Staff was very friendly. When we arrived we had a staff member assist with parking since it was dark out and he was very helpful. A thunderstorm passed by and it was helpful to be contacted by the KOA. Restrooms were clean and everything was as it should be. Would have been a 5 star in my book if it had better views, a better walking trail, and less gravel.

Thank you for getting us set up with a spot for Labor Day weekend. We had reserved at another campground, however, that spot did not work for us. We rolled in about 15 minutes before closing time and you had a spot for us. We are grateful. Great customer service and a very nice place.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Though not not scheduled, they kept the pool open late Friday night since it was a holiday weekend and so many people. Also played music and gave out glow necklaces for a glow in the dark pool party which was a great surprise. They had a craft on Saturday which all the kids enjoyed. The playground and basketball court were fun too! We’ll be back!

2nd time at this KOA because it is beautiful and amazingly well kept. One of the best we ever stayed at, and we stay at a lot of KOA’s this is our favorite by far.

We always feel very welcome every time we stay. Mike, Brian and the entire staff are great hosts. We will most definitely return, site #52 is our favorite.

The setting here is beautiful. Everything is exceptionally well kept & very clean. It’s super close to town and it provides a place of tranquility for gathering in the evening. The KOA staff are all super friendly & were nothing short of amazing.

Pleasant and we will be back in the future. From this KOA are multiple places to site see both at & off camp grounds. Whoever comes to this site will enjoy this place. My wife & I are senior citizens & we give this KOA a 5 star rating!

After I checked in - the man in office told me to follow him in his golf cart to my site - I was trying to keep up with him and the road he took me up was very rough - I hit a rock (I have a Riverside Retro 135) single axle which sits lower than most RV's) I did not go complain when I left but my electric jack was bent and tongue of trailer bent) Cost alot for one nights' stay.

I really appreciated how clean the bathhouse was kept. Nicest/cleanest bathhouse we have seen. We are new to RV’ing and Mike helped us hook up our water and get leveled. THANK YOU!

Probably the best KOA I've ever experienced! Really nice facilities, decks, everything in good condition. But the staff was even better. When the person assigning my space found out that I'm not walking well, he didn't say anything but immediately assigned a space closer to the restrooms. Because my hearing is bad, when I bought things the person at the counter wrote down the amount due. Plus

New owners have many improvements since our past visits there. The only nff we negative is a lack of WiFi connections at our premium campsite.

Wonderful KOA! Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The layout is wonderful- spaced out but not too far of a walk from any of the amenities. We made use of the dog park, pool, hiking trail and game room several times while we were there. Would absolutely come back again and plan on it.

The person who took us to our assigned site was rude, seemed put off by our request to change site due to the lack of shade at our assigned site. Overall the entire campground was lacking tree cover, it was very uncomfortable heat wise during our stay. Trash cans throughout our stay were never emptied.

We enjoyed the location and the RV spacing in the park. We loved being in the trees. The laundry was a pleasure to use as it is very clean and accessible. We also enjoyed the deluxe patio site that was selected. The patio was large, had very nice furniture and its own grill. We highly recommend this park.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The campground was extremely clean and beautiful. The pool, playground, and outdoor games were an added bonus! We can’t wait to stay again!

Very nice KOA. The staff went above and beyond and made our stay excellent. Loved the grounds and the big pool. Excellent selection at the camp store with very reasonable prices. Bathrooms were very clean. We will be back.

The pool was massive and refreshing! The row of sites we were in were right up along a highway.

Hosts were great. Gave us a perfect spot, plenty of room and close to restrooms which was perfect since we had an 83 year old with us. Nice pool and clean bath houses even with many guests Wonderful campground and easy to find

Helpful and friendly staff. Kids had fun at the hosted events put on by the KOA. Great location being right in between Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake. Highly recommend.

We had a little trouble making the site work for our camper with 3 slides, but they offered to move us if need be. Kids loved the pool, overall great experience!

I stayed in one of the cabins and was overwhelmed with the beauty of the area, the helpfulness of the staff and the accommodations. The reviewer that said this was a slice of Heaven was right on target. Highly recommend!!

We are not real big fans of KOA's when we pull our travel trailer. Granted, they are a little on the expensive side. But since we were going to Eureka Springs to enjoy our week, we figured what the heck and book a reservation. I have to say, this place exceeded our expectations for a KOA. To start, the staff was very friendly when checking in. We were put in a nice spot with trees and the forest right in front of the travel trailer. Granted, it wasn't real busy and perhaps on busy weekends, it would be different. However, it is a well maintained and clean KOA. Unlike the other's we have stayed at. They even have a nice dog park for your pets. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will have no problem booking a site here.

What a wonderful, well kept campground with a lot of activities, great shop and local attractions. The staff is so friendly, the pool is wonderful, great place to stay in the Ozarks. Highly recommend. Right off beautiful scenic 62, minutes from Eureka and Beaver Lake and a lot more. The store is all priced well and had a lot of items, great selection. They really take pride in their grounds and should. Don't hesitate stay here
