Great facility only negative was the very short hours. Everything was closed by 5 pm. Best laundry of any KOA we visited so far

We always loving staying at the Lakeside KOA. We've stayed there many times before. We were rather shocked that our lot went up to $93 per night and it was rather frustrating this time as we went for quiet (which is normal) but they were doing digging right by our lot for 2 days, which was rather annoying - but that isn't a normal occurance from our experience. Friendly staff and very clean!

Lots to do for the kids. Fishing pond, and walking trail around it. Swimming pool was closed , but it's the end of the season. Bathrooms were always clean. Campsites are fairly large with cement pad and dead grass.

What the heck happened to all the grass? It looks horrible! No grass between RV's, getting taken over by weeds. We travel with pets and we all appreciate the grass. Don't rock it in, if you do I'll never be back, and I've been faithfully coming for 15 years! Also keep pool open longer. It's still in the 90's in Sept here folks. Nothing like a nice dip after traveling all day. So disappointed.

There were many activities for children, the store and bathrooms were very nice, but I unfortunately didn't have enough time to check out the lake activities!

We were only here for 4 night but we really loved the campground and the area! We would definitely stay here again!

Re: Site 139 which we stayed in and Site 133. The end of the row leaves unused ground without a designated purpose. We found that residence have taken it upon themselves with apparent no resistance from the owners to utilize this as area as a dumping ground for their dog to pea and poop. Not very pleasant for your guests who are in sites 139 and 133. Just saying "do something."

Overall a nice park. Don’t like the front gate entrance as very narrow. Also we were put in a site with no satellite capability and couldn’t get the cable to work. Park WiFi was good though. Pool was closed. Not to far from downtown.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The park has many options for campers such as a walking trail around the lake, pickle ball court etc. If we get back to that area I would be very happy to stay there again.

Everything was very clean. All employees were very friendly. The KOA store had most anything you want or need. Very pet friendly!

This park is a paradise for children. So much to do here to keep kids busy and happy. We are a retired couple but thoroughly enjoyed our stay as much as the kids. Top notch park for sure.

Love everything about this place! This is our favorite camping spot. Close to trails and things to do. Activities are so fun and staff is friendly.

Site was clean and spacious; nice patio. Space for our truck was a bit limited. Staff were professional and friendly. We did not use the campground activities but we were able to conveniently ride our bikes to the Poudrie River trail!

Actually 4.5. I would rate it 5 but we got there too late to enjoy the whole experience. Won’t make that mistake next year. Thanks SJB

Adjacent rv was washed early in morning creating a noisy morning and lots of overspray. Washed his truck the night before at the site. Dump station was not easily reached with our std hose. Poor WiFi.

Overpriced. Upcharge for everything. $84 for a gravel pad. Employees were very nice

I wish most of the attractions were still open, unfortunately, most were closed. The pool was very very cold. We loved the hot tub site. Definitely will do that again. The stff was very friendly and helpful.

This park has everything and nice people. At least a two night stay so you can enjoy Fort Collins also.

My family enjoyed our time at the camp ground, we wish the Rental rec office was open more hours then 10am to 5pm & make it easier to schedule time on the lake. the pedal boat rental took multiple trips to finally get a boat on Saturday afternoon before the rec office closed . My brother inlaw had to wait until Sunday at 10am to take a pedal boat out.

I enjoyed my stay! My husband on the other hand expected grass and more trees and a pull thru. I just told him he should have said something when I made the reservation. So he had me reserve spots for next year �. Thank you for awesome customer service. You all are so friendly!

We have been there many times and enjoyed it every time. Check in took over 30 minutes because they only had 1 person at the registration desk. This was a very busy weekend. That was the only negative thing I could say. Once there, it is extremely relaxing and setup for everyone.

I was told the reason the grass was so brown was because of water litigation issues. The park is too expensive for what you get. Campers should shop around for less expensive rv parks. Unless you have kids most mature campers will never use all the entertainment stuff. Idea! How about separating the park into family’s with kids who need to be entertained and adults that don’t need all that stu

This is definitely a great KOA! There was plenty of things to keep the kiddos busy. The grounds were pretty well maintained and the bathrooms were clean. They had a decently stocked store, and the staff were also super friendly. My only regret is not staying longer! We'll definitely be back.

Love the walk around the lake. Loved the wood delivery and the trash pick up service. Plenty of showers and restrooms. Very quiet and peaceful. The complete staff was AWESOME!!!!

Nice sites. Friendly workers. Paid for all day play pass for 4 activities. Bumper boats not available. Mini golf course needs lots of work. Only two activities of 4 available. Reserved site in May at $65 a night. Had to pay $88 a night upon arrival. We’ve NEVER had to do that at ANY place we’ve reserved. Our reservation rate should have been honored.

The shower/bathroom area was clean. Not the most friendly KOA we have been to. Won’t go again.

My Husband and I stay at this camp ground as often as we can. We are residents here in Fort Collins and this is our Favorite place to go to get away. The staff members are extremely friendly, the upkeep of the campground is amazing, pet friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a few days.
