Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

ALL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MUST BE COMPLETED VIA EMAIL: [email protected]**SUMMER DATES DO NOT HAVE A 48-HOUR CANCELLATION**  **ACCOMMODATIONS DO NOT HAVE 48-HOUR CANCELLATION**No refunds for early departure upon arrival. All Reservation cancellations are subject to a minimum $20 reservation cancellation fee, except for VIP KOA Reward campers. Please read the specific date guidelines below. CHANGE SITES: Follow the below cancellation policy. You can switch to like sites and can upgrade on arrival if site(s) are open. A NO SHOW is considered a same day cancellation and a loss of a Full Stay Deposit. 10 AM the following morning = NO Show - If you are going to arrive the day following your reservation, please contact the campground so your site is saved and not re-rented.

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
