The only bad experience was the loss of water. Not your fault. I think as much as we are paying per night that some of the activities should be included with the stay

Had a wonderful time! We were greeted by the front desk and immediately felt welcome. The cabin was nice and clean and in a great location. The activities were also fantastic and kept my kids busy all day long. We enjoyed ice-cream socials, rec center activities, and ate at the chuck wagon. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure thank you for a great weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this KOA! They have tons of amenities and things to do - the store, chuckwagon and staff were all amazing and helpful!! We never got the internet to work and we are tech people. No password or validation you are a customer - I would not do anything sensitive (ex. banking/work) from here. I think this could be reasonably addressed and didn't impact our stay.

Lots to do at this KOA. Very convenient location to get to Ft Collins. Although sites are very close together, it’s quiet at night. Showers and bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Garbage is collected from campsites every morning. Large laundromat. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative is the closeness of camp sites.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice level campsite with beautiful patio. Best of all, peaceful and quiet. Didn't use the pool, showers, or other amenities.

Sites were crammed. But site was nice Nice amenities. Family friendly. Noisy. Need to improve sign from roadway. Road into park was very bad.

Friendly staff and nice location! The place was probably very nice 10 years ago but very dated. The inflatables were filthy, peeling paint in pool, our sewer overflowed when I empty the tanks. Avoid the hot tub sites, we had several neighbors host parties in them and they’re cheap and old anyway.

We generally like KOAs but we’re dissatisfied now. We always book by the criteria that KOA asks during registration. We’ve had the same 36’ 5th Wheel, 3 years so know what is expected. This time was way too small a site. Not enuf room for truck prkg, had to have tree trim for awning, bk to back parking, 24’ travel trlrs. all around us. Mngr said-do it all the time. Too bad,,leave w/re

Very clean, well maintained facility. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this campground to anyone who is staying in the Fort Collins area.

Staff was nice and accommodating!!! The only issue was that the sewer at our site back-flowed, and the sites around us were also backed up. Super gross! The staff in the office said "Someone must've flushed a diaper" when we brought it to their attention. We didn't have a baby in our group, and thought it was odd that they didn't offer any service recovery for the inconvenience.

We would definitely book a stay at your park in the future. We like the area & the site. We know the internet is nothing to speak of if there's any service at all. We bring our own internet with us now. On our check out day we noticed the water presure dropped. but we were leaving so no biggie. Hopefully that can get rectified prior to our returning. As always a nice campground, but it was not as well maintained as in the past. Not sure if they are trying to xeriscape but the grass was dead. Kind of a bummer they no longer include activities in the price of your campground fees. Hope they don’t continue to let it slip. The staff at the KOA are always so nice and that hasn’t changed.

Great campground. Suggest moving back or removing boulders painted yellow so big rigs can maneuver turns.

More chairs and umbrellas at the pool would be great. Whenever someone left their shade/umbrella someone would scamper to "claim" it. 2 or 3 more would be enough for everyone who wanted some shade. Thanks. Perfect spot to host the grandkids!

The staff is very friendly and park is very clean. We had a serious ant issue and your staff was there in minutes to remedy. Thank again for the wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

I have never seen such friendly, helpful staff. They went over the top in helping us out in every way. This is also the most kid-friendly campground ever.

The drive in to KOA was discouraging, messy and unappealing. Laundry room was clean. Pool is VERY small with limited lounge chairs for parents. Very out of date jump pad and it was DIRTY!!! Not what I was expecting.

The campground is clean with lots of activities and cool amenities, staff is friendly. Wifi is horrible! If you work remotely be sure to have some sort of service because you won’t get it there! I prefer a smaller campground but you have kids it’s the place to stay.

Awesome staff. Clean campgrounds. Personal touch by texts from the office. Very kid friendly to the point of navigating the interior roads to be a bit scary with kids on bikes, trikes, scooters all over the place. Only negative is the high rates for the sites.

Been coming for years and always loved it. Not sure if it’s new management but the place has gone down. Looks horrible, all the sudden everything costs money on top of premium dollar for a camp site. Bob that was running the recreation equipment was one of the rudest least customer service oriented people I’ve seen there. My kids called him grumpy. Cannot give my money to this place.

We reserved 4 nights and stayed in a patio back in. We have a class B motorhome with slide outs. Ample room to walk around the unit and not like sardines in a can. The chuckwagon is superb with the BEST pizza we have ever had. Staff were very friendly. Have stayed here before and really like all the amenities. Will stay again.

Great looking site, and they had employees to escort all RVs to their spots! The showers were decent and there seemed to be lots of activities, but we only stayed overnight so I can't speak much to those. Overall I would recommend this KOA.

We stayed for 16 nights while visiting our kids who live in Ft. Collins. We loved our stay! The proximity to the Poudre Trail was a highlight as we biked or ran on the trail nearly everyday. The staff were extrememly friendly and helpful. We found ourselves in need of a tall ladder, and they delivered one to our sight! All staff worked so hard at their jobs taking care of the grounds.

My Husband and I stay at this camp ground as often as we can. We are residents here in Fort Collins and this is our Favorite place to go to get away. The staff members are extremely friendly, the upkeep of the campground is amazing, pet friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a few days.
