should be another driveway or large enough to enter in either direction with towing an RV.

Came in late on a Sunday night off I95 after driving for about 10 hours. Available sites were posted on the board and maps with marked envelopes were left out and nicely organized….easy and welcoming as can be to late night travelers with no reservation which is typical of most KOAs. Thank you.

Absolutely loved the shaded and level sites. The electrical box was a bit dated but worked just fine. Last KOA we stayed in was awful and this restored my faith in the KOA parks again. If I travel that route again I would definitely stay at this RV park.

I stopped overnight on my way north, having made a reservation. Journey is a nice campground easily accessed from I-95 and the sites are great to get in and out of. The campground I was staying at in Connecticut closed on short notice from hurricane Henri. I did not make a reservation and pulled in on Sunday (closed). I called the emergency number on the door and was all set. Thanks.

Very basic KOA that does the job for trips south. Long pull through spots so you can stay hooked up and close to the highway
