Best Staff Ever, nice grounds and service at the drop of a hat

My family rented a couple of cabins for a few days. This KOA had very nice, clean cabins and the hosts were amazing and accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again when I come back!

We Absolutely Loved Staying @ Eureka Springs KOA. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabins & bathrooms are well taken care of & clean. The beds were soooo comfortable. Loved that our cabin had mini fridge & microwave which came in handy since it rained the whole time. Even the bbq grill was so clean it almost looked new. We highly recommend this KOA and Can’t wait to go back!!!!

We absolutely Loved our stay there even with all the rain. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave some great recommendations for things we could do during all the rain. The Cabins and bathrooms were well taken care of and Clean. I would highly recommended staying there to anyone! We can’t wait to come back again!

I have stayed in this cabin before. It is as stated, showers are clean and close. New mattress and linen was a nice. Staff is helpful and friendly.

We stayed in one of the cabins, it was so clean and welcoming- the outdoor space around the cabin was very well maintained and had everything we needed. The restrooms were clean and well taken care of. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Beautiful spot to spend a weekend away.

This campground is so clean, well maintained and the staff is so friendly. This was my 2nd stay here and I will continue to come back!

My husband and I stayed in the Yurt at this facility. It was very cute and super clean. The campground was well maintained and the staff was friendly. We got in late on Friday and they waited for us which we thought was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved every minute here! The front desk folks were so nice and informative, the cabin was wonderfully quite! We were close to two restrooms and the entire park was well laid out, quite and clean. We used Kamp K9 several times and our dog had fun on the obstacles. We will 100% stay here again and recommend to our friends and family!

Great place, easy to find, very affordable. Decent sized dog park for my dogs to run around, and clean. Only downside for me was shower heads were too short and I had to squat down to wash my head.

It was great. We loved the facility. Three minor complaints. 1. There was a roach in our cabin. 2. The blue mattress beds are not comfortable to sleep on. 3. The women’s restroom was dirty/hair in the drain. (This could have just been the timing to going verses the last cleaning, then men’s were spotless)

The deluxe cabin is wonderful. More attention to face masks by staff and guests would have been comforting.

It made me very uncomfortable that the staff were not following the very signs their company has posted about masks. If I asked the cashier to put a mask on he did but none of the other staff did and were walking around inside. The staff were not wearing them with other customers and so many customers also didnt. I expec better. I wore it to protect them. Show me you value my life by wearing yours

Great laundry room, cottage and walking trail. Management was very receptive when we voiced a concern about night sky light pollution from an overly lit campsite. We will come back!

Great people.... Stayed up late waiting on us and were very friendly. Even went up and turned on our light while we checked in. Beautiful surroundings with great sights to see in the area .

clean KOA. rented a cabin but location / parking is not Biker Friendly with limited reasonable parking area by cabin as to much gravel and inclined spaces

VERY clean cabin and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. This is my second stay here and I'll be booking my next stay very soon. My stay is for a motorcycle gathering. The pavilion is great for a group dinner and socializing after a day of riding. Can't wait to come back.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here for our trip to Eureka Springs. Each time, it has been a wonderful stay, with very clean facilities and very courteous staff. The cabins are great and we enjoyed the upgrades. We will be back on our next trip and would recommend this our friends and family.

REALLY nice cabin! Brand new (2 months old) and well crafted. Service staff was quick to help with requests. It was the ADA cabin so it had a bathroom and walk-in shower. We didn't need the ADA access but it's great to know people who need it and want to be outdoors, can get it there. Decent park and rec room, too. The whole family loved our weekend stay there.

Our second time staying here but we had rented the family cabin this time. I’m so glad we did because it was clean and just what we needed. The staff was always kind and helpful, even when we arrived late for check in. They did a great job decorating the place for Halloween. We are hoping to go back soon. Thank you!

It was a very good experience! Our cabin was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area’s attractions as well as the trolley schedule. The restrooms & showers smelled clean, and fresh and appeared to be disinfected & sanitary. The laundry room also appeared clean & tidy as well. I loved that there was a doggie park for our little schnauze

We enjoyed our time there. We stayed at a cabin from Sunday to Saturday and used it as home base as we rode motorcycle each day. I appreciated having a fridge and TV in the cabin. The bathrooms were always clean. Office staff was helpful and friendly.

We were very happy with the stay and the area. The only thing that was an issue was the flies. But I think its that time of year and with it cooling down they are looking for a warm place. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the restrooms. The staff was friendly and made sure all our needs were met. The cabin was a bit small for four adults. We did enjoy the fact that we had a restroom.

It was clean, quiet, and convenient. The employees were exceptional. We had a tent that ended up with missing pieces and they so conveniently changed our reservation to a cabin. It worked out better than we expected. It is first class camping!!

This was our first stay at a KOA. We usually stay at small, locally-owned, non-chain type campgrounds - and with great success and enjoyment. For about three times the cost of what we usually pay, there was an expectation this would be even better than others. What we got instead was a noisy, uncomfortable bed in a cabin at a campground that doesn’t even have an ice machine. Not worth the cost.

Clean campgrounds & cabins; super clean bath house & laundry facility; fresh-looking swimming water & very clean pool area; friendliest & most helpful staff you'll meet anywhere! We highly recommend this KOA for any camping stay. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM are faithfully observed.

Nicest most accommodating staff. Clean well kept restrooms and laundry room. Only thing to complain about is that the mattress in the cabin was a bit thin. I’m old. Definitely coming back next year (with an air mattress) lol

I stayed in one of the cabins and was overwhelmed with the beauty of the area, the helpfulness of the staff and the accommodations. The reviewer that said this was a slice of Heaven was right on target. Highly recommend!!

We are not real big fans of KOA's when we pull our travel trailer. Granted, they are a little on the expensive side. But since we were going to Eureka Springs to enjoy our week, we figured what the heck and book a reservation. I have to say, this place exceeded our expectations for a KOA. To start, the staff was very friendly when checking in. We were put in a nice spot with trees and the forest right in front of the travel trailer. Granted, it wasn't real busy and perhaps on busy weekends, it would be different. However, it is a well maintained and clean KOA. Unlike the other's we have stayed at. They even have a nice dog park for your pets. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will have no problem booking a site here.

What a wonderful, well kept campground with a lot of activities, great shop and local attractions. The staff is so friendly, the pool is wonderful, great place to stay in the Ozarks. Highly recommend. Right off beautiful scenic 62, minutes from Eureka and Beaver Lake and a lot more. The store is all priced well and had a lot of items, great selection. They really take pride in their grounds and should. Don't hesitate stay here
