They need additional laundry Facilities for the people in the back. The spa sites looked great-wish there were more. Need golf cart rentals!!

This was a nicely upkept resort in a nice location. It wasn’t located that far away from the very quaint all down town of Fort Collins as well as close to the major breweries of Odells and new Belgium. We would stay here again if we’re in Fort Collins in the future.

It's a very nice park - and well run. We were visiting relatives and didn't use the facilities, but we could see that there were lots of things available if we had needed them. We would gladly stay there again if we're in the area.

Beautiful KOA! We highly recommend. This KOA should be categorized as a resort rather than a holiday. Lake with bumper boats & paddle boats, mini golf, pool, walking trail around the lake, lawn games, huge play area for the kids, and so much more! The store was great too - all the normal stuff plus a lot of fun tshirts and some specialty items. Well laid out, clean sites.

We had an amazing stay!! If I had to make any suggestions it would be that the pool needs some work. There are a lot of spots that are tripping hazards for little kids and it’s freezing! But we loved everything about our trip!! That would be my tiny suggestion of areas to work on. Everyone was so nice and welcoming!

Excellent stay! Employees were all very nice and accommodating. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Great activities for the kids. Pool could use a face-lift but it was still nice! We will be back. �

Very relaxing weekend! Love spending time at this campground. Wish the pool was a little warmer, but still fun regardless, Andy wish putt putt golf was free. Found out that we can park our campers to face door to door with our friends!! That’s awesome!!!

A well managed and located campground. Sites are well spaced, kept very clean and good facilities. It is more of a resort RV Park which is not really our scene but for families with kids it should be a hit. Only downside is the cost. Too expensive, and even once paid many of the extras are chargeable.

I was a bit disappointed that the grass has died. Was told that the park was recently sold, but the new owners were working on obtaining the water rights. Also, the $90 per night charge kind of threw me. Think we only paid $58 per night last year. Lots of activities for everyone.

Everything was great! The only two small pieces of feedback I would provide would be that the WIFI was terrible and that the sewer connection on site 131, was so deep into the concrete I could not screw my fitting into the pipe.

It’s a nice facility and seems well run. However with dead grass and dusty gravel roads it should be a journey not a holiday. The website photos are false advertisement luring people to pay $90 per night instead of $50. We expect better consistency and honesty from KOA.

The best KOA RV park we have been in to date! Well laid out in a very pleasant setting. Clean, organized, extremely friendly and responsive staff in the Office and around the grounds. Many amenities (pool, canteen, mini-golf, pickleball, exercise path, many other amenities. We’re going back soon!!!

Appreciated the walk path around the lake. Loved the patio decks. Very nice facilities. The staff works hard to keep things neat and clean. Many family-friendly activities available. Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed for a week. It was good. Hiked up at RMNP and a few others in the area so it was a good base camp. Would stay here again

Friendly staff, lots of fun activities for everyone. Beautiful pool abs really enjoyed our walks around the Lake. Only downfall, we’ve stayed here in the past and the lots were always green and lush. This time around, ALL the grass was dead, dried up and lots are starting to turn to dirt. Not a pretty site at all.

We had a great time with our grandkids. The swimming pool water was too cold for the kids to swim in. It would be nice if it was a heated pool.

4th trip back to this location. Great staff and fun place to hang out and relax. Planning on coming back again in Sept. Family friendly and very clean park. One of our favorite campgrounds.

I used to think that paying a bit more to stay at Lakeside KOA was worth the extra money, as all of the amenities were included. Now that we have to pay extra to use certain amenities, I feel it's no longer worth paying more for the camp site. Please consider lowering the campsite fees, if we have to now pay for certain amenities.

We LOVE this campground. We first stayed in 2017 in one of there deluxe cabins and were so pleasantly surprised! We purchased our first camper shortly after and have gone 1-2x a year since. I was pretty disappointed they now charge for the majority of the activities. We stayed last year and it wasn't like that, apparently the campground was sold and is now owned by a management company. Great stay, a lot of time you go and the people who are working are horrible. Here they were all kind and super nice! A lot of things to do and easy to get in and out.

Lots of great stuff for kids, and the staff were all very nice. However, the grass is dead, dead, dead, (except for 4 long-term guests who have nice green grass). If they aren't watering because of the drought, I understand, but why do these 4 guests get to water? And frankly, it looks like the grass hasn't been watered for years. Also, the roads are dirt, not paved or gravel, but dusty dirt.

My Husband and I stay at this camp ground as often as we can. We are residents here in Fort Collins and this is our Favorite place to go to get away. The staff members are extremely friendly, the upkeep of the campground is amazing, pet friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a few days.
