Nice people very helpful, But too much dirt and no grass, had to pick up multiple piles of dog wast just to walk around back of camper.

My wife and I stayed at the Lakeside KOA from 2 nights and really enjoyed it. We had stayed once before back in 2014.

Our stay was good, we had a nice time. I was with the Sweetheart Sam's group, the room on the second floor was nice, we have used it in the past for many years. We did get the room for free this time but from now on we will have to pay $100.00. Your space rents have gone up quite a bit, so we probably will go somewhere else for our group campouts.

We had our grandson's 6th birthday party here - we camped along with mom and dad of birthday boy and it was truly a fabulous experience. What a little gem in Fort Collins, CO (we live 7 minutes from location and had no idea this was back there)

We stay here quite frequently - we had a good stay. It would be nice to have some grass at our campsite.

Nice quiet location with beautiful grounds. The walk around the lake was awesome. A city walking / bike trail just seconds from the camp. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We will be staying here when ever we are in the area.

For years we have stayed here a couple times a year with a Good Sam RV chapter- but no more! Price increase has run the cost out of our reach and we will not stay here at those rates again. The increased rates also brought about fewer amenities, no escort to the site, chuck-wagon not operating, train and other amenities only on weekends, etc. Smores and hot chocolate are not worth the extra $40!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are so glad to have your group join us again this year. This year featured more events and activities than in years past, however COVID did provide additional challenges this year with some required modifications. We hope to see you again in 2022.

We enjoyed staying here. The breakfast food truck was very good. Laundry room was very big and clean as well as clean bathrooms in front. So many activities for the kids.

Love this KOA. Easy in/out access. Great space sizes, always lots of activities to choose from. This trip took advantage of the root beer floats, breakfast, happy hour and daily walk around the pond. Staff was fantastic. New this trip was charging items to your site, and delivery to your site (such as firewood). So convenient! Highly recommend-every time we stay is a pleasure!

Nice clean area - a lot of amenities - staff was extremely helpful working with me on reservations. I was traveling back and forth from Littleton to CSU Oncology for my fur baby.

The office staff were very friendly and helpful! We love the campground, the lake trail, and all the other amenities they have at Lakeside. Very quiet. Great paved RV spots with bricked patios and beautiful wrought iron patio furniture.

Your Fort Collins/Lakeside KOA was not up to the cleanliness standards we have come to expect from previous visits. The family bathrooms were dirty and the ones in the main building weren't much better. Most of the family bathrooms were out of toilet paper when I went during the night. I realize it was a busy weekend, but if there are lots of people, the bathrooms need cleaned more frequently.

Great campground. Large, clean, fabulous patio sites, nice short walking path around the pond/lake, good location. Really nice and helpful staff. Lots to do for kids and the whole family, even in the Fall when other campgrounds winding down.

Great park with concrete pads, cable tv, trees, and at least some WIFI. Enjoyed the small lake and walking trail. I like the park but $80 per day in September when pool and activities are mostly closed is expensive.

The deluxe cabin was great being October the days are warm and nights are cold. We could not get the heater to work front desk was closed no one to get a hold of. So our night stay was very uncomfortable

I really liked your facilities. Staff was nice. I would have given a 5 but there were no protocols in place fir COVID. Not responsible. I’m vaccinated but children under 12 are not. I was the only one wearing a mask

Very nice resort type park but they charge $5 per person when you have guests come visit and still charge for use of amenities. They WiFi was an absolute joke! The park really needs to explore other options! AT&T has terrible cell service there. Space for fire pits but a fire pit was not provided at our site. Staff were very nice and friendly. Restroom facilities were good.

I paid for a site with cable TV, the cable was there, attendant was well aware there was a part ordered since the whole section was having cable difficulties when we inquired about the TV. Due to COVID the part was not there, that I can understand, we should have been informed and relocated. I was told I would receive text messages on events, did not happen until I went to the office again.

My Husband and I stay at this camp ground as often as we can. We are residents here in Fort Collins and this is our Favorite place to go to get away. The staff members are extremely friendly, the upkeep of the campground is amazing, pet friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a few days.
