Great campground. Large, clean, fabulous patio sites, nice short walking path around the pond/lake, good location. Really nice and helpful staff. Lots to do for kids and the whole family, even in the Fall when other campgrounds winding down.

Great park with concrete pads, cable tv, trees, and at least some WIFI. Enjoyed the small lake and walking trail. I like the park but $80 per day in September when pool and activities are mostly closed is expensive.

Very organized and efficient check in process. Clean and organized facility. Only recommendation would be to pave the common roads to mitigate dust.

I really liked your facilities. Staff was nice. I would have given a 5 but there were no protocols in place fir COVID. Not responsible. I’m vaccinated but children under 12 are not. I was the only one wearing a mask

Very nice resort type park but they charge $5 per person when you have guests come visit and still charge for use of amenities. They WiFi was an absolute joke! The park really needs to explore other options! AT&T has terrible cell service there. Space for fire pits but a fire pit was not provided at our site. Staff were very nice and friendly. Restroom facilities were good.

I paid for a site with cable TV, the cable was there, attendant was well aware there was a part ordered since the whole section was having cable difficulties when we inquired about the TV. Due to COVID the part was not there, that I can understand, we should have been informed and relocated. I was told I would receive text messages on events, did not happen until I went to the office again.

We came with the FCRV group. Jill was over the top in helping us find the perfect spot for our stay. She was amazing and all the staff helped to make this trip the best KOA experience ever. We love this KOA as a last trip for the year camp out. Everything was calm, mostly quiet, restful, clean bathrooms with great free showers. A great store with a great selection of ice cream to pick from.

The campground is run down. The ground staff were rude. One guy told me to me move my car off the dead grass by my site because I would break the sprinkler heads. The grass is dead and doesn't look like it is ever watered. My son came with a few friends for a BBQ and you charged them $5.00 each to visit for a few hours. Really? Went to play Pickleball, The net and set up is a joke.

I wish I was a kid living in Ft. Collins, I would beg my parents to bring me here camping. If you are just passing through, it's great, but if you want a staycation, it's amazing. There is so much to do and the people are soooo friendly. The spots were shady and level, and everything was super tidy. This was our second stay but it definitely won't be our last.

We had a pleasant stay! It was easy to check in, and we had a great time. The lake is beautiful, the bathrooms were clean and well kept. We were pleased to be able to charge store purchases and pizza at the food stand to our site, because it was easy to do, and the email receipts came quickly!

Concrete pad, allowed us to check in early, very friendly customer service. Grounds very well maintained. Verizon cell service wasn’t great. Tons of amenities. Our site was level. Bathrooms and laundry clean. WiFi wasn’t secured.

We had RV trouble while in the area and the folks were so accommodating as we had to extend our stay several times. The park was quiet, clean and we'll tended to. We would definitely stay again!

Everyone is the KOA office was very helpful especially Jill. They helped us solve a problem that we were having with our KOA card. Jill also gave us a map of Fort Collins and gave us directions. The campground was very nice. We enjoyed walking around the lake.

I stayed for 10 days here while visiting my family in Loveland. So clean and well managed, I'm looking forward to next Spring and Summer! Great team! ��

It was our first time coming to a KOA. It was just wonderful! The people at the front were all awesome. I think the cutest part was the mini golf.

Big park with lots of amenities and friendly staff. Lots of special activities on the weekends to celebrate holidays and football season. Stores and restaurants in Ft Collins are just minutes away and Rocky Mt National Park is less than an hour away. Sites are narrow so you are close to your neighbors is the only real negative but still a great place to camp. We would come back.

My Husband and I stay at this camp ground as often as we can. We are residents here in Fort Collins and this is our Favorite place to go to get away. The staff members are extremely friendly, the upkeep of the campground is amazing, pet friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a few days.
