The staff is excellent, very friendly. Our site was not to the standard I expect from KOA. There was a great deal of traffic on the open side of our site which was very disturbing, dusty and noisy. Unhooking and hooking up was a challenge because of the steep slope. Cable tv didn’t work.

Everything was clean! I was impressed with the shower house. There were lots of activities for kids. Few complaints. Our tent site was so tiny and on “gravel”. Gravel should have been dirt with giant rocks everywhere. No grass. Not comfy. Also, half the campsites are next to a big, loud highway. The firewood we bought from them would not burn. Was the best weekend I've had in a very long time. Very relaxing. Great location and the staff was A-MAZ-ING! Very accommodating and friendly.

We were only there for one night, but it was amazing. Our son loved the play ground and playing with our dog at Kamp K9. I loved all of the trees; it reminded me of going hiking when I was young. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our time there. We stayed at a cabin from Sunday to Saturday and used it as home base as we rode motorcycle each day. I appreciated having a fridge and TV in the cabin. The bathrooms were always clean. Office staff was helpful and friendly.

I feel KOA is tradition, it's America. This particular locale is straightforward and convenient; thank you to the staff for providing clean restrooms and for being so attentive and so nice! 5 stars !!

We were very happy with the stay and the area. The only thing that was an issue was the flies. But I think its that time of year and with it cooling down they are looking for a warm place. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the restrooms. The staff was friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The cabin was a bit small for four adults. We did enjoy the fact that we had a restroom.

It was clean, quiet, and convenient. The employees were exceptional. We had a tent that ended up with missing pieces and they so conveniently changed our reservation to a cabin. It worked out better than we expected. It is first class camping!!

Showed up around 9pm without a reservation and wanted to tent camp. The staff was very friendly and had several sites still available for the night. Good experience all around.

Very clean and well run. The staff was helpful ,pleasant to deal with giving information. Store/office has lots of nice things to purchase...pizza & ice cream bars too! Didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Our site was large and almost all of them have a deck, chairs tables and fire ring. The only thing I wish would be better is to pave the road, not really good for running, walking oK!

Staff was very friendly and professional. When we arrived they offered to move us over one spot (difference of maybe 50') to provide more separation but did advise they would be pouring concrete next to us on Thursday, All day Weds and Thurs was construction. Minimum 75 trips back and forth with golf carts. DUST/noise. The campground wasnt full. A different area would have been more accommodating.

Site was OK required some serious leveling. Very convenient to showers which were very clean. No WiFi at sites. Have to go to clubhouse.

Super friendly staff and beautiful surroundings! The pool is very nice and the bathrooms and showers were clean. We changed our campsite after the first night due to the rocks, but they were very accommodating and we had no trouble! We will definitely go back!

Loved spot 44 for quiet and privacy. Enjoyed visiting with the owners and seeing their vision for a great camp ground. We’ll be back and will tell our friends.

This was our first stay at a KOA. We usually stay at small, locally-owned, non-chain type campgrounds - and with great success and enjoyment. For about three times the cost of what we usually pay, there was an expectation this would be even better than others. What we got instead was a noisy, uncomfortable bed in a cabin at a campground that doesn’t even have an ice machine. Not worth the cost.

I stayed in one of the cabins and was overwhelmed with the beauty of the area, the helpfulness of the staff and the accommodations. The reviewer that said this was a slice of Heaven was right on target. Highly recommend!!

We are not real big fans of KOA's when we pull our travel trailer. Granted, they are a little on the expensive side. But since we were going to Eureka Springs to enjoy our week, we figured what the heck and book a reservation. I have to say, this place exceeded our expectations for a KOA. To start, the staff was very friendly when checking in. We were put in a nice spot with trees and the forest right in front of the travel trailer. Granted, it wasn't real busy and perhaps on busy weekends, it would be different. However, it is a well maintained and clean KOA. Unlike the other's we have stayed at. They even have a nice dog park for your pets. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will have no problem booking a site here.

What a wonderful, well kept campground with a lot of activities, great shop and local attractions. The staff is so friendly, the pool is wonderful, great place to stay in the Ozarks. Highly recommend. Right off beautiful scenic 62, minutes from Eureka and Beaver Lake and a lot more. The store is all priced well and had a lot of items, great selection. They really take pride in their grounds and should. Don't hesitate stay here
