Very family friendly campground with tons of activities for kids - large playground, pool with splash area, bikes, boats, and mini golf. Nice walking path around the lake. We also enjoyed riding bikes along the Poudre Trail which was a mile from our campsite, paved path about 10 miles long. The pizza from the Chuck Wagon was quite tasty.

Booked a pull thru for my 5th wheel got a tight back-in spot. Wasn’t pleased.

This KOA is well maintained with lots to do. The site size was good. WiFi was poor. Hookups were in good locations. Cable was marginal but there were plenty of over air stations.

We absolutely loved this park. The only thing we could say is they need to trim the entrance arch. There are low limbs for tall RV’s right now. The employees were so friendly & helpful & so clean & a lot to do there & nearby.

Stayed here for the second time in a week … return trip home. Loved it as much as the first time!

The only negative thing was the lack of lounge chairs at the pool. They only had 1 out for the entire campground to use.

We have camped at several KOA’s and this KOA is by far in the top 3. So clean and inviting. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of activities for everyone to do. We will definitely be returning!

the employees were great the only negative was the wifi Did not work at all. They need to invest in a better and stronger system for the amount of campers. The pool was refreshing but they only had 9 chairs to sit in so that was also a bummer. But overall we enjoyed ourselves

We had a blast! The $50 play all stay was perfect for the kids! We will be back and definitely more often!

Outstanding KOA! Lots of activities for our grandchildren to do. The blue activity wristband for kids is a life-saver! It saved many steps for us when grandkids each wanted something different to do! The pizza from the food wagon is awesome and delivered hot to your RV site. The only con is that a lot more chairs and umbrellas need to be added around the pool.

Love KOA's. Wish they all offered better wifi. I would pay an extra fee to have access to better wifi.

Our whole family stayed (2 cabins and 3 Rvs) we had lots of kids and there was plenty to do for the whole family. The weather wasn’t that great and rained but that didn’t matter… we still had a great time. The staff was so friendly inside the store. The only thing that weren’t great were the phone service was horrible nonexistent there & the wifi didn’t work that great(maybe the weather?

Great KOA.. The facilities are as advertised. Plenty of site space for our 41 foot bus and toad.. Staff is the best taking care of our needs. We stay at KOAs when they are on our route of travel.

Hi there, our accommodations at our one bedroom cabin we’re lovely. The mattresses are comfortable! I enjoyed having a covered porch as well. The amenities I took full advantage of, and had a lot of fun at the pool and, paddle boating. The campground in general is very clean. The minimart on location is so convenient and, reasonably priced. Bathrooms were kept clean! I get five stars to staff!

Very nice lots of room, everything was very clean and well kept. Only thing is for the price I wish EVERYthing was included as far as using the boat things on the lake and mini golf. Still a great place.

Our stay was great. The facility was clean and staff was friendly. We were here for two weeks and the only issue we had was with the WiFi. It didn’t reach the camper so we were without and unable to work in my camper. If KOA is going to get the next generation they need to have reliable WiFi to allow us to work and/or stream our apps. I would recommend just be prepared if you need WiFi

Our cabin was delightful! All the comforts of home. Sorry to see there were very few chairs, lounges and table/umbrellas available in the pool area. With the 100 degree weather, it would have been nice to have some shade while visiting with our friends. Also, we were there 5 days. No coffee replenishment. Hotels/motels at your rate offer daily replenishment of supplies.

This is the best experience we have had with a KOA. We will come back. The site was great, the amenities were great, and our kids loved it. We felt safe and comfortable. More importantly, we felt that our kids were safe to run about the place without our constant supervision (ages 6 and 10) . The staff are friendly and plentiful, they do a great job taking care of it's guest.

Just me camping here, but a ton of activities for families with children to enjoy! I loved my tent site! Family restrooms with shower, toilet and sink… clean and great idea for easy use of the facilities. Please upgrade your wifi, that was my major disappointment. I had to go elsewhere in the day to get Internet connectivity, annoying when paying for it here, yet not a good service.

We have stayed numerous times. I was extremely disappointed that there is now extra charges for the amenities that have always been inclusive. Pad site was very unlevel and there was basically no wifi signal. We have always enjoyed our stays st Lakeside. However, after this stay, we most likely will not return.

our stay for our Army reunion was Awesome. the staff went above and beyond to help with any of our needs, towels, Umbrella and an extra picnic table ETC. also a few of your staff was also from Wisconsin.

When I checked in on 7/29 at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon- the man at the desk was very rude to me. I have never been treated and talked to in that manner at any KOA campground. He said our camper would not fit in site 165. I said we can unhook the truck and he said very rudely “well- where do yo think you are going to park it?” The whole checking process was very demeaning towards me.

Grass was dead everywhere. They did have dog bags around the park and a nice patio area but it was very pricey for two nights.

This was by far the best campground we’ve ever stayed in, including other KOA Holiday ones. They were very nice, helpful, escorted us to our site, helped us back in, etc. even in the rain. The amenities here are unbelievable—private lake for boating, paddle boats, fishing, etc. plus a splash pond and awesome playground equipment. Great laundry facilities and more. FANTASTIC campground!

Way too much dust. Not watering the grass. We stayed here last year and it looked so much better. Staff at checkout a little short with people but other staff very friendly. Facilities are very clean. All washers and dryers worked. Lots for kids to do. We spent 2 weeks there not worth the $1200 we paid.

My Husband and I stay at this camp ground as often as we can. We are residents here in Fort Collins and this is our Favorite place to go to get away. The staff members are extremely friendly, the upkeep of the campground is amazing, pet friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a few days.
