Loved the view! Disappointed with the spacing of the tent sites. Our neighbors tent was 3 feet away from our campfire. People were also walking right next to our tent and through our campsite to get to the stairs going to the lake. I wouldn’t stay here in a tent again only because of the spacing. Bathrooms were great. Staff was friendly.

First time for staying at a KOA and it was great. Appreciate the escort and helping me back in. The only thing that I have negative to say is I was not told about the KOA rewards. The next KOA site told me and I signed up.

We have been coming to this location for years and this is the last time we will stay here. We were not notified on the website or at check-in that the paddle-boats, etc now cost an additional fee. The benefit of staying here was that all the activities were included. The prices for the sites are still expensive and the grounds look horrible. The grass is completely dead and wasn’t watered once.

We have stayed here for several years and this will be our last visit. They now charge for amenities (except the pool and inflatables) and the daily site fees were pricey. Their website doesn’t inform people of the charge for amenities. The fees are charged per site no matter how many people are occupying the site. The grass was dead. The inflatables were dirty and faded. Sad to see.

Loved the stay. Park was extremely clean, family oriented and staff was excellent! Would have to have had a church service on Sunday, but other than that activi8 planned were great.

We have found this KOA to be an excellent base camp for a multiple night stay. This was our second stay and I'm sure we will be returning again.

Above average koa .we only did an overnight so we were not able use the most of the parks activities. Two negatives access from freeway and brush piles behind our site loacation

This was by far the best KOA we have stayed at yet. With all the amenities for the kids, we made one day just playing. Lots are spacious, laundry room had tons of nice washers and dryers and the people are very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Very enjoyable stay, extremely friendly and helpful staff, loved the lake. I wish there was a little more space between sites. That's the only reason I rated it a 4 instead of a 5.

Staff unfriendly, saw them driving around, not once did one wave, say hi, ask if everything was ok, nothing. We were there 4 days, sat outside everyday, so you notice things like that. Not only that, we were put next to someone that looked liked they had taken up residence, very trashy. Didn’t even check out other amenities. Would only recommend if an emergency came up.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and it was perfect for our 2 kids and the dog. So many fun activities to do there that my kids just wanted to hang out all day. They loved the pool, splash area, bounce house and lake! My son did get stung by a wasp on the playground where there was a nest in the railing. We reported that to staff and they said they'd fix it right away. We'll definitely be back!

Pond looks great. Awesome job. Little pricey on rates comparing to other ways to rest yourself.

Cannot say enough about the staff at this park… over the top friendly and helpful. WiFi is weak but probably due to all of the geeks and their WiFi rangers. Laundry facilities were excellent as was the park store. Dogs are just too noisy and need to be policed a little better.

Love the area and you have a cute little campground! The activities were great! I really wish that in the small cbins, there would have been a tv to catch the news or whatever. The outside of our cabin needs some easy repair (K01) Otherwise I loved it :)

Nice campground, level sites with all hookups in good condition. Lots for kids to do at this KOA.

The staff was very friendly and the campground has many activities for families. The facilities were the cleanest I have seen at any KOA and the store was well-stocked. My only suggestion would be to have more information on food services nearby. I was instructed to check out Grubhub but found the site confusing. A list of nearby restaurants would be helpful.

This was our second stay at this spot and both times have been exceptional. Staff is extremely accommodating and go out of their way to help. Would highly recommend.

Everything went good but the pool is super cold and the kids barely went swimming. That is the one thing they look forward too.

Sewage issue that flooded our cabin bathroom, during attempts to unclog the toilet sewage came up from the kitchen & bathroom sink and the bathtub. The staff on site was quick to action however it took into the morning and a new pipe to address the issue. No alternate accommodations were offered & had to really push for management to comp one night. Situation completely mishandled by manager.

We loved it!! Know that you do have to pay for the recreation activities! Like the bounce houses, putt putt the bike rentals, paddleboats, and more! We did the All stay pass! Bill and Janice were staffers by our campsite!! I truly believe people are put in our path for a reason! They were so helpful kind and loving to our family! Thank you KOA!

The kids had s great time. Friendly staff! One small suggestion to reach "total perfection." We were in a cabin and the inside was spotless. The outside of the windows could use a cleaning of the dirt and spider webs. :)

My Husband and I stay at this camp ground as often as we can. We are residents here in Fort Collins and this is our Favorite place to go to get away. The staff members are extremely friendly, the upkeep of the campground is amazing, pet friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a few days.
