Campground Reviews

My experience was poor overall. From directions given through very challenging construction and poor roads (staff never even mentioned) to lack of signage marking proper entrance in back to pull thru which resulted in having to unhook and move to another entrance. No staff on site at 4:30pm to help. No staff in office in morning or at departure. Not worth $75.00!!!

It's a great park with very nice people but it can be a little tight to get out of with a big rig towing a car

We had a good uneventful time relaxing and visiting family and going to Jetty Park.

Points forts: les douches et salles de toilettes sont très propres Points faibles: le train qui passe très souvent, trop près de la route qui est très passante, le wifi qui est presque jamais fonctionnel

Very friendly and clean - but only 2 showers/toilets (unisex) for the whole location.

This is not the KOA you’d expect. No pool, no hot tub, barely any services on site. No store. The staff was super nice and helpful and tried their very best to provide information but they have very little to provide. Also, the beach is close by and a party area, the Wendy’s and Publix’s parking lot is also a source of a lot of noise at night. Not recommended.

If your looking for peace and quiet maybe this isn't your place. Campers where quiet, but the surrounding area and road noise wasn't, but we still had a good time. Great location to the very nice beaches.

Only there overnight, but Gina was very accommodating and helpful as usual.

Very friendly staff and sight was nice. Very small campground and not easy to get in with big rig with tow But centrally located to attractions like the beaches and nice restaurants. Dog area not fenced.

Our stay was fantastic. Great little place but the real gem is Gina. She is very pro active and seems to be on top of everything in the park. Hometown friendly and great location. Highly recommend,

We had a wonderful stay for one night. Inspite the highway it not had been loud. A very tidy and clean campground!

Small and very friendly! Only issue was beyond the parks control and is part of every place on the coast "Trains". Nice park and good places to eat very close. We visited the tremendous Navy Seals Museum about 5 or 6 miles away a must see for all. We enjoyed our stay an plan to return.

Not a quiet campground (trains and traffic) but- perfect location on the adventure cycling route. Great staff, good location for food and super clean bathrooms

Staff in office were very cordial and made me feel welcome. I also received the military discount which isn’t on the website when making a reservation. It is conveniently located to many stores and eateries. Clean KOA.

It was nice, but small, not a reason for one to discount this place. Very nice area for the dogs. I was hoping for a pool, but I guess unnecessary with all the beaches around.

Great place to stay. The campground was very accommodating for us with a 40 ft. motor home pulling a 28 ft. trailer. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Great area to visit.

We needed work done on our pull vehicle and could not go on without getting it done. With very little expectation we pulled into the smallest KOA in the country!! Excellent professional and friendly staff!!! So grateful and impressed with the quiet, lovely space and clean facilities. Plenty of space to walk dogs. We actually extended an extra day and the staff could not have been more accom

It is a nice little campground. We took our bikes and rode around the town a little. We even rode our bikes the 3 miles to the beach. Nice beach.

Friendly helpful staff

Good location and wonderful staff. Could use more bathrooms and more machines in the laundry. Love the Boss!

We loved the campground because it's close to the beaches, which are just seven or eight minutes away by car. We don't stay in the campground much, so we weren't bothered at all by the relative lack of facilities. For example, there's no pool and not much for kids, although it's just a few minute's walk to a grocery store and CVS. The nearby beaches are great and we plan to be back here often.

Nice clean campground. Just like I like em.

Great location, clean and great staff. Will definitely stay again.

We love the location of this campground. It was very clean. However, it is really just a big parking lot paved with road rock. Very few trees and no grass except in the tent area/pet zone. Perfect for us just looking for a place to sleep and being out all day, but not great for a family looking for amenities like a pool etc. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This campground is a great location for all sights in Fort Pierce Gina, the manager is very personable, efficient and helpful It is a small park with gravel drives. It doesn’t have a swimming pool or some of those amenities big parks have but makes up for it with location We have stayed here several times and will definitely stay again.

We came late, but there was a good information where to find our place. But the whole campground is in between a big road and the railroads and trains go all night with plenty of honking. We did not sleep well.
Nov 12, 2018
No signs to find the entrance. Needs a refresh or paint or something. Noisy night (trains and roads)

I can not express how thankful I am to everyone at the campground. Our electrical outlet DID NOT work, and they came out to change it in the dark (we were a late arrival ). The next morning we wake up with 2 flat rear tires on the drivers side. They came down with a air compressor, but it was terminal. It was no real hurry to leave by management, until we had the tires replaced. THANK YOU !

Perfect location for exploring the area!

The park was clean and we had a level pull-though. The office was friendly and helpful. The dog park is clean and mowed. Publix Supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Our forward roof A/C unit died and the office gave us a couple of numbers for mobile repair svc. We used RV Interstate 772-489-3099 and were happy with their service. The only downer are the trains that whistle by all night.

Awesomely Dog friendly. A very important feature for us … bringing our fur babies was the reason we bought the RV to begin with. Great Dog Park!

We stayed here for a few months as a traveling nurse couple. Its small, but you are not packed in like sardines. Easy access to downtown. 5 minute walking distance to Publix and Wendys. The campers are usually quiet during quiet hours. There is laundry and public restrooms/shower. There is wifi, but I just used my own cell data. Verizon reception is great. Taylor creek is in walking distance for fishing. Gina is one of the nicest campground managers we have come across, and you will always see her working hard around the place. You can tell her & staff take pride & ownership of the small area they work with. Only downsides, sometimes people blast music loudly from their cars, or you hear loud partying/hooting & hollering across the creek, which isn't the fault of the campground. This doesn't happen everynight, but when it does, it seems to taper off around 1 AM at the latest. There is a train that runs by sometimes around 3 am, but it didn't bother us. Also the holiday/snow bird season can get expensive, but that is to be expected. I would challenge anyone to find a cheap place in the area during that time. I would stay here again if we came back to the area.

Small basic RV park. Gravel roads. Easy online registration. Friendly office staff. Full hookups, fire pit, paved patio, picnic table, dog park area. 30 min walk to downtown. 3 min walk to Publix. 10 min walk to nearby restaurants and bars.
