Awesome location with very nice sites. The staff was courteous and cared. It was great having the capability to order food and firewood delivered to your site especially after a very long drive. We have already made plans for a return trip.

Great campgroung, friendly staff, quick check-in, clean individual bathrooms and showers. We had a wonderful time, especially the 4 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway where we saw over 50 deer each time we made the trip. Hope to go back next year. Thank you for a great stay!

We were put on a site away from the other campers with a dumpster as a neighbor. It totally sucked.

We enjoyed our visit very much. RV site was very level and not too close to others. Gift shop is very nice and people there helpful and pleasant.

This was our first stay here, but it rates as one of our favorite campgrounds! Spacious sites, lots of trees, and seasonal decor. Hosts were extra friendly and seemed genuinely happy to have guests. Grounds were well cared for and had a lot of extra touches showing pride of ownership. We will definitely be back!

We have camped at many KOA’s and this one was the best . Clean , updated bathrooms; friendly, helpful staff and very nice camping spots were some of the reasons we loved this campground!!

I’ve said before that your staff is your best asset. They all are highly motivated and will do whatever needs to be done. They go the extra mile to make you feel right at home. Love the changes in women’s bath house. They are always super clean. The campground is decorated wonderfully. The bbq and pizza are excellent. Wish I could have stayed longer.

It's a good thing we had an escort to our site who could help us back into it. Narrow roads, sharp turns and slanted site made it more of an adventure than we would like. A busy night so all pull through sites were booked. Exit road was equally challenging with washed out areas, more sharp turns and steep grades. Mostly quiet though music was very loud for about half an hour.

The campground was very nice, all the employees we interacted with were extremely helpful. Checkin process was quick and easy. The only thing we wish is that there was a statement on their write up that mentioned how hilly the park itself was. We are both older and walking our dog was extremely hard on us.

Stayed 9/16-18; site 27. All was good. Our site was fine, the staff were great, and the bathhouse at the office building was excellent. It’s good to have a campground that has food available in the evening after a long drive to the campground. If we are in the area again, we’ll certainly stay here again.

Best campground! Beautiful grounds. Excellent staff. Nice laundry room. Stayed 8 nights and was sad to leave. Fairly priced. Coming back next year! Friends and family booked with us! Can’t say anything bad. Thanks for the great time!

We just pulled in at 11 for the night as we traveled to Penn State. What we could see was lovely! Very nice place with very nice spaces. The hand drawn map to our space was contrary to their signage and was confusing in the dark, but we figured it out. We wanted to purchase propane when leaving but the office didn’t open until 9:00. Neither of those things change our rating of a 10!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful.When you pull in they come to you. You don’t need to get out to check in. Clean and well maintained. My favorite KOA Journey .

Staff was very friendly, very nice laundry facilities, clean campground, and nice spacious sites. Would have given a 5 but site was not level & had to use ramps thus the 4, not sure about other sites.

Always love staying here. It is quiet and well kept. We've been coming here for almost 20 years, before it was a KOA. It's only gotten better.

VERY NICE! Super staff. Wooded, mountainous, well maintained, quiet, no highway noise, ease in and out of site, good hook-ups. Will come back again!!!!
