We stayed 4 nights and certainly enjoyed our stay in the hills. Even tho we arrived late(after 10pm), we were still met at the gate and shown to our location and helped us get settled in. Rest rooms and bath house were very clean and all mask guidelines were in place. The campground is friendly, and all the staff is welcoming and professional. We would highly recommend Eureka Springs KOA!

Our needs were minimal, but overall it was a great location for quick access to Eureka Springs. The staff very friendly. Looking forward to another visit when warm weather returns.

It was a decent place to stay for a night. The restrooms were clean and the campground was quiet but not one of the better KOAs that we have encountered.

We went tent camping. Had an excellent time. Restrooms close by and very clean. Entire staff was Friendly and helpful. The game room was open 24 hours and was a big plus with big screen tv and WiFi. We will stay again when visiting Europe Springs. We have some friends excited about spending some time here next spring. Thank you all.

clean KOA. rented a cabin but location / parking is not Biker Friendly with limited reasonable parking area by cabin as to much gravel and inclined spaces

We had a great experience! My friend and I are both single moms and we wanted to take our kids (ages 8-12) on a camping trip for Fall Break. They loved the playground and Rec room. We loved the friendly atmosphere and extremely clean shower house/restrooms!

VERY clean cabin and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. This is my second stay here and I'll be booking my next stay very soon. My stay is for a motorcycle gathering. The pavilion is great for a group dinner and socializing after a day of riding. Can't wait to come back.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here for our trip to Eureka Springs. Each time, it has been a wonderful stay, with very clean facilities and very courteous staff. The cabins are great and we enjoyed the upgrades. We will be back on our next trip and would recommend this our friends and family.

We spent a long weekend here. The grounds were very well kept and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Rowdy party until late. Called number on sheet but automated. Raucous noise from party across camp kept me and my neighbors up. Seemed to be large group of bikers partying.

REALLY nice cabin! Brand new (2 months old) and well crafted. Service staff was quick to help with requests. It was the ADA cabin so it had a bathroom and walk-in shower. We didn't need the ADA access but it's great to know people who need it and want to be outdoors, can get it there. Decent park and rec room, too. The whole family loved our weekend stay there.

The bathrooms were nice and clean. There were lots of great amenities. We did notice that people were rarely wearing masks in the bathhouse- including the cleaning staff. Otherwise our stay was great!

I messed up on the amount of days we were staying and they were able to keep us at the same camp area an extra day. Great staff great location. We used it as a base camp to go motorcycle riding in Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas and of course Arkansas in the Ozarks. Hope to be back next year

Great campground in a natural setting among the trees... Friendly helpful staff! One suggestion; another dumpster closer to the rear exit area... Long walk from spaces 61-63 etc...�

Arkansas is a very hilly area and this makes it a challenge to put in level sites. We had a long, wide site with a newer wood deck. Every site has shade. That means there are trees everywhere so be aware of slides and awning locations. There is a short trail. Close to Eureka Springs. Placement of neighbor's fire was less than 10 feet & so smoky we had to run the A/C & close the windows.

This was our second stay. As before, the restrooms were spotless. They responded quickly when we needed help with our cable hookup. We will be back!

The campground, staff, and facilities were excellent, and there was plenty of space between sites. I only gave 4 instead of 5 because the location is such that you must drive the twisty, treacherous road to get to the sights in the area.

Our second time staying here but we had rented the family cabin this time. I’m so glad we did because it was clean and just what we needed. The staff was always kind and helpful, even when we arrived late for check in. They did a great job decorating the place for Halloween. We are hoping to go back soon. Thank you!

Campground needs some TLC - a little shabby. I reserved a full hookup but when I arrived no space available with sewer. Site was next to a stinky dumpster.

Absolutely wonderful! Staff couldn’t have been better from start to finish. Facilities were in good repair and clean. Can’t wait to go back, quiet and peaceful.

Camp ground is great. Our site was on a corner so not much privacy, and I had to back up a steep gravel incline to hook up.

Our TT is 30 amp and the breaker wasn’t working properly, it was changed out within a matter of minutes of reporting it ... Camp site was wonderful and clean .. paid for a premium site that was well worth the extra money..

I stayed in one of the cabins and was overwhelmed with the beauty of the area, the helpfulness of the staff and the accommodations. The reviewer that said this was a slice of Heaven was right on target. Highly recommend!!

We are not real big fans of KOA's when we pull our travel trailer. Granted, they are a little on the expensive side. But since we were going to Eureka Springs to enjoy our week, we figured what the heck and book a reservation. I have to say, this place exceeded our expectations for a KOA. To start, the staff was very friendly when checking in. We were put in a nice spot with trees and the forest right in front of the travel trailer. Granted, it wasn't real busy and perhaps on busy weekends, it would be different. However, it is a well maintained and clean KOA. Unlike the other's we have stayed at. They even have a nice dog park for your pets. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will have no problem booking a site here.

What a wonderful, well kept campground with a lot of activities, great shop and local attractions. The staff is so friendly, the pool is wonderful, great place to stay in the Ozarks. Highly recommend. Right off beautiful scenic 62, minutes from Eureka and Beaver Lake and a lot more. The store is all priced well and had a lot of items, great selection. They really take pride in their grounds and should. Don't hesitate stay here
