employees in the office & rec room area should be masked in this age of covid. Your clients tend to be older and therefore at risk and deserve the courtesy of healthy considerations.

The hosts were very friendly and attentive to us. The campground was clean. We had everything that we needed as far as our site. We camped with friends and they were able to camp right next to us. Our site had outdoor furniture table with umbrella and four chairs where we could play cards and games during our stay. We also a fire pit for our nightly campfire and a grill. Thank you.

Have stayed at Eureka Springs KOA on multiple occasions and the campground is always spotless with the hosts / owners going the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need. The amenities are awesome and this is by far the best KOA we’ve stayed at. Will be back again!

KOA is camping, but the cabin means you have a tiny house. No people running down the halls, above or below you. It is a family place. Not like a party cove at all. SUPER CLEAN- bring your own bedding means that you know where it was. For anyone that dreads camping, this is a "must try". The gas grill ready for use, cut down on cookware, fridge and microwave, a bonus. THE POOL-CLEAN AND CLEAR!!

Test rooms were very tidy. The canteen was well provisioned. The staff was impeccably polite, respectful, accommodating, and welcoming. Of course, I’d stay there again.

Journey KOA camp ground is a very family friendly with lots to keep the kids entertained. The grounds, cabin , bathroom, pool and bath house are very clean and maintained. The owners and staff are very professional and friendly. Their store is stocked with just about anything you may have forgot. Over all great place to stay. I will recommend them to friends and family. Look forward to going

It was very clean and quiet. There's a lot for kids of all ages to do. The people that work there are extremely helpful and nice!

Had a great time as always. We come a few times every year. The staff are really nice and the Saturday kids activities were fun. My daughter loves the pool. We will be back soon.

I've stayed at many R.V. campgrounds in the southeastern U.S. and this is by far the best. I've stayed here twice in the past two months. They have several pull thru sites which is SO EASY. This time I rented a cabin and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff is a great team and eager to help. I'll vist again and hopefully soon.

Staff was very friendly. Campground very clean and well maintained. Pool was super clean. There was also a short hiking trail, half-court basketball, horseshoe pit, and great dog park. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Camper cabin was clean and very comfortable. Shower facilities were also very clean and in good condition. Location to fishing, lakes and downtown Eureka Springs was perfect. I highly recommend Eureka Springs KOA

We had a wonderful time at this campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The campsite was close to many attractions, unfortunately, do to CVID19, some attractions weren't open. We still enjoyed many trips down to the town of Eureka Springs. It's a quant little town. Although coming from Texas, the winding and narrow roads were a bit much!

This is one of our favorite places to camp. The sites are spacious & clean, the pool is awesome and the owners are second to none. We book here every year & will continue to do so.

This is probably our 5th trip back here. Wonderful hosts that help in any way. The facilities are great, especially for the kids and the camp site was constantly being cleaned and sanitized. The sites are spacious and clean, great fire pits. The camp put on special events for the guests such as serving root beer floats, arts and crafts and a glow in the dark pool party. Our family loves this KOA

Best stay ever! We are planning to make this a family tradition. This was my husband and the kids first time camping at a KOA site and they loved it. Mike and Chris were awesome!

Very welcoming and clean. Seemed odd to require payment to play pool. I understand a deposit to return balls. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will return to a koa campground in the future.

Loved everything they had to offer for a great family camping experience. Super friendly staff, and very clean facilities. If you plan on tent camping with little ones, be mindful of some spots near busy road. Overall, can’t wait to go back!

What a great place to stay. Check-in was quick and fast and explanation of the grounds was great, they even escorted us to our campsite. The campsite was nice, clean and well shaded (site 63). The bathrooms were clean and well maintained and the office and general store was nice with plenty of camping items to choose from. The owners had root beer floats for everyone for the July 4th 2020 weekend.

Our stay was nice. The bathrooms, shower houses, and campgrounds were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that our site was very close to a main road so large trucks coming through in the middle of the night were very loud. I would stay again and just try to pick a site situated further away from the road if possible.

Great site and spot (#53) but two critiques. First, Internet access would be welcome. Second and most importantly, this site is directly across from the trash dumpster. The smell of the dumpster was wafting toward us during most of the stay, and resulting flies were annoying. Friday trash pickup was a temporary relief. Please consider moving the dumpster toward an entrance/exit. Thanks.

Great facilities! Great staff! Only complaint is the WiFi doesn’t reach the camp sites and you have to use near the office....but the staff was super accommodating regarding that. Plenty to do for kids....they loved the pool!

I stayed in one of the cabins and was overwhelmed with the beauty of the area, the helpfulness of the staff and the accommodations. The reviewer that said this was a slice of Heaven was right on target. Highly recommend!!

We are not real big fans of KOA's when we pull our travel trailer. Granted, they are a little on the expensive side. But since we were going to Eureka Springs to enjoy our week, we figured what the heck and book a reservation. I have to say, this place exceeded our expectations for a KOA. To start, the staff was very friendly when checking in. We were put in a nice spot with trees and the forest right in front of the travel trailer. Granted, it wasn't real busy and perhaps on busy weekends, it would be different. However, it is a well maintained and clean KOA. Unlike the other's we have stayed at. They even have a nice dog park for your pets. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will have no problem booking a site here.

What a wonderful, well kept campground with a lot of activities, great shop and local attractions. The staff is so friendly, the pool is wonderful, great place to stay in the Ozarks. Highly recommend. Right off beautiful scenic 62, minutes from Eureka and Beaver Lake and a lot more. The store is all priced well and had a lot of items, great selection. They really take pride in their grounds and should. Don't hesitate stay here
