Lot's of fun this past weekend with all of the Halloween activities. We will be back for sure next year.

It was Halloween weekend. We had a great time. Our camp and my nephew’s camp (45/46). We took first place in camp sites. The kids had a great time and the trick or treaters were the best. Thank you for a safe and wonderful weekend.

We have been coming to this KOA for the past 16 years. The management style has changed considerably since it was sold. The prices are extremely high for what is offered and pay for every little event. In June, the grass at the campsites was all but dead. Water in the kitchen sink north conference room is turned off. With what is being charged for everything, sink should be fixed. Staff ok.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you chose to stay with us in 2021. During your stay, we had a full range of fun Halloween events/activities, haunted trail rides, and food service, which were all new this year. The dry summer made watering a challenge this year. We hope you join us again!

One of the best we have stayed at. Fun Halloween celebration. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great restrooms in the main building. They gladly refunded our last day when we had to leave a day early. Great place.

We came to Ft. Collins to compete in a running race, We ended up having a blast with all of the Halloween fun at our KOA site! We have been to this KOA in July2020 and enjoyed it then as well. This is a fantastic campground. It is conveniently located, has fun activities if you want to participate, friendly employees, and what you need (butter, propane, firewood, etc.). We will be back again!

Have been coming to this KOA for years. Generally love it - but the bath house near the east side of the park is overdue for a remodel. Looking really shabby -which is a shame!

This was our second time here and I was more impressed than the first. Our kids had such a blast with all of the Halloween activities, that we just might make this an annual thing.

The employees were very nice and helpful. The Halloween festivities were well organized and a lot of fun. The only thing I noticed was the bathrooms near our cabin K9 could use updates the showers looked a little old. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay thank you!

We did not participate in any of the Halloween festivities but the KOA had it going on. If you have kids this is the place to stay. You would never have to leave so many things to do. Clean quiet nice staff

We just love this campground. It is so charming and feels like we are in a remote location despite being just outside of Ft. Collins. We cannot wait to go back!

Each time we have stayed at this KOA the WiFi does not work well enough to use it for any purpose. You can try to use it but it continually drops the connection. Otherwise, we really enjoy the hot tub sites and the activities at this KOA.

We participated in the halloween events this year and were very pleased. The staff, other campers, and location were amazing and we highly recommend this place. We travel all around the US and it's great to find a place like this where everyone makes you feel at home. The sites are clean, restrooms are clean, amenities are plentiful and it's just an all around great experience here.

I really enjoy studying at your KOA. I love the walk around the lake, the cabins are clean, and the staff are always friendly.

This is one of our favorite KOA Kampgrounds to stay at. Beautiful layout and lots to do, especially if you are visiting with kids. Don't let the entry through the two industrial lots fool you! This is one of the nicest campgrounds you will ever find.

Staff were great hosts. Sad to see the grass so dried out. Maybe KOA can get the sprinklers working again. The trees, as the leaves were changing colors, were beautiful though. This time of year was a beautiful time to visit this KOA.

There was a misunderstanding with my length of stay. We left a day early because of the confusion. They would not offer me a refund. We paid for an extra day that we didn’t even stay.

We stay here twice a year and just love the layout and dog friendly atmosphere. The trail around the lake is awesome, sites spacious and nicely laid out for a commercial campground. Love hiking at Horsetooth reservoir and live fort collins

I was disappointed! We have stayed there multiple times, using the hot tubs. This time we got there on a cold afternoon & the hot tub was 70 degrees. They did get it turned on & it reached 102 degrees by 10pm that night. (w help from my wife & I heating water to boiling on the our camper trailer stove & dumping in several large pans full). I told them at the office, but they offered nothing! :(

Although my husband and I don't have any young children, there was an abundance of activities for children as well as adults. The amenities at this location are phenomenal. The campground is very clean and the staff is exceptional.

My second time. Have stayed in several KOAs around the country, this is one of the best I've used. Clean, quiet, and a great variety of sites, many side activities.

My Husband and I stay at this camp ground as often as we can. We are residents here in Fort Collins and this is our Favorite place to go to get away. The staff members are extremely friendly, the upkeep of the campground is amazing, pet friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a few days.
