We had a fantastic time, even though the weather didn't cooperate. One of the quietest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Super clean. The scenery in the area is gorgeous! The food at the restaurant was out of this world!

Clean and quiet except for occasional highway noise. Stayed in site 40 that area could use some leveling. Indoor amenities inside hotel were closed.

It was a good stay. Campground was good, except not a lot to do on the grounds. Would visit again if in a pinch and did not have my grandkids with.

The problem is that we had Site #23 which has the sewer connection on a hill above the trailer - "water does not run up hill"! Our trailer is small/short - no way to get the sewer hose at a level to allow water to run into sewer without 2-3 people holding the sewer hose up to make the water go into sewer which was still difficult. Even with a sewer hose support the sewer connection is too high.

We have stayed at several KOAs. Most have a personal touch from the owners/staff (taking you to your camp site/amenities offered, etc). This one does not. The only person you ever see is at check-in (which is a motel) and a person that picks up the trash. If you are expecting consistent internet...DON'T. Practically non- existent. Will probably stay again only because it is close to home.

Showers and restrooms were inside a building that was extremely hot and without ventilation. Most amenities were actually at a nearby hotel and not part of the campground. The RV sight and hookups were good.

Arrived at site and set up. When I went to open tank valves, the water would not flow UP hill. The sewer connection is about 10” above the grade where my fifth wheel sat. The drain hose connection is about 11” above grade. 1” drop for a 21 foot run just does not work!! Very disappointed in the site and camp grounds !!!

The front desk employee (Avery) was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He handled all the transactions to include reservation, change of reservation and check in. A great asset to the Skidmore organization!!

The cabin had a mouse in it and the kitchen chairs were a bit rickety. Overall the stay was very nice and would go back.

The campground itself seems nice. The space I was placed in was not. The site was supposed to be a full hookup, which it was, but this space needed some work. The sewer pipe comes out of the ground on an angle so connecting to it is very difficult. The water connection sprayed all over the outlet box so I couldn’t use it. The outlet in the box was upside down.

Disappointed. No KOA staff, store or usual amenities we are used to. No place on site or nearby to purchase firewood. Register at Days Inn. Staff there helpful but campers not priority. Site was nice, facilities clean. Laundry was unavailable our entire stay of 6 days, no one knew why. Worst KOA experience by far.

We apoligize for any inconvenience experienced during your stay. Our store is currently closed due to the pandemic. We do have firewood available at our entrance, and have additional washer/dryer machines at the checkin office. Thank you for your input. It helps us to improve and better our KOA.

Quiet Campground. Checking in at Days Inn made me question what I was in for, but turned out to be a VERY NICE RV PARK! All paved. VERY quiet!! Will go back to again!

Stayed two nights on a trip from VA to MO...beautiful campground with nice sites and views. Only suggestion would be adding a bathhouse to each camping section as they are nicely spread out and it was a long walk to the bottom! Everything clean and staff at the Days Inn very courteous.

What a wonderful, lovely, surprise to find this beautiful KOA. It has lovely surroundings and great rv spots. Great place to walk. Hope someday to see the lake and go to a concert at the amphitheater.

Not your topical KOA, it lacked some of the amenities, even for a Journey park. But it is a very well kept up and groomed. Its tucked behind a Days Inn and sheltered from noise, very quite.

Signage is horrible. Had trouble with the electric pedestal. The maintenance man from the Days Inn came quickly, said it was a bad breaker and offered to move us. The entrance is very steep up to the Days Inn and steep down into the campground. With 6 of us in our section the WiFi was horrible and tv reception was non- existent. Stayed one night traveling and definitely would not stay again.
