The park is getting very dirty looking. Grass is all dead and bathroom were very dirty. Dog poop all over in sites and on walk way round the lake. People parking several cars at site with staff driving by never telling them nothing.

Very nice and clean. good size sites. nice store. lots of things to do there. Older man at store very helpful. Younger girl was snotty and not very helpful. Great campgrounds.

Staff was very nice, but MAN has this place gone downhill quickly!! Green grass at campsites is a thing of the past. What used to be pristine, is rapidly evolving to mediocre and will be ugly in no time at this rate. Tables and benches at Pavillion were covered in dust and dirt and tons of spider webs. After going to play Bingo we had to brush each other off. Fix this quickly!!!

My wife and I stayed for a few days while we visited our son and daughter-in-law. The campground was very clean and the staff friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is very good. Didn't like our site because the fireplace and table were basically under our neighbors window. And on our other side they were under our window. But otherwise good spot.

You need to better control and enforce quiet hours and check for alcohol abuse/excessive partying. The people in space #90 on 9/24 did all of the above. Then they got up at 0600 and began yelling, slamming doors and waking people up. There should be a way to rate your guests and have these ratings remain with their accounts. Do better.

People were really nice and quite a wide range of activities on the weekends. We really enjoyed staying at this campground, sites were spacious and there was a wonderful characteristic walking path around the pond. Loved all the little details put into it. I only wish the store was open past 5 pm.

Way over priced for one night and charged $5 per person for visitors who were in the park for 45 minutes. Never stay again.

We've stayed here in past years and enjoyed our stay very much. We decided to stay again for 2 nights before returning home. We were very disappointed with the condition of the KOA .For the price we had to pay, we saw that it has gone downhill. The grass is nearly dead now.Overall, the park didn't seem very clean compared to previous years. For $87 a night, I'm not sure this will be our 1st choice

Campground has a lot going for it. Unfortunately a good portion of the things to do appear dirty or in disrepair. Tengo internet is a joke. Doesn’t work reliably at all. And you know that as you make sure and underline the help number to call Tengo with issues. Certainly comes across as a “not our fault, call Them attitude “. For the price being paid I shouldn’t have to chase the internet

We stay here at least once a year, and sometimes twice. It has a great path around their lake. Plenty of activities for the younger folk. Just a litte disappointed that most of the grass was already brown.

KOA's are expensive but our 4 1/2 year old had so much fun. The amenities for kids are fabulous!

The people running this KOA are very nice and helpful. Great to have large-load washers and dryer’s available. I was very disappointed in the appearance of the sites- no grass whatsoever! Grass sites were advertised... We had bare dirt and a few scattered weeds. Very disappointing.

We are senior citizens and have enjoyed this KOA tremendously.. They are always so helpful and greet us with big smiles which mean so much. Having had 5 children, it is the VERY BEST family oriented KOA in the U.S.A. The grounds are kept up beautifully and walks around the huge lake are wonderful. It is great to have Lakeside KOA open year round. We'll be back again real soon!

Such a nice campground! Large, clean sites and facilities were great! We loved the level cement pads. Although we did not take advantage of the amenities, there was a LOT to offer for all ages!

Checking In was fast and easy. Service representative was courteous and friendly. Space was level, with good spacing. We’ve stayed several times at this park, and we were shocked to see that the lawns are no longer being watered. It’s made a drastic difference in the appearance of the park and not for the better. It’s really changed my overall rating of the facility.

Sewer line should be in the center of the site and not at the far back. Bring extra hose. Wi-Fi was very spotty. Concrete pad not level, level up before you unhook. Nice restrooms. Fishing pond is fun.

Excellent location. Extremely clean and large campground. Very friendly staff. Trees through the park and nice lake / pond do walk around. Activities on the weekend, we were there after labor day, and the staff keep everyone informed on what was going on. Highly recommend this one. Stayed here before, will stay here again!!

This is our go to spot to stay when we are camping in the Fort Collins area. Staff were very nice. Our spot was so quiet - we wer parked next to a husband and wife who were KOA camprgound workers and they were so nice and pleasant! The bathhouses were clean but are starting to show signs of wear and tear. Thanks!

We had a great time being able to utilize some of the additional activities that weren't available last year due to covid. It is always a relaxing walk around the pond, and relax for a few days.

My Husband and I stay at this camp ground as often as we can. We are residents here in Fort Collins and this is our Favorite place to go to get away. The staff members are extremely friendly, the upkeep of the campground is amazing, pet friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a few days.
