The employees were very nice and helpful. The Halloween festivities were well organized and a lot of fun. The only thing I noticed was the bathrooms near our cabin K9 could use updates the showers looked a little old. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay thank you!

I really enjoy studying at your KOA. I love the walk around the lake, the cabins are clean, and the staff are always friendly.

Really liked the amount of things to do there and the grounds. Very nice staff for the most part. Wifi didn't reach our cabin, so had to drive to office and sit outside to use it....wasn't most convenient. Overall a nice place.

I like the new amenities that are in the cabins. For the price, they need to compete with AirBnB/hotels, so I see them trying. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the dead grass is unappealing. I was told they lost water rights. Next year may bring Xeriscape. Concerned about what that means for pets. Can't beat the walk around the lake in the fall!! Absolutely beautiful.

My wife and I stayed at the Lakeside KOA from 2 nights and really enjoyed it. We had stayed once before back in 2014.

The deluxe cabin was great being October the days are warm and nights are cold. We could not get the heater to work front desk was closed no one to get a hold of. So our night stay was very uncomfortable

We really enjoyed the campground, the activities and how nice and helpful all the staff were during our weekend. We would definitely go back and stay here again.

The only issue we had was that the check-in desk told us the chuckwagon would be open until 7:30, but it was only open until 6:30. We were very satisfied, otherwise. So many amenities in the room, our favorites being the super soft towels, dog bowls and biscuits and of course the smorbox! My bestie stopped by our cabin to show her daughter after check-out and the staff let her in. So AMAZING!!

Very well kept KOA. There was an issue with camping cabin shower, but the staff fixed the problem fast. Wish the camp store stayed open past 5:00.

One of the nicest KOAs I've stayed at. Nice store, pool, walking trail with art and nature along the way, and friendly staff. Our cabin was nice and clean and I loved the deck patio out front and the lighting. Also, I'm not a big pizza fan but we ordered pizza and wings and they were very good. Good location to coffee shops and Overland Expo at The Ranch!

We had a wonderful time! The deluxe cabin was amazing and our two year old was kept very busy with all the free things to do. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We have since recommended your KOA to our families.

This was the best KOA we ever stayed at! The grounds were beautifully groomed, the cabin was clean, and all the facilities were impeccable. We especially enjoyed the trail around the lake, and the painted tree stumps. Lots of amenities and recreational activities available. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay here longer.

We have been coming to this location for over 20 years. It has changed hands a couple times. But whatever has happened with this recent change has not been very good. Third time and paid premium for a cabin that wasn't clean, lighter out of fluid, dead batteries and no hot water. Not a single offer of money off or compensation. The dog crap on all the open areas was a big turn-off too. So disappo

Loved staying here. We stayed for 4 nights with both an rv and in the deluxe cabins. The cabins were a bit expensive but enjoyed it very much.

We have been coming to this campground every year for the last 5 years. We were very disappointed this year to find out that not all of the activities were free. You took away the activities that our kids were looking forward to the most and now charge what I consider to be a ridiculous fee to use them.

Really enjoyed the setting. The location was great for both a sense of being away, yet still having convenient access to the city. I appreciated the amenities in Cabin DK3. Just right!

Awesome cabin with fully stocked kitchen, very quiet and peaceful! Nice view of the lake, very friendly staff.

We stayed in one of the "deluxe" cabins...While comfortable, it could use some TLC...Just little things, like the kitchen sink drains and faucet ( leaks when turned on).....Maybe, as this is the end of the season, a good cleaning is in store...Now, as for the staff...Ms. Aimee immediately sold me up to a cabin when I had to cancel our camping site...In my book, she is the "employee of the year!"

We stayed over labor day weekend. We had a great time while staying in the deluxe cabin. Beautiful view and lots to do for the kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do a great job keeping things well maintained, clean, and tons of activities for kids.

The deluxe cabin was very nice, had lots of space for our little family. Recommend adding a safety rail on the bottom bunks, adding grilling utensils, and more kcups. Otherwise we enjoyed the recreation area.

The campground was very clean. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. All of the activities were fun for our family. My only complaints are that fire pits were not provided with the cabins and if you wanted one there was a fee and that the seating options at the pool were very limited, there was a lot of space but only about 8 chairs.

My Husband and I stay at this camp ground as often as we can. We are residents here in Fort Collins and this is our Favorite place to go to get away. The staff members are extremely friendly, the upkeep of the campground is amazing, pet friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a few days.
